Anyone with passive perception of 15 or more can hear hushed voices on the other side of the door. The voices are goblin. Elosa ruffles her feathers quietly and bobs her head up and down as Daemyar gets closer to the door. Daemyar and Ithelion, you take this to mean that it's possible there is something wrong on the other side of the door, though you do not perceive anything out of the ordinary. The door is unlocked, no traps visible, and nothing weird pinging your senses...
Do you want to wait for the wizardess' "ok" before you open the door?
Seeing (sensing?) Elosa's agitation, Ithelion links sense with her briefly, then calls Elosa back. She rapidly moves her mouth and opens and closes her fingers to mimic multiple people speaking. Then she shrugs and waits.
Never heard of passive stealth. For what it’s worth, I’m assuming you’re trying to move quietly. If there’s anything behind the door, it doesn’t seem to have noticed you.
Daemyar, as your countdown ends, you bring your weight to bear on the door. It’s not locked or trapped and your boot is expertly placed. The door flings open loudly, eliciting a few surprised squeaks from the four goblins that are in this room. Twigs and roots are piled on the floor of this sagging chamber, about 40 feet long by 30 feet wide. It looks like the goblins have been sorting and piling and stacking the foliage into piles here.
The collapsed southern wall opens into a vast cavern that you can see is not tiled but rather dirt and rock. Glancing in you take in the Luminescent fungus on the rough walls and the high roof loom over a twilight grove of sickly briars, bushes, saplings, and other woody plants. Ruined walls and hollow towers protrude from the briars.
You have surprised them and all of you can: - roll initiative - take your actions, led by Daemyar then Garnet...
I can get a map up soon but all of the goblins are close together about 20 feet from the entrance of the door you just kicked in....
It’s okay. I already have your passive investigation and perception as defaults anyways. So if I need a roll I will always ask for it.

Daemyar mimes grabbing someone and holds up his rope. And starts a countdown on his fingers.

Garnet nods, puts her arms together in a bear hug manner, indicating a grapple, giving a thumbs up sign to Daemyar.

Confused by all of the charades, he wasn't very good at that game to begin with, Krom just shrugs and waits.
Be excellent to each other, and roll for initiative dudes!
