Beatrice, Gumerawan and Lonzar do not spot anything. A number of people wait with readied attacks for a sign of enemies within range (definitely a smart move against unseen foes. I take it that Rosan continues holding action of firing the cannon).
Oden, Dillyu, some unseen foes (doing things you cant see) and then Kenton and Firische are up, followed by Beorth (who will just follow the captain's commands for movement and turning).
Unfortunately neither Oden or Dillyu see anything noteworthy with those rolls.
[Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think we were using favoured terrain 'Coasts' as a placeholder for 'Ocean' for Oden's Natural Explorer class feature? If so he can add double his proficiency for Intelligence or Wisdom checks. That still wouldn't be enough to spot what I was getting everyone to roll perception for, though the extra +2 might make a difference on future rolls.]
Kenton and Firische are up, the on Beorth's turn the ship moves (including the extra 15 ft) and turns.
Five lacedons emerge from the water and start climbing up the side of the ship (see below). Anyone who has a held attack and is in range of the lacedons can make that attack. Gumerawan and Lonzar are up, then some invisible foes who do things you cannot see, then Beatrice and Dajarkal.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Held Actions:
Lonzar sends a 2nd level Dissonant Whispers at the furthest Lacedon: Wis Save 13. Or 11 psychic damage and must move away from caster, half on save + no retreat.
Gumerawan casts Snillocs Snowball Swarm to catch the nearest three Lacedon.: Dex Save 12 or 7 Cold Damage half on save.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The Champion's chill touch misses L1 but hits L2 for 7 damage. Because L2 is undead, it has disadvantage on attack rolls against The Champion until the end of his next turn.
Wis save for L6 (it is only five lacedons visible so far, L5 just died earlier) against Lonzar's held Dissonant Whispers is 1. It saves, so takes 8 damage.
Dex saves against Gumerawan'sheld Snillocs Snowball Swarm are L1: 5, L2: 6, L3: 5. L1 and L2 dodge out of the way, though are still grazed by the snowballs for 5 damage. L3 cops a snowball directly in the chest and takes the full 11 damage.
Beatrice's javelin misses [I've also had consistently bad rolls with one of my characters in another campaign, so feel your dice god pain.]
Lonzar's crossbow bolt sinks into L6's chest, though Gumerawan's dagger misses.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
L1's con save against Dajarkal's infestation: 7 . It saves and shrugs off the damage.
Beatrice's javelin hits L1, who is looking quite hurt now.
On the sahuagin high priestess's turn the ship appears again as five of the kobolds use their held actions to launch another mangonel stone at the helm: Attack: 22 Damage: 17. The mangonel stone misses The Bounty.
The sahuagin and five lacedons dive into the water. The lacedons use their held actions to start swimming towards The Bounty, the sahuagin high priestess starts chanting and waving her hands.
Kenton, Firische and Gumerawan, please make an Arcana check. If you beat a DC10:
The sahuagin high priestess's chanting and gestures appear to be the same as those that caused the ships you were on previously to be plucked from the water and destroyed.
If you beat a DC15:
You believe you only have 18 seconds (another 3 rounds) to interrupt the ritual that she is casting or very bad things will happen. You understand that she probably needs to concentrate on the spell she is casting.
The Champion and Rosan are up. After that L11 and L12 (the closest swimming lacedons) double dash towards the ship, swimming on the top of the water. Oden and Dillyu are then up.
Gumerawan looking South.
17
Lonzar looking East.
19

Oden looks West: 5, Dillyu looks South: 20
Oden shouts: "Full speed ahead, then turn to port!" (speed bonus: 5*2 to get some distance then fire the port cannon)
Dillyu reloads the cannon.
Unfortunately neither Oden or Dillyu see anything noteworthy with those rolls.

Kenton and Firische are up, the on Beorth's turn the ship moves (including the extra 15 ft) and turns.
With the cannon loaded by Dillyu, Firische aims and Kenton fires:
Attack: 13 Damage: 59
The cannonball splashes into the water.
Five lacedons emerge from the water and start climbing up the side of the ship (see below). Anyone who has a held attack and is in range of the lacedons can make that attack. Gumerawan and Lonzar are up, then some invisible foes who do things you cannot see, then Beatrice and Dajarkal.
The Champion’s chill touch goes off, striking at the nearest two
Paladin - warforged - orange
Held Actions:
Lonzar sends a 2nd level Dissonant Whispers at the furthest Lacedon: Wis Save 13. Or 11 psychic damage and must move away from caster, half on save + no retreat.
Gumerawan casts Snillocs Snowball Swarm to catch the nearest three Lacedon.: Dex Save 12 or 7 Cold Damage half on save.
Dajarkal's held attack isn't within range, so I'm guessing it fades? But Beatrice throws her javelin at the Lacedon on x18,y17
Attack: 6
Damage: 9
Lonzar fired his crossbow at the furthest undead horror.
Attack: 21 Damage: 6
Gumerawan threw a dagger at the same one:
Attack: 22 Damage: 6
Lonzar began loudly praising Beatrices skills in battle:
Bardic Inspiration: 1d6
[Thank you, that is definitely needed omg I don't know what I've done to the dice gods!]

Lonzar's crossbow bolt sinks into L6's chest, though Gumerawan's dagger misses.
Beatrice and Dajarkal are up. All five of the lacedons are still alive. I am numbering them from top to bottom, left to right L1 through L4 then L6.
Dajarkal will move up to between Beatrice and Kenton (x17,y11) and cast Infestation at L1. It needs to make a con save beating 14.
Damage: 1
Move: 3 (North 5 feet)
Beatrice will move up to x17,y15 if she can and will attempt to throw another javelin.
Attack: 25 + bardic inspiration: 1
Damage: 4
L1's con save against Dajarkal's infestation: 7 . It saves and shrugs off the damage.
Beatrice's javelin hits L1, who is looking quite hurt now.

As soon as she can Gumerawan sends an Ice Knife at the Sahuagins face.
Attack: 10 Damage: 5 + 6
The Champion moves in closer and casts Raven’s Blade and swings his warhammer at the boarding creatures L1, and L2
Attack: 18 Damage: 8 4 necrotic
Attack: 21 Damage: 10 3 necrotic
Paladin - warforged - orange
[The sahuagin high priestess is about 125 ft away just on the x-axis, so will be out of Gumerawan's range on her turn, sorry.]
The Champion's warhammer caves the undead creature's skull in, though it appears to just be hanging on to un-life.
Rosan, Oden and Dillyu are up.
( OK ok hit Lacedons instead....uh, do we have anything with that sort of range......gulp....)
