Hunter moves forward, closing the gap with the guards and workers, his Echo leading the way 30ft in front, both ready for a fight.
Move: 30ft closer to the guards and workers. They were 80ft away, so should be 50ft away now.
Free Action: Move the Echo forward towards the guards and workers. The Echo was already 30ft ahead of Hunter, so should now be 20ft from the guards and workers.
Just to summarize - the guard on the tower is now dead, and I assume out of reach for us to get ears....however there are three guards within 80m guarding some civilians
The civilians are just moving boxes while the guards are watching them to make sure nothing goes wrong. You notice that all of them have a tattoo on the heel. (They are wearing sandels)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
I'm assuming from your post DM, that the guards and workers haven't spotted us, and am going to go ahead and post Hunters next turn.
Hunter continues to close with the group of Zhentarim.
As his Echo reaches the group, Hunter directs it to one of the guards, the pair swinging their swords in unison, as the blades swap places, allowing Hunter to remotely strike at the guard.
Move: Move another 30ft closer to the guards and workers. They were 50ft away and should now be 20ft away.
Free Action: Move the Echo to engage with one of the guards. The Echo was 20ft away and can be moved 30ft.
Action: Take the Attack action against the guard, through the Echo:

He smiles, somewhat more satisfied seeing arrows thunk home into flesh. He smiles at Hunter "Down to five arrows...let's see if we can't pull some out from a few corpses...."
Hunter nod and sends his Echo silently towards the three guards and five workers, preparing to engage them should they notice Hunter and Gedyr.
Initiative: 8
Free Action: Direct the Echo to move to a position 30ft from Hunter, in the direction of the 3 guards and 5 workers.
Action: Take the dodge action.

Okay, roll intiative.
But doesn't matter really ,because none of them notice you the next round.
We both already rolled Initiative, figuring we would be entering combat with our actions.

(Sorry, I was sick for a bit.)
Oh right, I forgot about that.
Then Gedyr goes first, I believe
I had already rolled attacks.....just in case....
from previous post...
Stealth if needed 18
Inititaive 19
Attacks with sharshooter assuming advantage on attack...
Attack: 16 Damage: 20
Attack: 24 Damage: 21
Ahh, I really need to check back more carefully.
Are you picking the workers, the guards or the guard on the tower?
The guard on the tower first....
Alright, both bolts bury themselves in the guard on the top tower and he slumps down.
Would anyone like to do anything else for the time being?

Yes, that is correct.
Gedyr will advance on the guards with the civilians, first taking in what they are doing but ready to fire his bow.

As soon as the echo gets in range, Gedyr also launches his attack....going after the guards...
Attack: 13 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
Attack: 10 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
Note sure what happened to the damage rolle...but a 1 and a 2 on attack roll haha...
initiative if needed
22
You slice your way through the 2 guards.
The 2 bolts miss the 3rd guard, and he looks alarmed and starts to step backwards away from the echo.
Hunter and Gedyr have both had their turns this round.
Are the workers and the remaining guard going to have a turn this round, or did we get them by surprise, so we go again before they do?
David Gearlock | Human | Artificer | Revenge Heist
Knox | Warforged | Cleric | Shadowthorn's Out of the Abyss
Yeah, you catch them with surprise, so you get another round.
Cursing, Gedyr launches another set of arrows...
Attack: 26 Damage: 5
Attack: 15 Damage: 9
He smiles, somewhat more satisfied seeing arrows thunk home into flesh. He smiles at Hunter "Down to five arrows...let's see if we can't pull some out from a few corpses...."
Hunter nods understanding and agreement with Gedyr's request, continuing to close the distance with the workers.
The Echo closes with the remaining guard (or a worker, if all the guards are dead now), as Hunter engages with one of the workers.
Hunter and his Echo make slashes, some swapping places and others not.
Move: Move the remaining 20ft to the nearest worker.
Free Action: Move the Echo to engage with the last guards or a worker if the guard is already dead.
Action: Take the Attack Action:
Attack 1 Hunter's Target: Attack: 24 - Damage: 11 slashing damage.
Attack 2 Echo's Target: Attack: 23 - Damage: 9 slashing damage.
