Placement of items that remain to be claimed... Leto, Kyrian, and Honor's items all seem to be in the same general location, with Leto's a bit further South than the other two. These ones seem to be quite far East and South. Naivara's items seems the furthest away, even farther East and South than the others. Kierro's item is likely the closest, a bit North, a bit East, but up a level.

To think that they’d send people to stop us... we must have really strayed from our places in that world.” Kierro says, shivering at the thought. “Lady Celavir, my, um, my mentor and guide, she spoke to me... once around the second pull, another around the fourth. She said that power corrupts anyone, and that she hoped... things would turn out differently this time.” The cleric looks down, uneasy. “Her advice to me all makes sense now.”
One observing Kierro might see him a bit nervous, perhaps even more so than when they began the descent into this place. Certainly a far cry from his mostly calm demeanor. He holds his holy symbol in his palm, clutching it closely.

“I don’t know their motivation. What i wonder is how so many different characters end up with the same kind of powers. I don’t think i remember any two Dragonlords with the same character. Sure we share some similarities but it does’t seem random. Maybe the gods picked us to do something, but once we had the power we decided against it, wich is why they retaliated. I don’t know... But lets walk and talk.”
How accurate was i able to tell the location of my item? Could i get with Kierro to a location under his object and just based on his description, Dimensionsdoor a level higher?

Perhaps it is not impossible to return. Gods are fickle, but are not incabable of mistakes. Though I must admit that this world is growing on me..." He then turns towards the direction of his item, though obviously doesn't lead the way.
You head back to the forge you were recently in. This chamber has a tunnel going North, a secret door you find in the NE corner, on the East wall, and the main tunnel you arrived here through the first time, in the SE corner, heading back East.
Which direction do you go? If East, then do you use the door in the NE corner or the tunnel in the SE corner?
“Kierro, if you want to risk it, we can try to magic our way to your item since it is reasonably close. It may hurt though, if we fail. But if you want to sta6 with the group, that is fine as well.”
Standing at the entrance to the Northern passage, that leads out the center of the forge's North wall, Kierro's item is 100 feet East, 40 feet north, and 30 feet up. Doing the math this makes it about 115 feet from Kierro's current position. You could simply dimension-door from this very chamber to that location...

Perhaps it is not impossible to return. Gods are fickle, but are not incabable of mistakes. Though I must admit that this world is growing on me..." He then turns towards the direction of his item, though obviously doesn't lead the way.
Kierro would take the lead as they continue through the hall. "To be fair, none of us are perfect either - our mistakes likely led to us being sent here. This world grows on me, too, though. I quite enjoy it."
He looks to Nadariel. "Bringing ourselves directly there would allow us to bypass the various traps that we've found on our way down. I'm ready when you are. We should teleport back here after we're done upstairs."
When ready Kierro and Nadariel prepare to teleport towards Kierro's item. I assume you are leaving the dragons behind, as only two people can use dimension door, with one casting. Is anyone else going to cast the same spell, and go with, or is it just the two of them?
The item is under the pile of bodies.
The bodies can be pulled aside by ropes.
Dispel magic does not affect the lightning on the floor.

In comparison, Leto's item is 190 feet East and 340 feet South. It comes up to be around 390 feet away. Also within dimension door reach...
