Seeing that the two Mothers and their little assistant has died, Mother Skunk screams in rage and in a blinding flash of dark magic, there is absolutely no sign of her any longer and the critters scurry away at dizzying speed.
Banrion makes a noise that horses make that sounds like "BfpbphShpP".
"While a victory with two Mothers and their servant dead, you have nevertheless brought, perhaps, the beginning to finally healing the forest. I am ever grateful for your help. Come. When you have rested I will take you to the fallen clocktower."
Eris takes a breath as Dalvash’s healing washes over her, closing up any bite marks she had incurred during the encounter. “Thank you for your healing as always, Dalvash. Almost thought we lost you back there.” She would say with a saddened smile.
Her gaze then would look over the critters, her smile falling into a frown. Although unsure if they could even understand her, she still says, “It wasn’t your fault, my dears...”

"Mighty Banrion, I feel I must... beg your permission for a special project. I study the arts arcane in all forms, and, while certainly evil, it seems that a better understanding of the foul magics of these two mothers might help identify earlier and with more accuracy when such evil seeks to entwine and entangle us, or other travelers in other forests yet to be discovered. However, this is your land, and I would not presume invest my intellect therein if you had other purposes for the remains."
Eris had been too busy with looking over the forest creatures to answer Dalavash’s question, yet with a small tug from her tail to grab his attention, it then points to Seldor.

After the battle subsides, Kitsune can't help but giggle uncontrollably, and exclaim out loud how exciting that was. "Wow! That's more action than I've seen in the last couple centuries! My heart is pumping so hard, I think it's ready to jump out of my chest!"
Continuing, "Thank you, Master Dalavash, for that healing spell. Those nasties managed to nick me pretty deep....'fraid I was about to lose all the blood out of this body, and be forced to visit with my Queen for a little re-animation again.....and that's no fun!"
With that, Kitsune manages to slink off to a shadowed area under one of the trees, curls up into a ball, and rapidly falls asleep.
"Hmm. I wonder whether it would be better to die once and be safely off to the afterlife or die, then be sent to some Raven Queen in the Shadowfell so that she can shove you into a new body to eventually die again." He ponders it for a moment before dismissively waving his hand, leaving such matters for the more philosophically inclined to figure out.
The trees part to reveal the ruins of an ancient city. All that remains are the worn flagstones covered in moss and lichen, toppled blocks of weathered stone, and a former tower fallen and now lying stretched across a fifty-foot-wide chasm. The chasm fully circles an isolated plateau of rock at its center. More ruins rise atop this plateau, including sections of walls held together by the roots of stunted trees. On the near side of the chasm, the base of the fallen tower can be seen, reduced to a broken section of its former ground floor.
The collapsed structure crosses the 100 foot deep chasm and appears extremely unstable. The foundation of the tower still rests on the forest side of the chasm.
In order to safely travel across the top of the fallen tower that is like a bridge across the chasm to reach the clocktower's top on the other side, everyone must succeed on TWO DC14 DEX (Acrobatics) checks. If you help each other or use rope, you can roll at advantage. If you DO pair up to use use rope or help, ONE PLAYER MAKES THE ROLL FOR BOTH OF YOU.
TWO PASSES: You make it to the other side. ONE FAIL: You trip upon some debris, but you remain unharmed. Your heart pounds in your chest, however, realizing that the next fail will seriously cost you. TWO FAILS:You trip again, and slip, falling 100 feet down by freefall, crashing to the ground and taking 10d6 damage, which I will roll upon this situation. You can be assured that some of your bones will be broken as well. If you are roped to someone and this happens, you dangle off the edge while someone pulls you up and you must roll again to cross, this time at disadvantage.
"The magic I have sensed is coming from there, on the other side of the chasm. You must cross atop the tower to reach the other side."Banrion explains, before she sees you all off. "I will remain here. Know that I am grateful for your assistance in helping me cleanse the forest. Know that you have done a righteous deed this day."
Hamdel consults his spell book for a few moments as they approach the chasm. "Hmm. Here! I have a spell that will control the rate of descent of a falling humanoid. Fear not, and forward!"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Kitsune pulls the hempen rope out of her pack, ties one end around her waist, and the other end around Dalavash's waist, and she nimbly makes her way across the chasm:

Combat has ended.
Dalavash looks round.

‘Who needs healing?’ he asks while there’s a pause.

"Ow. I need healing," a bloody Alta mumbles before a massive smile appears on her face. "But the forest is on its way to healing. That is worth it."

Dalavash takes 10mins to cast Prayer of Healing for 12 healing for everyone.
‘Will it be safe to rest here Banrion?’ Dalavash asks, exhausted from his near-death experience.
"It will indeed." Banrion says. "I can already feel the forest healing."
Slowly, so many very shy and embarrassed small forest creatures begin to congregate around Banrion and the group, as if ashamed for their behavior.
Eris takes a breath as Dalvash’s healing washes over her, closing up any bite marks she had incurred during the encounter. “Thank you for your healing as always, Dalvash. Almost thought we lost you back there.” She would say with a saddened smile.

Dalavash smiles over to Eris, 'A little close for comfort. Who do I have to thank for bringing me back?'
He looks at the shredded tabard and casts Mending to repair the damage caused by Olitor.

Banrion looks at Hamdel as he speaks, struggling to understand the question(?) being asked.
”No.”
The Three Mothers do have, however, brewer supplies, cook's tools, 250gp, and five potions of healing.
Remembering that Eris felt fairly guilty about her inability to heal during the battle, Seldor gives her the five potions of healing.

Disappointment showing visibly, Hamdel takes solace in counting up the money before going to sleep.
