Vincent swings his warpick at sahuagin which speared him (SE3)

Both Reguh and Vincent's attacks hit and  sahuagin SE3 is looking very hurt.

Oden, Tabaxi Captain, Sahuagin 5 (SE5), Maltake, Vincent (again) and Laire are up. Initiative roll for Tharhun 20 , who will have some saved actions.

The Tabaxi Captain moves into melee range with SE5 and makes three (!!!) melee attacks: two with her scimitar and one with her dagger.

Scimitar Attack 1: 11, Damage: 4; Scimitar Attack 2: 18, Damage: 8 and dagger Attack: 23, Damage: 5

Sahuagin 5 (SE5) is looking hurt.

Sahuagin 5 (SE5), (assuming it is still alive) continues its attack on Elanza bite Attack: 4 Damage: 3 and spear Attack: 19, Damage: 8. If the bite attack hits, it will have advantage on the spear attack. Doesn;t need it - nat 20 on second hit crit Damage: 5.

Oden, Maltake, Vincent, Tharhun and Laire are up in the order they post. I'll provide an updated map shortly.

Seeing the battle with the villagers behind him, Tarkin rushes to lend assistance Disengaging so to better avoid blows that would prevent him from doing otherwise.
When he gets there, he quickly takes a full round of attacks against the nearest enemy attacking the group, and should they fall, his following blows would greet the next enemy. As he strikes out, he calls back to the villagers, "Get back!"

Tharhun rushes up to Sahuagin 3 (SE3) and starts attacking - the first hit bounces of the creature's rubbery hide, the second cuts into it and it is on death's doorstep and the third attack cuts the creature down.

Sahuagin 3 (SE3) is dead. Sahuagin 4 and 5 (SE4 and SE5) and Giant Crab 3 (Cr3) are all still alive.

Vincent puts his war pick back in his belt and turns to the crab and wounded Sahuagin (SE5), casting his ravens to hurt them

Oden sees one of the island's defenders falling to a Sahuagin's attack, and even as she's dragged away, he renews his attacks, slashing at the Sahuagin.

Bulky figure of Sahuagin blocked Laire's view of the crab but become a perfect target itself. Laire dropped the rocks and took her quarterstaff: Shillelagh: Attack: 18 Damage: 8  on SE5

Vincent’s ravens cannot find purchase.

Both of Oden’s slashes cut into Sahuagin 4 (SE4) and it is looking close to death.

Laire’s petrified quarterstaff, imbued with fey energy strikes true and crushes Sahuagin 5’s (SE5’s) skull, killing it.

Giant Crab s (Cr3) is alive, as is Sahuagin 4 (SE4) (just)

Maltake, Sahuagin 4 (SE4), Beatrice, Aliez and Reguh are up in whatever order you post.

I will once again swing my great axe at SE4.

Maltake shoots at the near dead Sauhagin (SE4) with his Eldritch Blast.

 Feeling giddy with all the death and destruction happening around him, his aim is off as he seek to get ahold of himself. 

Reguh moves to space x10, y7 and shoots another firebolt at the bottom sauhagin Attack: 18 Damage: 1

Beatrice misses, though Aliez gives her inspiration for next round.

Maltake’s blast misses.

Reguh’s firebolt hits Sahuagin 4 (SE4) and it looks even closer to death, but somehow the wetness of its skin (or rolling a 1 for damage) means that it does not go down.

Sahuagin 4 (SE4) makes a final-stand-frenzied-attack at the two most injured people within reach:

On Oden it makes a bite attack: 18 damage: 5, and

On Beatrice it makes a spear Attack: 10, Damage: 3.

Beatrice and Oden are looking hurt.

Joao, Elanza, Giant Crab 3, Oden, Tabaxi Captain, Maltake and Vincent are up in whatever order people post.

[I did not realise how effective the Death Domain reaper class feature was, and it looks like it works with all three of your cantrips.] 

Giant Crab 3 (Cr3) attacks Elanza,  Attack: 7, Damage: 6 if it hits Elanza, she is grappled (escape DC 11).

It misses.

Only Giant Crab 3 (Cr3) remains alive. I'll let Oden and Maltake go before Joao, Elanza or the Tabaxi Captain, to minimise the chances that a NPC gets the final kill.

Oden jumps over the Sahuagin's body to attack the crab.

Oden's first hit bounces of the crab's shell, the second breaks through, though it is not a hard hit. 

Maltake reigns in his emotions. "My fate is mine own. My soul is mine own." he whispers to himself. 

He fires at the Giant Crab (Cr3) with his Eldritch Blast.

Maltake shouts: "Let's get off this island before more of these things arrive. Have all the villagers been evacuated?"
