Kenton, seeing the others scanning where the invisible ship ought to be, glances in the opposite direction, wary of any unexpected threats coming at them.
Gumerawan as you are trying to see signs of the ship, you notice that there is an area where your eyes don't seem to want to focus. You don't know exactly where the ship is, though you are fairly certain that if you aim at a point (J19 on the previous map) that part of the ship will still be there. [It wasn't quite good enough investigation to figure out exactly where the ship is (if you had rolled exceptionally it would have even removed disadvantage), but if you let your friends know to fire at J19 you remove the risk of them firing at a spot that the ship has moved out of.]
Oden similarly can notices that there is an area that he cannot focus, but is unable to deduce where that would suggest the ship is.
Oden lets Boerth keep the same direction (35ft forward)and lets loose an arrow at J19, hoping it would give the ship away. [...] Attack: 24 Damage: 12 (rolled with disadvantage) [...] Dillyu reloads the cannon.
Oden lets an arrow fly and as it approaches the area that Gumerawan pointed out it suddenly dissapears, though Oden knows in his heart that it hit something. The cannon is loaded by Dillyu, ready for others to help.
You assume some foes you can't see do some things you can't see.
Kenton and Firische are up followed by Beorth (on Beorth's turn the ship moves as per his captain's order to E15 through E19 on the map).
After that you assume some other foes you can't see do some things you can't see as well, then Gumerawan and Lonzar are up.
On a 10 Kenton accidentally says "Fire!!" at the same time the cannon fires, so nobody really hears it. The cannonball flies to approximately where Gumerawan had pointed out, but splashes into the water and does not hit the invisible ship.
You can assume some foes you can't see do some things you can't see again.
Beatrice and Dajarkal are up followed by the Sahuagin Preistess.
Also (not that I'm foreshadowing anything), but I'll get you to all confirm that I have your placements correct on this battlemap as per your last turn:
Beatrice and Dajarkal will remain where they are, waiting for the arcane cannon to warm back up. Beatrice will ready one of her javelins to throw as soon as she sees an enemy come into range (I believe 120 feet?), and Dajarkal will have Infestation ready to fire as soon as an enemy comes into range for her as well (30 feet).
The ship comes into view again as another mangonel stone flies at The Bounty's helm (actions/held actions of the 5 kobolds awaiting the fire command): Attack: 12 Damage: 22.
The ship itself is out of Beatrice's long range (the black line is 120 ft) and Dajarkal's range, so those attacks are still held.
Anyone that is looking towards the ship sees that none of the lacedons are hanging off the side of the side anymore, with some of the creatures now on deck and others having likely dived into the water.
Beatrice, if you pass a DC18 perception check:
You see that there are lacedons swimming just beneath the surface of the water towards The Bounty (where the very obvious blue patch is on the battlemap) about 70 to 90 ft. It appears to be all five that were previously hanging on near the front of the ship. You can attack with disadvantage with Beatrice's held attack (It would have been disadvantage anyway due to it being a long distance attack, but there is no double disadvantage in 5e).
Anyone else that passes the perception check and have read this can also attack if they can make a melee or spell attack at that range.
The sahuagin appears to be yelling commands at her crew, then raises her arms appears to start chanting something and the ship becomes invisible again. You know where the ship is until whichever creature is operating their helm has their turn. As such you can aim at the ship with any weapon in range for the moment, but it will be at disadvantage.
Anyone who wants to look out for sahuagin (PC or sidekick), give me a perception check and let me know which general direction they are looking (N/E/S/W). If looking South and they pass a DC18 perception check, you can read the spoiler above.
The mangonel stone goes wide and The Bounty's helm is fine. The Champion, Rosan, (two lacedons nobody can see), Oden and Dillyu are up.
[I will indicate that whilst people can aim at the invisible ship (before it moves) with only disadvantage, the attack will only be at the hull. If you are instead trying to aim at a specific part of the ship or at a creature on the ship, you will also need to roll an intelligence check or investigation check with a fairly high DC as well when you make the attack.]
That reminds me: Oden, you see the arrow that you fired earlier is sticking out of the side of the ship. It doesn't look like it did any structural damage (both ships hull's have a /20 damage threshold).
That will do the first part, roll an investigation check

And... he doesn't see much, I guess...

Beatrice and Kenton are distracted by gulls.
Oden and Dillyu are up.

Gumerawan and Lonzar continued manning the sails and keeping watch, they both held spells in mind in case enemies appeared close enough to hit.
Kenton works with Firische to load and aim the cannon, but I guess we can't fire this turn?
Dillyu loaded the cannon, so you can fire.
Fire!!
(says Kenton unnecessarily, as he is the one firing. Charisma check for how cool he looks though: 10)
Attack: 8 Damage: 48
I can't really see where on the map he would be firing, but it would be somewhere he thinks the invisible ship might be.
