Krom moves up next to Daemyar and in front of skeleton blocking the door. Looking inside the room and seeing the number of undead in there; Krom brandishes his holy symbol and shouts into the room. "I call upon the power of Moradin and his ringing forge to command ye all to turn!"
Movement: The square in front of the door. Action: Krom uses Chanel Divinity to Turn Undead - DC 13 Wisdom saving throw

[Ooooh nice! ]. WIS saves for Skeletons:
S1 - 8 S2 - 16 S3 - 16 S5 - 0 S6 - 10 S7 - 5
At the sound of Krom’s holy proclamation, all skeletons except for two (S6 and S2), immediately turn and shamble towards the back wall. They can’t go any further and they simply turn and wait (consider them to have the dodge feature now)
Lorell is going to walk towards the door to be able to see into the room. Noticing the amount of enemies, centering on S2 Lorell will cast an Entangle with. Hopefully ensnaring S1-S5, with the center area being on S2.

Since S2 is restrained ***see below, it takes action for a strength save, fails, so still entangled***, we are back to the top of the Initiative order:
(( Quick clarification, is a skeleton blocking the doorway? Or could Ithelion move up and shoot into the room without getting withing 5' of a skeleton? ))
@ithelion - you could move past daemyar on the other side but AoO for the skelly. *****ithelion - S2 is restrained, so it would get an attack of opportunity against you but at disadvantage***
Ithelion asks Elosa to fly by the skeleton in the doorway and deliver Shocking Grasp
Attack: 22 Damage: 3
(( If this succeeds, then the skeleton can not take a reaction until the start of its next turn, so if anyone needs to flee, this one can't attack them...I think! ))
okay here's the rundown, hold on to your breaches. sorry for the confusion. Lorell's spell is actually a 20 foot square, which means twenty feet by 20 feet; it will encase this whole room. so with that in mind, these things happen (in this order!)
@garnet - Attack of Opportunity on S1 if you want. Roll a normal attack (if you want to use your attack of opportunity).
@daemyar - after krom's spell turns S1, it moves out of your range and you can also use an opportunity attack against it.
S6 strength save for entangle: 10. ***S6 fails and is entangled!***
S2 strength save for entangle (action): 10. ***S2 fails and is still entangled!***
Daemyar quickly stabs a dagger at the skeleton trying to leave his reach Attack: 6 Damage: 6 Plus sneak for nearby allies 4
Str save against dc 12 entangle 3
Daemyar is wrapped up, swinging wide and otherwise unready for combat
The save for entangle happens first: you fail and you're restrained; while restrained, you suffer disadvantage to attacks (this means no sneak attack as you have disadvantage).
(( If ithelion could have got to a position to use her bow without being entangled or setting of trap, she would have done that. Could she?
Or, if bow impratical, just see one of them? Failing that, I guess Elosa flies in to first skeleton and then out...if that's an option))
Yes, you could get there by moving along the hallway wall to use your bow, aiming over Daemyar's shoulder (you'd be beside Lorell). Just let me know if you want to shoot with a bow or if you want to still cast through Elosa at S1 (the one who was in the doorway previously).
@garnet - your previous hit i forgot to mention - activates thunderous smite! and thunderous it is - the resounding boom echoes through the tiny room, shaking dust and dirt from the walls and ceilings. those of you at the door - or anywhere in fact - cover your ears and wince from the sound. the skeleton that you hit explodes from the combination of your stab and the additional damage. S1 is destroyed.
@ithelion - choose a new target for your bow attack - sorry.
S3 just moves further back, taking the dodge action (all attacks have disadvantage against S3)
Daemyar is up! (Daemyar, you can use your action to roll STR to see if you can get free (DC12) )
@ithelion - your arrow hits S3, destroying it. (It’s the one you can see) @daemyar - you break free from Lorell’s vines with a roar. S7 just tries to get free 12 and is able to but still being turned, it moves to where S3 just fell to get away from Krom. It just stands there and has the dodge action (disadvantage on attacks against it)
S6 6 is still stuck in a mass of foliage and cannot break free. It takes the dodge action.
Krom is up!
**sorry for all the confusion - a mess of conditions has made it challenging. Thanks for being patient! But it takes a turn to attempt to get free from entangled- thanks Ithelion for the questions! Garnet you also bypass difficult terrain and move normally due to your race feature.

@krom, daemyar, garnet - STR saves please, DC12 to beat entangle. Success = rough terrain, fail = restrained
@ithelion - that would definitely a hit but S1 is no longer there, since it was turned by Krom.
remember that restrained enemies - you get advantage on all attacks against them, and they have disadvantage on attacks against you.

Ithelion will attack the skeleton that Garnet attacked, with a bow. So, roll as above +3 damage = 6.

S5 if it's still up... It should be one of the most burner looking ones. Otherwise, the nearest visible, not s3.
And, if S3 is the only option, here's another attack roll for the disadvantage....or advantage, if they are restrained: 6
