Balassar, your attack hits. Sken is on the last ounces of her strength. She's looking feverishly from side to side as fear begins to replace arrogance and anger.
Round Six Alton and Wash Sken Zabriss Kobold Prisoner Balassar Kobold 2
Everyone in this fight is a bloody mess, though Alton and Balassar have been healed up to decent health. Wash and your enemies look like a single hit would drop them to the dirt.
Wash's blood is pounding in his ears, but he has a determined look in his eyes and he says to himself "You've trained for this and been in worse situations. Pull yourself together, heal up, finish the enemy."
Wash then uses his own healing kit on himself, Healer Healing: 5
[Should have been +5, not +4, because "plus additional hit points equal to the creature’s maximum number of Hit Dice". Roll of 1 on the d6 could have been better though.]
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"We've got them on the ropes!" Altons says to try and give his friends a bit of moral boost. He takes aim at the kobold he shot and fires again, hoping to finish it off. Alton would have tried to see if they would surrender, but with what they said he is sure they won't and asks anyway. "You wouldn't consider to surrender now, would you?"

Wash runs in the direction that he was facing (as many squares to the left until he is no longer in the fog if it goes for less than 30ft) if he escapes the fog and sees either enemy, he releases an Angelic Blast at them Attack: 19 Damage: 6
If he sees both the kobald and goliath, he will aim for the goliath.
Wash, you make it out of the fog, and almost collide with the kobold prisoner. You see Sken Zabriss nearby, racing towards a large heavy steel door, and you take aim.
Alton will reach out for the wall that he knows is next to him and use it as a guide to exit the fog. If he gets out of the fog and has a good line of sight to that last kobold, he will fire his crossbow at it.
Movement: 25 feet along the side of the cave Action: Fires his crossbow at the remaining kobold, if he can Attack: 8Damage: 7 Piercing

You make it out of the fog, but miss.
The kobold prisoner screams in shock and fear as the goliath dies, and bolts to the east, trying to escape. Because of the fog, it is able to avoid an Opportunity attack from any of you.
13
However, you are all able to hear it scambling in its panic, headed through the passage to the east, past where Balassar stands near the centre of the fog, out and north towards the passage to the world outside.
Balassar is up. You are still unable to see anything.
Balassar, you are running in the direction of the kobold, which is also the direction of the sheer drop into the waterfall below. And you're doing so in fog. You have the option to proceed slowly at half your speed and avoid the risk of falling. Or you can chase at full speed, and make a straight WIS or INT check as you try to recall the correct path.
Balassar, you emerge from the fog, close to the edge of the ledge, but not in immediate danger. You've used your full movement to reach this point. You see the kobold fifteen feet ahead; you can use a dash to catch up but that will use your action for this turn. Or you could do something else.
Balassar just sees the kobold and yells "Get back here you little vermin. I said you'd make a good snack and meant it." dashing ahead of him and stopping to turn around just smiling.
Round Eight Alton and Wash Sken Zabriss Kobold Prisoner Balassar
You are still technically in initiative, as Balassar's pursuit of the last kobold is ongoing. But with Sken lying dead after Wash's final blow, you have a moment to take in the room a little more. Sken's body and two kobolds lie on the ground; unlike previous slain kobolds, these are not emitting the whining noise that warns of impending explosion. You see the heavily reinforced steel and wooden door that leads - you don't know where. You see the two workbenches to the south, and under one of them, shackled and clearly very frightened, a female gnome.
Alton and Wash are up. You can either stay in initiative and attempt to join Balassar, though the cloud of fog is still up making chasing through blind rather dangerous. Or you can come out of initiative and begin interacting with the room, leaving Balassar to finish up by himself.
Alton turns to Wash, "If you want to go check on Balassar I can hold here." He will tuck the crossbow away and look over at the Gnome with a smile. "Nima, I presume? Don't worry, Sleese Firemark sent us to look for you. He is really worried you know, only had two mugs of ale to drink when we talked with him."

[Sorry for the delay, just morning time here now.]
Wash's blast hits the goliath square on the shoulder, causing her to spin and pushing her away slightly before she drops. Wash thinks to himself that is interesting, I should look into trying to make my blast push my foes going forward.
Wash looks at the fog and says to Alton "I might try and get rid of the fog before rushing back towards the waterfall... Also I think from Balassar's shouts that he REALLY wants to catch the kobald himself and I don't want to ruin his fun."
Wash searches the goliath for her ring and anything else that is potentially useful. If he finds her ring and actions economy allows it, he tries interacting with it in the same was as the goliath did, hoping it is magical and has a 'cancel function' rather than releases more fog.

Balassar just smiles as he swings at her "I just like the gold they offer to be honest. Nothing personal."

The crossbow goes through the kobold's chest, piercing its heart. It looks as though it was about to say something, but drops to the floor.
Sken and the former kobold prisoner remain. Sken sneers. Never!

You all see her touching a ring on her hand and... the space fills once again with a thick cloud of fog.
A crossbow bolt flies towards one of you:
Attack: 20 Damage: 3
Alton, you feel the bolt hitting your arm. It stings... a lot.
17
None of you really got a good sense of whether, or where, the goliath moved after the fog appeared.
Balassar is up.
Balassar will let out a roar as he swings where she was "Can anyone make this fog go away?"
There's nothing there. You barely even disturb the fog.
