Frustrated with the spider getting into the cloud, Falenas will close his eyes and try to listen to the spider's movements. Still blinded, he will try to aim an Eldritch Blast inside.

   Before the spider can slink off into the fog, Maelfearance takes the opportunity to strike out in anger at the arachnid with his dagger.

   With the spider beyond the fog and gone from sight for the moment, Mael then drops to his knees To tend to Ryona, using the Healer’s Kit she have him and attempting to stabilize her...

Noah stands back somewhat stunned, glancing around frantically in the mist. For now, he will merely cover the rest of the party by readying a Ray of Frost to loose on anything hostile that may attempt to interrupt their tending to Ryona's wounds.

Yevele rips free of the webbing and looks down to see Ryona in a terrible state; her eyes rolled back, blood pouring from an open wound in her neck and her skin awfully pale from the spider's venom. After lashing out at the spider as it flees, Maelfearance beats the monk to her side, quickly pressing bandages against her neck and applying salves. Her breathing steadies, though she still seems to be in significant discomfort and is not responding. Noah stands over the pair defensively while Falenas focuses, tuning out the reactions to his fallen companion.

A scrabbling of rocks is all the proof he needs of the spider's location, and he looses a blast of energy into the fog. There is a high pitched squeal, then silence, for the moment.

 Falenas opens his eyes and smiles for a moment before remembering the situation "I think I got it, but I won't be able to hit the kobolds with that cloud still going. How's Ryona doing?" He will then try to look around the room to get a better sense of it. Entrances, objects or anything else that might be of interest and that isn't obscured by the fog.

Perception: 20 

With Mael tending to Ryona, Yevele figures that the kobolds and spider need to be dealt with before they can adequately care for the fallen cleric. The young monk will quietly head into the fog in the direction of the high pitched squeal. stealth 6

If Yevele sees any sign of movement in the fog that is within combat range, she will hit it with her quarterstaff, followed by a kick:

   "I think she is poisoned," Maelfearance says.  "I don't have the skills to help with that..."  Maelfearance will stand shakily, even more angry and upset than before, and will begin heading into the fog to try to find the scum who did this.

Noah, concerned that Ryona would be ripe to be ambushed and taken as a meal while the others hunt the kobolds, will remain at her side, readying another Ray of Frost to cast in case of emergency as he more closely examines her wound with morbid interest.

Maelfearance and Yevele disappear into the fog while Falenas and Noah remain behind with the unconscious Ryona.

Inside of the fog, Maelfearance and Yevele are effectively blind. It is impossible to detect any motion through sight, as all has become swirling blue vapor. The room, for the moment, is still silent.

After stumbling upon the body of the spider, Yevele will stop and toss one of her darts away 20 ft away from her. She is not trying to hit anything, but, to see if she can get the kobolds to reveal their position by "attacking" the clatter made by the dart hitting the floor.

Slowly wading into the fog Maelfearance will try using Dancing Lights to try to illuminate things... But also perhaps as a distraction to the foes.  He'll have the four lights stay well away from himself, not wanting to give away his own location, and also to slowly swirl and weave through the area to try to confuse and distract and alarm...

For Maelfearance & Yevele:

Yevele will try to determine where the voice is coming from [skill]perception[/perception] 22 and then move silently toward the voice, ready to attack if she sees anything.

     Maelfearance doesn't recall the spider making any noises but still he will try to mimic the sounds of what he imagines a wounded spider would sound like to try to draw them out.  Performance 9  Maelfearance will then use his Perception 16 to try to locate any of the foes...

     If he is able to catch even a glimpse of one of the creatures, Maelfearance will cast Eldritch Blast Attack: 11 Damage: 1

DM Screen:

In a split second, the fog cloud is gone completely. At the far end of the room, a kobold shaman, wearing a skull as a hat and a human-sized femur bone as a staff, stands with his arms outstretched, staring up at Yevele. The monk stands menacingly over the creature, having found her way close enough to strike. The other two kobolds have moved away to the edge of where the fog cloud once reached, and they stand with arrows nocked into their shortbows, ready to let fly.

OOC: Yevele, Maelfearance, Noah and two of the kobolds have readied actions from the previous round. Because we were out of initiative order for a moment, it will be rolled again with the whole party to determine whose readied actions are unleashed first, then combat will continue normally from there.

Ray of Frost vs. Kobold (Readied Action): 16

The kobolds unleash their arrows first; Maelfearance falls, an arrow in his chest as the second reaches Yevele, burrowing into the side of her thigh. The missile does not slow her attack, and the shaman's eyes go wide in horror as the monk plants her staff sideways into the back of the creature's neck, forcing its head forward into her knee. The shaman falls, his skull shattered by the direct strike. Noah looses his readied ray of frost at one of the remaining kobolds, but it strikes the stone wall behind it, missing by a few feet.

OOC: The kobolds win the initiative, so they now take their full turn.

Two more arrows fly through the chamber, again striking Yevele in her side and dropping the monk unconscious. The second arrow sails toward Noah, but flies overhead.

As Malfearance was down by the start of his turn I guess I need to do death saving throw...  Death Throw:  1

Noah curses in alarm as the arrow sails over his head, frantically patting his scalp for any sign of a graze. Once satisfied he has not been harmed, he positions himself between Ryona and the kobolds, and releases a Ray of Frost at the kobold targeting Malfearance.

Noah and Falenas combine their efforts, both of their spells sending one of the kobolds ragdolling across the floor, where it remains unmoving. The last of the creatures feebly sends an arrow at Falenas that lands short, skidding against the stone to a standstill. It screams in Draconic, which both of the remaining companions understand, "You killed Vixthra! I will see that the skin is flayed from your bones!"
