Feldsparseems very pleased with himself at setting up his portion of the campsite. "This seems like something I could get used to!" He shooshes his horse off into the woods, packs his spellbook into his tent for the night, and does a bit of stretching.
After searching for the firewood, he volunteers to be part of the first watch shift. "I like to rise early, so I'm happy to do it if it means I can sleep earlier. Besides, my magic is all about watching. Kind of comes with the territory."
Milo notices Valors struggel with the tent, so the Halfling will give him a hand. Survival 8Once the tent is set up, he will spend a minute inside of it and when he comes out, the ground inside of the tent is covered with a soft layer of moss. The Halfling will then setup for himself useing rope and blanket to build himself a shelter, while he takes the time to set up, wildflowers begin to grow around his tent, partly obscuring the halflings sleeping spot.
On his turn for the watch Milo will find a good spot in the shadow of a tree and again, fern will start to grow around him within minutes, obscuring and hiding the Halfling.

Setting up a fine camp with plenty of found firewood Medb returns with a few birds she quickly cleans and gets on the fire for dinner. She's also gathered some wild greens and root vegetables. The meal isn't fancy but filling. They party then settles in for the night. The air is cold, all of you are grateful for the winter gear procured from the Take.

OOC: the cart was left on the side of the road. Are you staying by the cart? The campsite is 100ft+ off the road. I'm confused. How are you on perceiving but sleeping under something?

I misunderstood the location of the cart, i stay with the group of course. In wich case i use rope and blanket to improvise a tent.
I assume we are taking turns keeping watch and sleep when it isn‘t our turn. When it is my turn for the watch, i will leave my tent of course and find a good spot from where i can keep watch.
I‘ll take last watch with Harok. At the end of the night, when the next day dawns i will use druidcraft to get a glimps at the weather we have to expect for the new day.
Medb, Valor, and Harok wake to find the party asleep but the muffled growls of something not too far off from where Saske made his bed for the night off from the group but Harok and Medb with their advanced vision can see a bloodied mess where the man once lay. They then all hear a distant howling before three dire wolf/ves appear growling standing in a semi-circle around the group's campsite. The fire, unattended, has burnt to embers. The crescent moon overhead blocked by trees, it's nearly impossible without dark vision to find any other lurking combatants.
Harok and Valor roll initiative.
Medb 14
3 visible wolves 14, 13, 9they're just going to go together to streamline combat
OOC: We'll use this round as a 'surprise round' everyone having failed their perception roll please roll initiative to be used later during the first combat round to see if you wake/are awakened.
