Thief B is a male, dark-skinned human, his hair is pitch black, tied back and running down his back. His glaive is nearly the same height as him, its shaft is made of the dark wood of the trees surrounding the mountain, its blade appears freshly new, not a single cut, scratch, or dent. He happened to be right next to Harbek, his neck snaps right towards the dwarf before slashing the dwarf horizontally.
Attack: 21 Damage: 3
Thief E is a lizardolk, quite large and towers over the other thieves. His scales are shaded green with light hues of blue mixed in. In his ivory-colored claws, he holds a sickle in each one, both are as identical as twins, having iron, C-shaped blades, and golden handles. He moves up to Halec, taking large steps as he goes up, then uses Two Weapon fighting on him:
Attack 1: 15 Damage: 4 Attack 2: 22 Damage: 4
Thief G is an orc, he bares a high resemblance to one of the orcs who attacked you the other day, the only main difference is that he is only half their size. His mace has a short, dark-wooded shaft with a red grip, the diamond-shaped iron head has its edges looking sharp and deadly. The orc is closest to Harbek, taking a step towards him and gives a single blow to his head.
Attack: 23 Damage: 3
Thief H is a female human with amber hair, neatly straight. Her black attire matches well with her dark-wooded light crossbow, with several Draconic symbols engraved on its side. She moves out of the crowd into a covered area before firing a duo of bolts at Ophiwalyn.
Attack 1: 19 Damage: 1 Attack 2: 24 Damage: 2
Thief A is the thief whom called in all the others. He weilds a well-curved, scimitar with several cracks in the blade, it looks like it has seen better days. He uses his action to dodge, all attack rolls against him have disadvantage.

I will cast Ice knife at the thieve that seems to be in the middle of the crowd.
You create a shard of ice and fling it at one creature within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d10 piercing damage. Hit or miss, the shard then explodes. The target and each creature within 5 feet of it must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 2d6 cold damage.
(None of the thieves are standing in a line, but Thieves D, A, I, G, B, and Harbek are within at least 10ft. of each other, A, D, B, and Harbek are within 5ft.)
Dexterity Saves (Harbek must roll for dexterity as well):
Thief A: 12
Thief D: 20
Thief B: 6
(Actions above were updated.) Top of the round again:

Thief I, just out of the reach of the Ice Knife, turns to Ophiwalyn, lets out another fierce battle cry, and attacks him:
Attack: 18 Damage: 5
Thief C remains stationary in his position, firing another pair of arrows at Halec and Abygail.
Halec: 17 Damage: 4 Abygail: 4 Damage: 2
Abygail keeps her longbow up, she moves over to Halec's side before firing a pair of arrows at Thieves C & H using her action surge:
Attack: 22 Damage: 8 Action Surge: 18 Damage: 4 "Something seems pretty fishy about all this. What did they mean by 'their treasure'?" She says quietly to Halec.
Thief H gets to a 10ft distance from Harbek, and stabs him with her spear:

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Assuming his prior attacks largely hit, and appeared to do damage, when Halec's next turn arrives he fires with an attack action, targeting once Thief B and once Thief E, and then uses a bonus action to fire on Thief G, assuming none of those targets have dropped by the time his turn arrives. He does not incur disadvantage for firing in melee due to Crossbow Master and can fire up to 120 ft without disadvantage due to Sharpshooter. He will use the Sharpshooter -5 hit/+10 damage feature on all attacks, and will supplement low-seeming rolled with his remaining Superiority Dice, until they run out.
