Aliez will go to the Sea Elf Elixir Emporium to call in the favor owed, "Hello? I was told you may be able to help some friends of a certain tabaxi captain?"
Before heading back to the ship, I would also like to sell the teeth I still have, to Bryn if possible. Also if the ability to buy studded leather from the guards is available to her, Aliez would like that as well. When she does that she will ask them, "You fine fellows wouldn't happen to have any hand crossbows available if I donate a decent amount?"

I'll get you to roll a straight luck check to see if the guards have studded leather. On 11 through 20 they do. The 'donation' is the normal price of 45 gp.
I'll get you to roll a straight luck check to see if the guards have crossbows that they are willing to sell (it will be just one roll for any crossbows): On 13 through 20 they have a hand crossbow and the 'donation' is the normal price of 75 gp. On a 11 through 20 they have a light crossbow (25 gp). On 12 through 20 they have a heavy crossbow (50 gp). If they have any crossbows, they also have crossbow bolts (normal price).
If you fail the roll for a weapon by one, they have the item, though not spare and you need to pay an extra 10 gp.
Aliez will go to the Sea Elf Elixir Emporium to call in the favor owed, "Hello? I was told you may be able to help some friends of a certain tabaxi captain?"
The Sea Elf proprietor, Aldageam, seems pleased at the mention of a tabaxi captain "Three Earrings is around and hasn't come to say hello? Well I do owe that tabaxi my life, so anything I can do to help a friend of hers I will. What kind of help are you looking for?"
[I assume you explain to her at least that you need to fight under water, but feel free to add anything else you say to her. Also, anyone else that wants to speak to Aldageam before buying potions can.]
Aldageam tells you "Many of the concoctions I prepare are to help sailors get rid of scurvy, for them get rid of diseases they have picked up that are of a delicate nature, or to cure them from poisoning themselves with alcohol or not-so-fresh food. Fortunately we also do quite a trade in water-breathing potions as well, especially for travellers on their way to Tal'Dorei who are worried about ending up in the water at some stage - a valid fear and one I've experienced. I keep most of my water-breathing potions out the back, to make them seem scarcer than they are. I have the two on the shelf and another ten out the back and you can buy them for 40 gp each. Let me know how many you need. I also have four potions of healing which I can sell for 40 gp each, and I have one potion of animal friendship that I can sell for 125 gp."
Aldageam hands over two small bottles filled with cloudy green fluid, both of which have a jellyfish-like bubble floating in them and takes 80 gp from Vincent.
"I am Oden, pleased to meet you Aldageam. It is always good to do business with one of my people." He watches Aldageam for any strange reaction. "I'll buy one of the Potions of Healing. One can never be too careful when hunting Sahuagin."
Oden sees no obvious strange reaction, put you can roll a DC12 perception check:
She genuinely seems to consider Three Earrings a friend and her comment about Three Earrings saving her seems genuine. That said, after Aliaz mentioned that you are Three Earrings friends, she does keep an extra close eye on you all, as if she does not entirely trust you based on this information.
Aldageam hands over a potion which is ruby red in colour and takes Oden's 40 gp.
Aldageam agrees with Oden's sentiment and responds in Aquan, "Yes, and can I ask what part of the world do you hail from friend? Sahuagin are a constant thorn in our people's side, that is for certain."
Laire was shamelessly gaping at ... well... everything in this shop, beginning with the incredibly cute bat-like talking creature. She restrained herself from clapping her hands and laughing but other than that was the very definition of the "tourist in a giftshop" - checking every trinket on every shelf.
Money discussion brought her back to reality, though. Should any shop sell a set of exotic hide armour (fur - absolutely irresistible!) she would get herself one, but other than that she would rather give the money to anyone, who was going to buy a scroll or a potion for altering self to be able to breath under water. If no one did, a Healing Kit and a couple of Healing potions would do.

[Hehe, love it! It is definitely quite a tourist town and between all the shops you visited, there is a lot to check out.]

I'll get you to roll a straight luck check to see if the guards have spare hide armour. On 11 through 20 they do, though it is regular hide. On 12 through 20 it is fur. On 16 through 20 all the hide armour the guards have is made from fairly exotic creatures endemic to the island (that are sustainably farmed). The 'donation' is the normal price of 10 gp .
she would rather give the money to anyone, who was going to buy a scroll or a potion for altering self to be able to breath under water. If no one did, a Healing Kit and a couple of Healing potions would do.
If no-one takes you up on the offer of pooled money, add a healing kit and two healing potions and deduct 85 gp.
Aldageam agrees with Oden's sentiment and responds in Aquan, "Yes, and can I ask what part of the world do you hail from friend? Sahuagin are a constant thorn in our people's side, that is for certain."
"Not too far away. A small settlement to the West of Mother's Sigh Reef, originally, but the Sahuagin destroyed it. Found a new home in Palma Flora. Until yesterday..."
"Vincent, I'll pay for your health potion. Bryn gave me some shark teeth when we rescued her. I figure she would want the money to be spent helping others."
"Not too far away. A small settlement to the West of Mother's Sigh Reef, originally, but the Sahuagin destroyed it. Found a new home in Palma Flora. Until yesterday..."
Aldageam is sympathetic and responds in Aquan:
"That is a far too common tragedy for our kind. Can I ask, what happened in Palma Flora, what did you mean by hunting sahuagin and how is 'Rings involved?"

"There was an attack and an earthquake... Flora Isle was submerged into the sea, but most people got away. We're after one particular Sahuagin who was behind it. Three Earings is helping with... logistics. He also secured our escape and brought many refugees here. You'll no doubt hear about them soon. Be kind to them, a few are my family." Oden checks if everyone is ready to go. "I hope we'll speak again. We should get going."
[As per the group PM]: Beatrice buys three water-breathing potions and offers to lend the other gnome some money as well if he needs it to buy the Alter Self scroll.
Aldageam agrees to keep an eye out for the refugees and in particular Oden's siblings.
Just as everyone is finishing up their shopping, you see a stressed looking Dillyu moving through the crowd along the main street searching for something or someone. He spots your party (either because you are together, or he spots the group at The Sea Elve's Elixir Emporium and then the rest of you catch up with the main group) and says "Heidi sent me to find you all and hurry you back to the ship. She said "get back here quick" and "don't come back without the Heroes of the Isle", so please say that you are ready to go."
Assuming you all agree to go back to the ship immediately, you get back to the Wavechaser, you see Boerth talking to Harbour Master Nilphyn, and you are hurried onto the ship. Boerth returns to the ship leaving an annoyed looking Nilphyn standing with her arms crossed, watching the Wavechaser leave. Heidi yells at Dillyu for taking so long to get you all back on board and the ship starts sailing away towards the part of the Sharkfeather Abyss that Flora Isle sank into.
The Wavechaser seems quiet and almost spacious now that the people you rescued are not on board. You all have most of the day to speak amongst yourselves and speak to any of the crew before night-fall and bed. Please let me know what (if any) interaction you have with the crew. Heidi, Kijori, Boerth, Dillyu and Dajarkal are all above deck, Three Earrings is in her cabin below deck for the first few hours.
[Don't feel that you have to have your character interact with other characters or the crew. Also, don't feel that you are posting too often if you decide your character speaks to every single member of the crew, even multiple times (it is a positive thing). I'm going to wait until about 48 hours to allow any PC and/or crew interaction before late night when your characters would need go to sleep (or risk a point of exhaustion). I'll move on to evening and dinner time probably tomorrow around this time IRL, so anything that people need sunlight for will need to be done before then.]
Back on the Wavechaser, Aliez has a few things she wants to do:
First, she will try to find Vincent when is free and some what alone to talk
Second, she will approach Heidi, "As first mate, I am sure you are one of the most knowledgeable people on this ship on how to sail and run a ship. I was wondering if I might follow you and learn how? I hate to be a burden and if I can help and learn I would appreciate it."
Third, she will find Oden, "So, time to go avenge your home eh? What comes after that for you?"
Heidi responds "If ye 'ave the coin I be willin' to teach ye anythin' ye want. Otherwise, if ye ask the Cap'n whether ye can join the crew an' she believes ye be fit to be a permanent member, ye'll be taught. Ye might even end up replacin' that there good-for nothin' sea elf" and she motions at Dillyu.
"Vincent, I'll pay for your health potion. Bryn gave me some shark teeth when we rescued her. I figure she would want the money to be spent helping others."
Vincent will nod in appreciation but still keeps his guard up around Aliez.
He’ll also be up on the deck by the bow of the ship when we leave, easy to find.
