"I will go" Kane suggests and he moves to make his way towards the cave. He will attempt to stay concealed as he moves to the mouth of the cave. Along the way he will look for tracks and other indications that there has been movement to and from the cave.

or it just didn't add the bonus so in that case...it would be a 6....:p...not a ranger...sorcerer :D
As Kane and Thurrak attempt to approach the mouth of the cave stealthily, they both, in tandem, break through the fresh snow that had fallen the night before, quite loudly. However, there is no reaction, and it seems as if no one had heard you, if there is anyone in the cave. All hopes of stealth gone, Nixco and Cade follow suit, while Flyn approaches the cave with an eye out to see anything. Everyone notices, as they get near the mouth of the cave, that there is a plume of smoke coming out from the ground nearby, presumably through a sort of natural fissure.
Flyn, you notice that, even through the snowfall, you can tell that there are tracks here, humanoid tracks. It looks like the bandits have traveled often along this cave.
"Time to enter, I suspect the bandit will not be pleased to see us. We tried talking last time and they were not keen. Maybe we take out bandits and leave the sister alive to talk?"
"Sounds as good as any other plan. If there are more then one female dwarf though we should be careful to knock em out." Thurakk adds as he grips his shortsword tight.
You all enter the mouth of the cave. The slow dripping of water sounds out where it falls from stalactites down into a murky pool that fills the rough tunnel ahead. Every few moments, a loud croaking sounds out from somewhere in the darkness beyond.
Those of you with darkvision, you see a long wooden beam lying against the west wall of the cave at the south end the pool.
Nixco, when you throw the stone into the murky pool, you see a frog. A giant frog, easily bigger than Cade, and wider than Thurrak, muscular as he is. It hasn't moved, though - let me know how you proceed.
She lifts her shield and Javelin, and whispers to the group "there is a whacking great frog in that pool. I do not fancy swimming past it. Should we draw it out?"
"That sounds like the better plan. If possible let's surround it and strike unless any of you think you can chase it off." Thurakk suggests as he takes a few steps forward.

Thurakk moves to keep close with the rest as they go ahead, drawing his sword even as he will attempt to move ahead stealthily.

Casts Light on one of the stones she picked up and throws it into the murky water, hoping to light it up for depth and any creatures.
How far away from the pool are you? Are you still at the mouth of the cave, or did you step close to the pool?

The map looks like 10 feet away in the entrance so from there, if that is doable?

"Good idea, spread along the width of cavern?" She moves forward, keeping against the west wall.

Kane moves along the right side of the cavern. He scans his memory to see if he recognizes the giant frog.
