These goblins do not really act like the ones you saw earlier, like Sharpie. They are a bit different, angrier, have open sores, scratches, and their skin is bark-like and green in areas, the visible veins pulsate at times - like it was mentioned earlier, these goblins look like someone has experimented on them...
Other than that, you don't notice anything unusual about their manner...think about how you would feel if you were ambushed, a spell cast on you, bonked on the head, yelled at, and punched, etc... They are under duress, angry, pissed, and scared/terrified of something that isn't you.....

Ithelion will dismiss and resummon Elosa back in the room from which they dragged the goblins, at H5 on the previous map. She will quickly look through her eyes, and if nothing threatening is apparent, she will leave here there and check back every few seconds to keep watch, asking Elosa to alert her mentally if something approaches.
Shere reaches into his backpack brings out a ration in and says in goblin "Some jerky?"
he wonders if healing would help their affliction.
The goblin tells you to choke on your jerky and it will be the last thing you taste, except for the blood you spit up when you are killed. It strains and wriggles against its bonds - 8
Garnet pulls her grappled goblin back to the library, if it starts yelling she punches it with her fist and tells it to stop.
