At the start of the Stone Ghost enemy turn the other three emerge from the ground, triggering your Readied Action. What is the Saving Throw and DC they need to roll?
”As an action, you present your holy symbol and speak a prayer censuring the undead. Each undead that can see or hear you within 30 feet of you must make a Wisdom saving throw. If the creature fails its saving throw, it is turned for 1 minute or until it takes any damage.
A turned creature must spend its turns trying to move as far away from you as it can, and it can’t willingly move to a space within 30 feet of you. It also can’t take reactions. For its action, it can use only the Dash action or try to escape from an effect that prevents it from moving. If there’s nowhere to move, the creature can use the Dodge action.“

SG1SG3 G I E ------| T O |------- SG2 N SG4 Re-posting the map for some clarity on where they emerged from the ground when Evan's Turn Undead readied action triggered. SG1 failed, and will spend its remaining 15 move moving away to the north, provoking from Galtheon, Ilcerys, and Evan, SG2 moves 15 ft north west, provoking from Teravan and Galtheon. Note, any damage taken would end the Turn Undead effect, however, so you may opt not to do so. SG3 and SG4 resist the effect.
Seeing Nanoc harried by the wounded Stoneghost number 4, Evan continues to focus fire there, shooting a Guiding Bolt at it, following up with a Spiritual Hammer attack bonus action (with advantage if the Guiding Bolt hits).
Seeing the monk harried by the wounded Stoneghost number 4, Evan continues to focus fire there, shooting a Guiding Bolt at it, following up with a Spiritual Hammer attack bonus action (with advantage if the Guiding Bolt hits).
Spiritual Hammer advantage roll if needed: 16 (uses Bless roll above)
Both hit, and due to the Vulnerability to Radiant, the Force Damage, and prior damage to SG4, SG4 is now entirely destroyed, its body crumbling to bits of stone that continue quivering long after death before becoming inert a full minute later.
+DC 13 Constitution Save vs +1 level of Exhaustion
Constitution save: 15
You take the necrotic damage of 6, but resist the exhaustion, as your discipline and training allow you to force the calcifying effect from taking root in your body.
SG3 remains in the open, SG1 and SG2 are fleeing and will be for the foreseeable future, unless someone elected to take an OA at them which would break the Turn Undead. Party is up (Evan has gone, and killed SG4).
Shaking off the chill of the creature's attack, Ilecerys lets the frightened stone ghosts flee and again attempts to throw SG3 to the floor.
+1 Club Attack: 15 Damage: 8
Flurry of Blows 1: 7 Damage: 6
Flurry of Blows 2: 11 Damage: 4
DC 12 Dex save on Flurry of Blows hits or knocked prone.
Missed the Bless again, 3, 4, 4
So total, 18 on club, 11 & 15 on FoB
The club hits and the full 8 damage is dealt as the weapon is magical. This stone ghost is looking pretty bad off, between this and the earlier fire attack, but it still has some fight left. The first unarmed strike missed but the next connects, though the damage is resisted down to 2.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
[OOC: I believe Nanoc should get an Attack of Opportunity on SG2 as it flees, which he will take because of his rage and the fact we are going to have to kill these things at some stage, so we may as well do it now.]
Roll to-hit: 7 ; Damage: 5 ; Sneak Attack damage if it applies because of the closeness of his companions: 2

OOC: Just catching up.
For my action on the previous turn, I would have readied Magic Missile at 1st level to fire At the first one that comes out of the ground Force Damage 9
If that doesn’t matter, I would’ve used this action in this round.

Roll to-hit: Dice rolls not yet available for this section.; Damage: Dice rolls not yet available for this section.; Sneak Attack damage if it applies because of the closeness of his companions: Dice rolls not yet available for this section.
(The rolls are not showing up as of yet. If the attack is a miss it will continue fleeing due to a Turn Undead, is a hit then it will deal full damage as it is the magic scimitar)
For my action on the previous turn, I would have readied Magic Missile at 1st level to fire At the first one that comes out of the ground Force Damage 13
They all emerged at about the same time but I will have this readied action target SG3, the one that attacked you before, which now puts it at very, very low HP, when combined with the prior attacks. The force damage does full damage, 13.

Okkar swings his axe at SG4 in retaliation for the attack against him:
Attack roll: 10
Damage Roll: 5
Okkar fails to connect, his axe bouncing off the calcified skin of the creature.

Saves vs Turn Undead:
SG1: 3

SG3: 19
SG4: 20
SG3 attacks the Monk:
Attack roll: 17

SG attacks Nanoc instead of Okkar this time:
Attack roll: 19
Damage roll if a hit: 4 Necrotic Damage
+DC 13 Constitution Save vs +1 level of Exhaustion
SG3 and SG4 remain in their current positions at the end of their actions.
Evan:
