"The name is on the wall...back there" she waves in the general direction they came from, then turns and points at the blood-stained note,, "...and Seedo's last words were 'Ashardalon, Meepo, the red fruit...', he kept repeating them. I thought it would mean something to you."
Meepo shakes his head. “Meepo not know this name. Maybe Yusdrayal know. Maybe you help find dragon for us? Maybe find friends too?!”
Daemyar looks back. “Yusdrayal is the dragon, yes? How many came to take it from you?”
"Hehehehehe, Yusdrayal is queen - but she wish she dragon! Ooh hoo hoo, hehehe! It funny! Calcryx is our dragon! You funny big big goblin! You not like other ones - Meepo think he likes you! Me not know how many," he hold up his clawed hands, "Maybe this many," Meepo holds up 8 fingers. He holds his head - his brain hurts from so many questions. Finally, he says, "Meepo don't know so much things, but Yusdrayl does. Meepo take you to meet Yusdrayal, our leader, if you make nice. You get safe passage, if you promise to make nice. Maybe if you promise to rescue dragon, Yusdrayal make nice to you, answer questions."
“Hmm...” Daemyar would like to gauge how his allies react to the idea of helping Kobolds. Specifically, how they view this in terms of fame, glory, and public standing.
Ithelion considers for a time before proferring a tentative answer, "The villiagers said they trade with your people on good terms, and you have dealt fairly with us. It would be an honour to meet with your queen."
She glances around seeking agreement. "What say you all?"
"Better have allies in a hostile place than more enemies." In a more hushed tone "I'm fairly interested on any hidden information they would have on the evil looking elf."
Krom taps the end of the warhammer's handle on the ground, "I ain't too fond of the idea of walkin' into the middle of a kobold lair, but if the rest of ye are fer it I won't object."

You wonder about how each would react but realize that perhaps you haven't interacted or socialized enough with them to gauge them properly. You wonder if your aloofness from them has given you a disadvantage in some way. You begin to wonder if "blending in" (the very thought of it makes you ill) would be an effective path to honour and glory.... As for now, you simply have to take their words at face value.....
Ithelion glances at Daemyar and Garnet, and if it does not look like they plan to object, she says "Then that's settled! how far is it to your queen?"
[any other actions for this room? Description of room at post #1209] Meepo perks up considerably, the thought of you talking to the queen and possibly rescuing the clans dragon lifting his spirits. “Not far, me take you! But stay close - her special guards are bit jumpy and dangrous.”
Once he’s sure you don’t want to stay in the room any longer he’ll lead you on
Ithelion starts to self-conscipusly clean her clothes again, removing dust, bone-fragments and cob-webs, then when it seems everyne is read nods to Meepo, "Lead on. And...how should we address your queen?".
Garnet has no problem going to see the queen but she does have on question in that regard, risking sounding stupid. But from the experience with the cult in the woods and couruption that seems to be infecting creatures minds and bodies. Garnet is just trying to be cautious.
" Your Queen is a kobold as well,Right?"
As they move to follow the kobolds she will investigate the cage briefly before leaving the room.
Investigation: 4
If possible she would also like to grab one of the Jade Dragons calling to Meepo for permission first.
Ithelion catches sight of Garnet's investigation. Kobolds! "Foragers and carrion eaters that live in caves'" Hah! I think that entry needs updating. And these ones have a Queen...and a dragon. Something very strange is going on. Perhaps it's just a big lizard, like the Mongrelfolk had.
She nods at Garnet, "Good idea", she says, then investigates the cage for a hint of what kind of dragon it might be...or what else it might be, if not a dragon.

"Yes, Yusdrayal is kobold. But she know lotsa magic! She good talker, better than Meepo!"
The cage is ruined and bent, the bars bent outwards.
Meepo shakes his head. "These mine." He covetously puts the figurines in a pouch at his belt. "But you find Calcryx you can have...Yusdrayal probably also give you rewards if you find Calcryx!"

At first you don't notice much - the bars have been bent outwards indicating an escape. Looking closer, you notice pieces of the bars on the ground in tiny pieces - shattered, as it were. Kicking at the dirt and hay inside the cage, you notice some tiny white scales. They are definitely reptilian and you assume, from some sort of dragon. You can gather up several, if you like. But to know more, you could roll survival or nature.
Also, you notice behind the cage on the wall a small door. If you get close, it stinks really bad and you can hear scurrying from behind the door.
Ithelion picks up the scales and shows them to Garnet, offering up her observations so far (( Help garnet with Survival )).
Tuening to Meepo, she asks "What's behind that door?" as she moves away from the smell, and absent-mindedly starts cleaning the imagined mess fro her clothes.

Meepo nods, listening at the door. “This where I keep dragon food, probly rats in there.”
Well, at least it's not Kobold children. That's another correction to make...I knew I couldn't trust the writings of Herodotiel, but it's probably best to burn all his books. Or file them under fiction...
Ithelion shakes her head, looking mildly distracted, "Ah, well...best keep it closed. I've seen enough rats."
