Aurelia's fiery blast kills the centermost kobold, who is unable to run. Thus the feeble kobold died. The other two dodged, but were seared by the mere heat of the flame, both left blackened and charred by the attack. They look incredibly weak.
Eleth comes through the window after Aurelia, and takes aim at the weakest looking kobold. She shoots with her bow, hoping to strike the creature dead. (Attack 13, Dmg 10). The weakest kobold falls dead.
Dahme'dre snipes the injured cultist and annihilates him. He falls dead to the ground.
(If you mean to move your Hex to Slade's next target whenever he moves again that works for me. Or if you would like to declare your new hex target now you may say who.)
There are now 1 cultist and 1 kobold still alive. The cultist is still a picture of health and the remaining kobold is on his last leg.

Ashehee thirsts for blood. But curiously, patience flows through her veins, combatting the adrenaline that wants her to kill in the name of the Sliver Flame.
Ashehee opens the door and steps in, using the door as a shield, and shouts, "Surrender now. You are surrounded. Lay down your arms and we will spare you a painful death. I cannot promise you life as you have sinned. But better to surrender unless you prefer to suffer. And suffer you will if you do not surrender!"
Ashehee eyes the reaction of the cultist and kobold.

(Also what information do we need? "Where's your boss?" I've probably got the best persuasion, but not a clear goal. We could get a little good cop bad cop between Ashehee and Aurelia.)
Aurelia jumps on the kobold, keeping it close so it can't move away. She cries to the group. "Let's take our time to interrogate these properly!" Whirling her staff overhead, she brings it in a backwards sweep on the kobold's legs, dropping it to the floor. The then gives it an expert tap on the head, right in the temple. (Crits are treated as max damage + an extra die roll. You've definitely knocked the kobold out. Count the cultist as dead if that is what Slade intended. Otherwise, you have two konked out people.)
The inspection of the bodies shows several deep lacerations. The cuts aren't medical in nature, and instead look like the work of a crazed madman. The type of cuts made definitely match the scimitars the cultists all seem to favor. Further inspection of the deeper wounds informs Dahme'dre that fingers had prodded the inside and messed with the inners of these people. Looking at the cultists that were not charred by Aurelia's attack, you can see the two humanoids have blood all over their hands, which they used to mark up the walls.
The walls have bloody symbols on them. Some are messy, particularly the kobolds, however near the human cultist who died near the start of the fight is the most polished image drawn in blood.

(regarding crits, Aurelia's weapon is 1d8 + 3 on damage. Does that mean her crit damage is 19, or is it 1d8+11) (It looks like Ashe should interrogate, as Aurelia has a +3 on persuasion).
Aurelia kneels next to the cultist. "I'll make this brief. We've tried to get answers from you people before, but my companions here have just shed your friends blood. Who are you, what are you doing, and why are you doing it? My friend Ashe here is not as forgiving as I. You really want to be answering to me and not her"
(Assuming we waited for Cultist and Kobold to wake up)
Ashehee eyed the cultist and kobold. Before she found her calling, she would have taken pleasure in torturing the two. She took no pleasure in what she was about to do. Pleasure was a gift, but could also be a sin; and enjoying the suffering of others was not becoming of a Paladin of the Sliver Flame. Ashehee reminded herself that pleasure wasn't the goal here. Information is the goal. Wickedness fills the air like a thick smoke from a raging forest fire, and it was up to Ashehee to control the flame, as there is only one flame that may burn brightly - the Silver Flame.
Ashehee eyes turned to the cultist, as she had no idea if the kobold could understand her words. Oh, she knows the kobold will understand PAIN, but she decides she'll get to that in due course.
"I take no pleasure in doing this sinner," Ashehee calmly says as she walked to the cultist. "You must realize that you are a dead man. How you die is up to you…"
Ashehee strokes her dagger with her off hand, almost caressing it like she would have caressed a lover.
"Answer my companions' questions and I'll give you a quick death. Your desecration of this land does not warrant it, but I can be a forgiving Paladain of the Sliver Flame." Ashehee places the dagger above the cultists right eye, intently looking at his eyes as her blade hovers a hair above the moistness of his eye. "Should you choose unwisely and not cooperate or answer untruthfully, I will take one eye out, then another, then you fingers, then your toes. My dagger and I can get quite creative. If I feel you will not speak the truth, I'll rid you of that tongue of yours and you can write your confessions."

Edit: For the kobold, who was scared, a roll was not needed. However the braver cultist DC check is quite... quite high.)
The cultist spits in Ashehee's direction. "The talons have sunk in, you think your god will protect you... but it won't." They gave her a cruel smile before her eyes go bright. It is then you see a glowing outline of some sort of mark or tattoo beneath her clothing. An aberrant mark! Ashehee and anyone else standing close to her must make a Dex Saving Throw of 13 or take 7-6 fire damage. Half if you passed your save. The cultist's body is smoldering and charred. They died for their cause, whatever it may be.
Later, when you do interrogate the kobold:
The kobold shivers and shakes, terrified of the paladin. He looks from Ashehee's eyes down to the floor. "I can't t-talk..." However, Ashehee's threats provoke words from his mouth without him giving it much thought, "Margana is m-much worse than you... kill me if you must. The talons are striking! The hour of the lady is at hand!!!" His eyes go wide and he begins to laugh uncontrollably, tears coming from his eyes. "The key will be found, the door opens, and Siberys child can do nothing to stop it!!!"
It seems that it is unlikely the kobold will say anything more than that.
(An Aberrant Mark is a dragonmark that is not attached to any house. They manifest on random people, in random shapes, and each offers random powers.
