Now with Fionn stable, the druid would begin mending his wounds.
Healing kit: 8 + additional HP equal to the creature's maximum number of Hit Dice.
(Healers kit 6/10 uses: 1 Heal on Nova, 1 Heal on Cadence, 1 Stablilization on Fionn, I heal on Fionn all before SR. Can not heal those 3 again with healers kits until after a SR)
Cadence looks heartlessly down at the ruffian, "Is anyone else tired, of these murderers seeking pity, after they are mired, well I am....pretty." She stabs him in the chest. "They are evil men, I'd kill one as soon as ten. There is no excuse for trying to slay us without regard, and then ask for pass when it's too hard."
She glances around at the prisoners looking for Gerth, using her magic to wipe the blood from her blades before sheathing them. She looks to the new person, "Thank you for your assistance. We were well helped by your added resistance. Cadence is my name, what shall we call you with exclaim?" The elf girl sighs heavily, wandering in a crooked line to the back of the room then sits down. "I don't know about you, but I could use a rest. Fionn as well is probably not feeling the best."

Nova lets out a soft exhale of relief when Fionn opens his eyes. Her mismatched eyes would meet his for a brief moment before fading out of focus as if her mind was elsewhere. With bloodied hands, she’d focus on finishing up the bandaging, clean up and putting away her kit.
”Rest.” Nova would say firmly as a command, eyes still distant. “Now.” Cadence was right and she was not to be ignored this time. With the druid in the doorway with Fionn, should any one decide to pass, they’d have to go through her.
Velda, with tears streaking down her face, frantically searched the cages for Gert. He must be here, something good must come of this! She completely ignores either prisoner, looking instead for their kidnapped friend. When she doesn't find him and hears Nova's firm words to the somewhat recovered Fionn, she looks at her friend, with all the pain and uncertainty and despair etched into her face. "He's not here." It's all Velda can say, flatly. No tears would make this right, no tears would wash away her guilt.

You all hear the voice of a second individual, this one belonging to a woman in the southern cell. Looking directly at Velda, “The only he here besides...” she points to Fionn, “Is my brother.” She then points to the boy the spoke earlier in the northern cell.
“The elf there that somehow got out of the cell. Showed up fairly recently. It’s hard to tell time down here .... but it can’t have been more than half a day.” She indicates Rathe.
Rathe's eyes take in the group after the second body falls. Competent enough, seemingly. They would do. "I thank you for the distraction,"she says, wiping the shortsword on the chest of the first guard. "It would have been difficult to do that when they were looking at me."
She rifles through the guards' pouches and pockets, and grabs onto something, smiling. She stands up, and tries a small key in the lock of the iron collar around her neck.
(Assuming it fits and opens, she lets it drop to the ground with a clatter and she rolls her shoulders to get some blood moving to the welts, and gingerly touches a head wound near her eye with slender fingers.)
Eyes slowly blinking at the group, she turns to Velda. "I assume you were you looking for Gert? He... got out. I tried to get us both out. I obviously failed."
It takes you a few moments to find where the key needs to go. After a few moments of fumbling with it, you hear a satisfying ... click ... as the collar opens and clatters to the floor. At which point, the remaining three prisoners look at Rathe, simultaneously say, “Please help us! Get us out of here!”
“Thank you” comes the hushed voice as the seemingly older of the two catches the key and begins to unlock the others collar. After a few moments, there’s another ... click ... as one of them is now sans collar.
Handing the key to the individual now without collar, a few more moments pass and a second ... click ... is heard as the third collar falls to the ground.
The older women gathers the key again and then looks towards you while holding the key out past the bars as far as she can reach, “Please help me son,” she points to the boy in the northern cell. “Can you get us out of these cells?”
Feeling eyes fall on her, Nova would look up to meet Velda’s gaze. Immediately the firmness in her expression would soften as she’d study the warrior’s face. Velda... She was in so much distress... and for much too long. Nova had not been there for when she first started to break, and was too late for when she did clue in before Velda ran off to this room. And here they were with a wide range of stimuli still coming at them in full force. He’s not here... He got out... Those words echoed in Nova’s mind. And even though she was wanting to process those words for herself, she was watching Velda. And her heart ached for her anguish.
Nova would slip Fionn’s head from her lap, gently laying him back down on her backpack so he could rest. Her eyes wouldn’t waver from Velda’s. The half elf would approach. She’d slowly, but gently reach for Velda’s face, taking it in her hands. “He’s not.” She’d confirm the news that could be hard to hear. “It’s okay.” Her voice was soft. She’d use her thumbs to brush away her tears. I’m here now... I’m sorry Velda... Nova would stand in silence to let her rest in her hands for a moment. If Velda’s panic would start to pick up once more from Rathe’s shared information, Nova would hold firm so she could focus on her eyes. “Breathe.” Her voice was soft and quiet. The Druid would then inhale a slow breath, puffing out her chest to give Velda a visual and sense to follow along to breathe through her distress together. She’d breathe with her as long Velda welcomed it, in hopes it could help calm her overflow of emotions.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
As Cadence says the word ‘pout’ the boy by himself begins to cry. Hearing Fionn mention keys points to the one on the south side of the still open door. “He has a few I think.”
Fionn, you find three nearly identical keys on the first guard that fell to Rathe.
Velda holds on to Nova's hands on either side of her face, gripping them so tightly it almost hurts. "Nothing. I killed a man ... for nothing. I swore her...snf... I'd never become like them. I pr... promised. But I broke that promise too." Her breathing still shallow and rapid, Velda tries to catch a breath, trying to get her control back, and still failing. "He didn't come to us. Why didn't he come to us if he got free?" The guilt in her eyes seems so deep it touches on her very core.

You can tell that Velda only now seems to realise that there are others in the room with them. She nods, slowly at first, then eagerly, wiping the tears from her eyes and composing herself. "Yes. I think I can do that." She sounds hollow, emotionless. But at least her focus seems to have returned.
Turning around, she looks at the prisoners. "Follow me, I'll get you out of here. Where do you need to get to?"

She smiles with elven dimples and after shaking hands does a twirl in the room, "Can someone let these folk out? If not, they're likely to pout."
