Seeing that Ramious is not averting his gaze, Bugs walks up to him and gives his a light cuff to the back of the head. He then squares himself in front of him and says, "Focus man before you set something off." He takes a slight breath and continues. "Likely, this is both a trap and a puzzle. So, since you are so intent on looking, why don't we have you pick one to look at while the rest of us prepare to save your backside."
Assuming detect magic is not up, Leon will spend ten minutes to get that up and going, asking the others to wait for him to do so before doing anything else themselves.
The mirrors are definitely magical and so is the golden liquid, but there is no school associated with it - they are not charmed or project a specific spell, just a magical aura fully compliant with the visuals and smells: transmutational vibe from the light, elemental for the red and blue mirrors, necrotic from the black. The white mirror is the strangest in regard the auras, something closer to illusion but not exactly.
"The white mirror seems the strangest to me." Leon says to the others. "Ramious, if you are going to be our tester, can you try that one first?" He explains the schools of magic associated with each mirror (as posted above by DM.)
Ramious looks at Bernard, surprised, "What? I was just lookin around? There's some mirrors. What's the big deal? Sorry man." Confused at his friends sudden response, he glances down at his feet, those his eyes still dart around looking for the giant spider. Ramious looks over at Leon as he speaks, "Uh..tester? I wasn't meanin to be a tester, sorry guys. But....if Bernard wants me to, I'm happy to go look in a mirror. I mean...I'm ugly, but not so ugly I'm afraid to look in a mirror. Maybe you had a bad experience lookin in mirrors?" He directs the last comment to Bernard, and grins suddenly, "Don't worry buddy, I've gotten used to your face."
Are there any exits from this room, or just a big spider and a bunch of mirrors?
If Bernard says it's ok, then Ramious will also look into the white mirror more intently, and approach it....assuming there are no other exits. Out loud he mutters, "Could be these mirrors are somehow tied to the different parts of the floor below...who knows...."

The terrified spider was hiding in its hole along the passage that brought everyone here and the room indeed did not have any exits, but the big mirrors along the walls.
Ramious walked around the basin with golden liquid and looked at his reflection in the white mirror. The mirror obediently showed back big man with big muscles, light scars of numerous fights marking bronze skin, wings - the reflection was a bit blurred by what looked like a fine mist and tiefling had to lean closer to see but nothing seemed out of order.
(Oh, absolutely! And what came from the mirror totally thinks the same!)
Ramious was not completely honest when declared himself "ugly" - it was more of a jest to placate less fortunate. Despite that slight distortion the mirror was of a great quality, one the tiefling rarely had the pleasure to look into and now he could fully appreciate the view. The term "ruggedly handsome" was the one that came to mind (or something as hard to understand but easy to spot) and Ramious fully embraced the short moment of vanity! Or was it that swirling mist, that charmed him? Whatever it was, the warrior was frozen in front of the white mirror ( stunned until the end of the creature’s next turn) while the glass suddenly fell out of the frame on Ramious' shoulders and slid down, forming a large misty-white blob on the ground).
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The flame hissed and room filled the smell of burning seaweed, but the blob was still very much alive and attacked the closer target - Ramious, that it chose as a meal.
That was an absolutely crashing attack and blob was splashed all around tiefling... only to assemble back again, but now in two smaller blobs. They look more transparent and far less threatening, but they were there.
Funny enough, the pointy darts that could be expected to simply drown in that slimy gelatinous mass, pierced it through, and one blob turned into a dirty puddle, evaporating in front of your eyes. The second smaller one managed to look scared now but did not try to slip away.
Not asking for any particular reason....but after this slime gets smushed, whats the next nearest creature to me? Where's this spider at, or is it one of my lucky teammates? Just wondering.
