Yes it is easy enought to find some cover.

Baltor lets you know that the halfling's hand is starting to glow again.

Talinian continues to fly upward but begins to fly somewhat erratically.  "Since I clearly cannot shoot well, perhaps I should try to avoid being hit," he mutters loudly to himself.

ooc: Takes the Dodge.

Bones still being the person who is  not wanted the Bounty Hunter throws another fire bolt at you.  Attack: 8 Damage: 8

ooc: If my math is correct (you know, a^2+b^2=c^2), Talinian will be just about level with the cliff after this move but still about 60 feet away from it.  If not, please let me know.  He flew 30' straight up before, now he's angling in.

Watching the firebolt sizzle down below and hit nothing, Talinian changes his flight path, moving at 45 degree angle in towards the cliff.  He considers but discards a number of actions, deciding again that given the distance, discretion remains the better part of valor.  He keeps a careful watch on everything around, though.

The fire bolt singes the grass beside Bones and he gives a growl, "You mean to tell us that this isn't your doing, old magus?!" He turns to Mia, "We need to move. The hunter seems intent on getting rid of me but if the statements have been true, then both you and Talinian are due for some exceeding resistance soon."

ooc: are we taking a break for the holidays?

(OOC - I've been busy lately with a change in jobs but have been trying to post as regularly as I can. I'm happy to keep playing over the holidays if everyone else does.)

OK, to recap, you are being attacked from a cliff by a Mage Bounty Hunter, you know that others are on their way, I would say that it is your all turn.

Talinian continues to fly towards the cliff, angling up now [ending this move about 40' from the cliff and now 10' higher].  He looks ahead, scanning for the attacker and any other hostiles.

Spotting the gnome, he unleashes an attack of his own, sending a spinning ball of lightning at him.
