The screams slowly disapate as it becomes clear neither dragon is attacking. Everyone else can make it to the island, either through use of the flying castle and its ladder, or through use of the Ice Floe.
Nadariel will take a relaxed ride on the island, and i will ask Iveodeanth to explore the castle and the floating island, but to stay away from the constructs and avoid confrontation.

Leto, walking to the town with Morgan and Saint after being dropped off, simply shakes his head and sighs at the lack of forethought of his companions as he hears the screams coming from the town. He then heads in and looks for the nearest tavern, grabs a table, orders a drink, and says the barkeep, "We just pulled in and suddenly there are dragons in town! But already people are back to going about their business. Is this normal in these parts?"
Esmeralda will ask to be taken to the town however is most convenient for the others, but preferably through the castle if it is traveling in that direction. Once that is done, she heads over to the tavern that Leto had gone to first and settles in with Ronaldo. Ordering water for herself, and telepathically mentioning to Ronaldo that he could get what he pleases, she glances around absentmindedly looking for any particularly attractive males in the room.
(OOC: Esmeralda wouldn't know which tavern Leto chose, so she is just choosing the nearest one to wherever she got off, but if it is the same tavern please let me know! Nevermind... I forgot we could sense dragons...)
Honor, Higgul and Emmy also take the Ice Floe to the island, before decamping to a tavern, Honor doing her best to avoid the other DragonLords (and dragons). "Ugh. What if we just left and didn't chase after these stupid magic items? I was doing just fine without all of this, right?" She drinks half her tankard. "Well, not that I remember what happened. But this is a hot mess." She looks at Emmy. "Emmy, you want to fly us to a tropical beach on some other island, where I can run around in a bikini and drink and compete in pit fighting contests? We'll find you a buried treasure, and Higgul --" she gestures to him"-- a... glassblowing shop? A hot blacksmith?" She frowns. "Something. And all the mai tais you can drink."
Emmy cheers. "Oooh, a buried treasure sounds fun! Though that's a bit like what we're doing now just --" she huffs "-- this is longer."
Kierro and Chysen debark the Ice Floe. He looks to Naivara and Kyrian, the only two others remaining. “I might go for a bit of a walk. Clear my head, see what the city has. Want to come with?”
Kyrian nods "I was thinking the same thing, however I usually avoid getting drunk until after the fight, so no taverns. I want to find out what the villagers think of the dragon themselves"

“I will take responsibility for what I have done. [...] If must fall, I will rise each time a better man.” ― Brandon Sanderson, Oathbringer.
Leto "We have a dragon that lives here year-round, people get a bit jaded after a while. Strange dragons are a concern, but, as they did not attack, people will just do as they normally do."
Esmeralda Is able to easily find the tavern Leto is in. She settles down, and is served her water. Roberto orders an ale. There are several decent-looking men around the tavern, a lot of scruffy ones, as well as a fairly attractive elf. he wears the clothes of a sailor, and looks to be regarded with respect by some of the others, so you would likely suspect he is some sort of ship captain.
Sinder Also finds the same tavern as Leto and Esmeralda. "What will ye be having?" An attractive serving woman asks as she gives Sinder a low enough bow to flash him a decent view of her assets.
Honor Steers clear of where she senses the others have gone, and finds a different, slightly more up-scale, inn a bit further from the docks. "Might be a bit better for our long-term health." Higgul speaks up as he downs his ale and calls for another. "I'm with you for the long-haul, but this is starting to worry me..." he starts on the second ale, but slower this time.
"A year round dragon eh?" Leto asks, cooling his drink and then taking a sip as well as ensuring this his entourage has something. "Does it leave you in peace? Is it a big one? The ones flying in just a bit ago weren't so big at least, though no dragon should be underestimated."
Everyone would spot fliers posted all over the port town. They are on the sides of buildings all over town. They are also inside the taverns some of you have gone to. If you check out shops, or any other public building, you would find them inside there as well.
The Great Dragon, Hoondarrh, our beloved Red Rage of Mintarn has decreed that any who wish may venture into his abode and try to lay claim to his treasure. They have ordered that we send forth word and lay down this challenge before adventurers and mercenaries alike.
For someone to face this challenge they must bring 100 gold pieces each, or an item that is worth at least 100 gold pieces. This tribute will be the only way to gain entrance to the majestic lair.
If you are a citizen of Mintarn, you are required to direct any visitors to these proclamations. If you are a visitor, check in at any tavern, shop, or with the harbor master, any of these will have a map to the entrance of the Great Dragon Hoondarrh's lair.

At the taverns there is a large map of the area, next to the flier. The map shows the large volcanic island to the south, with an x marking a specific spot on the island's northern shoreline.
Sinder The serving woman gives you a throaty chuckle, then sways her way over to get the drinks. When she returns she nods to one of the flier sont he wall. "You going to give our dragon a go?" She asks.
Leto The tavern keeper nods to the flier on the wall, as well as the map. "Yes they are a big one, an ancient red." He gives leto a look-over, as well as Morgan and the stoic stone-dragon, currently in human form. "You three look tough, why don't you give the lair a try?"
Sinder The waitress nods and takes a seat at your table. She keeps her eyes on Sinder as she speaks. "What is known is fairly common knowledge around these parts, so I won't be telling you anything others can't find out just as easily..." She shrugs, making her assets sway enticingly. "A few years back the old red woke up, rather sooner than was expected. I guess they had some sort of dream or nother, as they immediately called for dwarf builders and miners to come and start digging some large complex out of the volcano itself. Those dwarfs worked for the past several years on it, and finished up less than a year ago. The proclamation came just after they left, and between then and now there has been some strange wizardly sort in and out of the area, clearly here on the dragons' behalf." She glances around. "The dwarfs and wizard have not been seen since about a month or so back, and likely are gonners."

Latrius gets a tour... Wasn't sure what you wanted for an update. The link in the OOC is a good idea of what the castle has. The only difference would be it would be human-sized, not giant-sized.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Esmeralda heads over to the ship captain, patting Ronaldo on the arm as she leaves and sending him a telepathic message (I'll put this in the OOC).
Smiling winningly she stops just behind him and leans over his shoulder so that her chest is touching his back before saying quietly and seductively in his ear, "Hello darling, what's your name?"
Persuasion (Not sure if you need this... But I'll roll it anyway): 22
