The Block and Tackle help to lift the egg up in a breeze. "Please be careful, if that egg breaks, the wyrmling dies, and we be the parent's next trophies."
"Your Strength (Athletics) check covers difficult situations you encounter while climbing, jumping, or swimming. Examples include the following activities:
You attempt to climb a sheer or slippery cliff, avoid hazards while scaling a wall, or cling to a surface while something is trying to knock you off.
You try to jump an unusually long distance or pull off a stunt midjump.
You struggle to swim or stay afloat in treacherous currents, storm-tossed waves, or areas of thick seaweed. Or another creature tries to push or pull you underwater or otherwise interfere with your swimming."
(No, Athletics does not apply to the strength check, so you fail to pick up the egg)
“Most definitely,” Halec agrees. “I am a tinkerer and blacksmith. No time for smithing, I don’t have the magic tools from back in Snakeskin’s capital, but I can likely at least cobble together a sling to carry each egg, though a proper cart would be better.”
Halec will work with materials available in the area to try to craft a brace or sling to make carrying an egg easier, and notes “We might want to go two people to an egg, take two and come back for the third. If we shatter it, we’ve done more harm than good here.”

"That does sound like a good plan, but two trips sound unwise. If we're seen with the eggs, they'll think we stole them and we may as well be dead... or worse." She picks up the egg Harbek failed to, without problem "My village had its own dragon nursery, I used to work there and had to maneuver the eggs. The building was smashed during our conflict. I've got this one, so you two should be able to carry the last one." She points at Harbek and Ophiwalyn.
Halec's face reddens a bit as he focuses on the task and controlled exertion, even using the engineering tools to aid in the labor. "We have the all secured, it seems. Let us be on the way to return them to their parents, yes? I look forward to some grateful dragons."

"And do I. Let's move forward." Your group makes it back up the peak with all three eggs, with the help of Abygail who showed you a safer route to the top. Abygail gently puts her egg back onto the nest, shakily she says "Hurry, put them down before the parent comes."
Halec similarly places his egg down next to the others, detaching the ropes and pulleys and replacing the block and tackle into his backpack. "Now I suppose we wait for the parents to arrive, then explain the aid we have rendered."
Abygail looks up at the sky "Speak of the devil, looks like the mother is on her way now." She walks up to Harbek, then leads him over to a secluded piece of terrain below the peak "You might want to stay over here, she doesn't like dwarves." When back on, she moves Halec and Ophiwalyn back a short distance from the nest, just before the parent dragon lands on the nest.
Upon landing, the first thing it lays eyes upon is the eggs resting on the nest, it looks down at the frontmost one, examining it very closely. When it looks up, a faint sound of pleasure can be heard, until it notices Halec, Ophiwalyn, and Abygail standing close by, the sound stops, and it slowly approaches the three.

Harbek works with Ophiwalyn to move the egg
Ophiwalyn and Harbek, make a strength check and add together your two rolls.
strength check: 12
4
13+8=21 (basic math) you two are able to lift up the final egg.

Harbek nods, "yes let us be on our way"
