Tomora creeps along the ceiling to the pillar, passing behind it momentarily and reappearing on the other side. She pauses a moment to cross her front legs in front of her, making an X sign.
Aster...
The voice quiets, leaving you with the memories it awakened.
Serwa...
Raspy mutterings begin to fill your mind, faint at first but quickly become coherent "...It clinks and rattles, it does. All wrapped in metal, this one. Hard it is. But only on the outsides, yes...(Cackle)...nice and soft on the inside. Soft and sweet and tender. Yes, yes. Must ripen...ripen..." Your arm begins to ache as you feel a foul energy seeping into you.
Please make a Constitution Saving Throw, DC 12. On failed save: You look at your hand in horror as splotches of skin begin to rot before your eyes (13 necrotic damage). On Successful Save: You are able to resist the foul energy.
Constitution save: 13
Can Serwa determine or make even an educated guess as to where the voice, and the spell or spell-like effect, is originating from?
Serwa speaks coldly, still not giving way to anger, but the ice in her voice takes on the sharp edge last heard when speaking to the Redbrands. “Show yourself, coward. We’ll see how soft I am. Come and face me, if you’re so eager to find out.” She takes her Polearm in hand, turning in a measured circle and spinning the weapon in a slow figure eight pattern to confuse any would-be attacker as to where an opening might be.
Serwa feels like she is losing her mind, and probably looks it as well, but noticing Aster’s pain as well, reconsiders. “Did you hear that voice, too, Aster? That awful voice.”
T They... They know. Asters voice is weak and trembling Shame and Failure. they know it. He pauses for a moment. Take them away. his voice gains a more panicked tone make them stop! He beginns to cover his ears, still cowering on the stone floor.
“Aster, whatever this voice is telling you, you’ve got to shut it out. It’s a liar. It’s weak. You’re stronger than it is. Don’t let this thing break you,” Serwa says.
You are right. he says, with a still weak voice. My failure is what got me here in the first place he says, his voice growing in confidence. He stands up using his spear to push himself up. I am not who i used to be. Now show yourself! I have seen suffering and blood and your blood will be the next i see!
Serwa takes Aster's forearm and helps him as he stands, then moves them both, together, to regroup with Tomora and Xianon, now less concerned about stealth - something is clearly aware of their presence - and more concerned with identifying this unseen malevolence and dealing with it. "Xianon, Tomora, something's doing some kind of evil magic whisper spell, trying to break our minds. Ask me later if I'm crazy - Aster felt it, too. Do you have any idea where this is coming from? I can't locate the source."
Aster and Serwa - Currently standing near the cave entrance, you turn to regroup with Xianon, but before your able to move you see...(Something is occurring while you're collecting yourselves)
Xianon - (Sorry i'm sort of skipping Xianon. If there is something he wants to do just prior to this, feel free to recan a little bit) You watch, perplexed as your companions seem to have momentary mental breakdowns. Turning back to the fissure, you finally spot it. The shape of the creature can be seen clinging to the slope beneath the bridge, the rocky protrusions on its body almost blending with the stone around it. You see the glint of it large green eye as it peers upward at Tomora hanging from the ceiling above.
As quick as a heart beat, the eye dilates, becoming almost completely black. You then watch in horror as Tomora's spider form begins to crack and rot and shrivel before your eyes, turning to a cloud of dust before rapidly re-materializing as a female dwarf. Desperately and hopelessly Tomora tries to cling to the ceiling. She lets out a little cry as she falls, landing with a thud at the base of the pillar (6 fall damage). In a flash, the creature is beneath her, its clawed hand grasping for her leg, attempting to pull her into the crevasse.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Serwa's Initiative: 5
Whether she sees the creature or not, it is likely she sees Tomora fall, and she will be move + dashing towards Tomora to see if she is alright. Given that she fell - and was returned to dwarf form - stealth is no longer Serwa's concern, but her allies' safety.
Serwa and Aster - you can clearly see the top half of the creature now, clinging to the far slope of the fissure. (What route would she take?)
IF Serwa is the Red dot, and the enemy is the Green Dot, then Serwa would instead move 30 ft north and throw a Javelin at the creature most likely, assuming it occupies the same position, and then end the turn holding her polearm, ready to make a Reaction attack if it approaches her. If it has moved by the time her initiative comes around this may change.
If we are acting now, "party initiative," that is what she does - move 30 ft north, throw javelin (it would be within 30, again assuming she is Red, it is Green) and end holding the Polearm.
(Tomora is the green dot, Creature is yellow, Serwa is red. So throwing a javelin at it while moving north across the bridge, correct? if so, go ahead and make the attack)

Javelin: Attack roll - 23
Non Magic Piercing if a hit: 5
If Serwa has line of sight on the creature after moving six squares north, then she does throw a javelin at it (rolls copied from above). If she does not have line of sight then she draws her halberd and moves one square forward after the move.
Aster raises his hand towards the creature and the cord around his wrist starts to ripple and a [Tooltip Not Found] forms within the palm, growing in intensity. it shoots out towards the crearture and as he shoots aster shouts: Your Blood, not Hers! Attack: 21 Damage: 11
Forgot to ask: Only seeing half of the creature, does that mean it has cover? Only half cover i assume?
Xianon sees the creature crawling along the far incline towards Tomora, and he backs up and, with a shout, takes a running leap across the chasm, aiming to land on or close to the creature's back. (Acrobatics check:14 - DC 10 not to land prone)
Having nailed the landing, he aims a fist and an elbow that the creature from behind: Attack: 7 Damage: 5, Attack: 24 Damage: 5
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The brilliant flash of light streaks from Aster's hand, bursting on the creatures back. It hisses in pain as the lingering holy flames flicker around it. (Yes, it did have half cover)
Xianon makes a risky leap across the gap, barely managing to land next to the shimmering creature. Still on his feet, he delivers two quick blows (Advantage on first attack due to Guiding bolt - Adv. Dice: 18)
Serwa readies her javelin and runs across the bridge prepared to launch it at the monster. However, as her boot lands on the mid point of the bridge the sound of wood splintering can be heard beneath her. She recognizes the trap too late, as the bridge splits apart dropping her into the dark crevasse below. (Dexterity Save, DC 15: 1)
She crashes down on the rubble, landing prone (fall damage:2 + 5 on failed save), the wind being driven from her lungs. She gasps for air only to inhale the rank stench of death and decay. The bottom of the fissure remains mostly devoid of light, yet there is enough for her to make out the bloated, discolored face of a corpse just inches from her own. The dark, hollow eyes staring at her. An unnatural chill hangs in the air.
Tomora, recovering from the shock of the fall sees the creature reeling from Xianon's strike. Muttering a few words, she slaps hands together and a blast of air (Gust) erupts into the creatures face. She then scrambles to her feet and readies her shield. (Creature Strength Save, DC 13: 3)
The creature resists the blast of air, keeping it's hold of the ledge. Wounded, it disengages, deftly slinks down the slope into the dark recess of the crevasse beneath the bridge
A raspy, agitated voice rumbles in your minds "The light, it burns us, it does. Nasty light. Nasty creatures. Come to hurt us, they did. Cruel things. Sneaky things. Leave us alone... Perhaps we call the others, yes...(cackle)...they would not like the others, would they? No, they would not. Leave us they must...or the others will come..." The muttering continues incoherently.
