Flyn looks over at her. "Shaddycreek Run won't be able to help you. Whatever this is is old, much older than our current understandings, which means they don't have anything to cure it."

"What Flynn says is true" she nods towards him. "But I want to find a cure. And I want to help. So how about you give us the vials so we can get them studied for a cure, and whatever it is you were planning to sell, we will work on getting you and your sister a cure. Maybe if you stay with her you can help each other and we will get to you as soon as we can?" She smiles and nods encouragingly. "Cut out the middle man for selling things and make it easier to be treated?"
She gives a swift scowling look over her should and add conspiratorial "maybe leave the bad guys here to mind the frogs?"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Thurrak listens to what is said, seeming to stay quiet for the time being as he absorbs what is being said. He keeps a close eye on the female dwarf as she speaks, looking for any sign that she may be lying to them.
Hulgi laughs and says, "Everything ends up in Shadycreek Run. If I'm right that I have frigid woe, then I can bet Shadycreek would have something or someone there who knows something."
Hulgi looks at Nixco with little interest, and interjects. "How would I know that you can even do anything about this? You all come from Eiselcross? Didn't think so. If you do come with something, somehow, you give it me, and I'll make it worth your while."
She then finally turns to Cade, who had been hiding behind his companions, and gives a little thought to the question. "I don't think it's touching the vials that makes you sick, but I could be wrong. I sold off one vial to some merchant, a human, like you all. His name was Irlen, or Irven or something. I think he's staying around here, I don't know. I don't care really, I just needed to cash to get to Shadycreek Run."Hulil gestures between her legs, and says, "The contents of the other vial went in here."
Thurrak, you don't get the sense that Hulil is lying.
Nix gives a little prayer heavenwards and the returns her gaze to Hulil. "Actually I do know Frigid Woe. And if it's that we need to work out where and how to go soon."
"Frigid woe was a special disease developed by Aeor’s mages that cannot be cured by conventional treatment or magic. It was created to slow down the forces of the gods and get around the healing power of their clerics and angels. The antidote does exist and that is what we need to bring you."
She points between Hulil's legs. "I will help you if you give me what I ask for and after we find the trader, so better details on that score would help too!"
She grins widely, "I am certain we can do this, and with your help we might just save your life. As well as prevent spread"
Hulil leans forward, now clearly interested. "I've only heard tales of frigid woe, it being a disease that Eiselcross explorers sometimes get. If what you say is true, then you've given me reason to believe you." As Nixco points between Hulil's legs, Hulil gives a half-confused glance down, then breaks out laughing. "I was gesturing towards the chest. I trapped it with some of the powder from the vials, to safeguard the goods Tulgi brought me." She leans back on the chest, and flicks the elf, who, somehow, is still meditating. "Oi, Raegrin, what do you think?" Raegrin stirs, and responds with a "What are you talking about, Miss Hulil?". Hulil recounts what you told her, and Raegrin looks at you, Nixco. "If what you say is true, then I will do whatever for Miss Hulil - what are you asking for? Coin?"
Nix laughs too, "I am glad that is what you meant!" She starts pacing a little, as she does she looks at Cade and indicates her mouth, then ear then head"
She turns to Hulil. "There are a fee things. First, we need any and all of the contaminant you have. Second, all the details about who the vial you sold was to. We also require the stolen goods so we can return them. And as we need to get the antidote we will need some supplies, sobwe will leave it to you discretion on what to pay to help with that. How much do you value your life?"
She pauses and looks to her group, "we will have to look for these antidotes, do you think we need anything else?"
Smiles as she hears her friend voice in her head, she replies in kind
"I wanted you to know and share with others what I know. During my time of solitude my god spoke to me and gave me some information, which seems to be needed here, so I will do what I can to follow this through. But I understand it is a surprise and a big ask, so I wanted to let you know know and make sure you had input if you have needs or doubts.
Frigid woe was a special disease developed by Aeor’s mages that cannot be cured by conventional treatment or magic. The only way a creature infected with the disease could be cured was by finding and drinking the manufactured antidote, a milky liquid stored in gold vials found in some ruins, although they weren't specified. This disease was created to slow down the forces of the gods and get around the healing power of their clerics and angels.
This piece of information was my discovery in my hermitude; however, what I don't know is here the antidote may or may not be found, how the disease would spread, until now. I didnt realise this was it until Hulil mentioned it."
Cade stairs at Nixco as the information is relayed to him, then gives a nod. He turns to each member of the group and, one at a time, gives them the same information he was given. They would all hear his voice in their minds as he stares at them for a long moment.
Thurakk listens to the information given, crossing his arms as he looks over the rest of the group. "If we are taking whatever caused this then we need to be very careful. That and it seems we need to be quick with finding either the place to find the antidote or how to make it."
Flyn thinks for a while. "So in order to fight this we need the antidote. Without it my guess is that everyone around is now exposed since you opened that vial."

Hulil shakes her head. "I can only give you one vial of the nasty stuff, but I'd need to remove the powder from the chest. You swear to return with an antidote, and what I have in the chest is yours." Hulil narrows her eyes, and for the first time, you get the impression that this dwarf really is a ruthless bandit. "If not, I'll slit your throats before you can even blink twice."
With that, she gets up, and turns to the chest. Before she goes to open the chest, she closes her eyes, and begins to pray. "Queen of Dragons, residing in death, my heart is blackened, so spare me your breath." She squats down after she's done, and speaks while she opens the chest. "No, I do not know what the merchant's intentions were. You may ask him yourself.", she says, holding a piece of parchment in her hand. "Tell me what you may need from the chest, then I will remove the powder afterwards."
Cade stays back behind his companions, and even takes another step back, towards the exit, when the dwarf moves to open the trunk. Into Nixco's mind he speaks...
"How likely are we all to be infected by this sickness by just being in this room?" He asks her mentally.
Kane watches all this a bit confused bit, still watches on. It'a all a bit over his head, dragon Queens, magic diseases and mad dwarves keeping them. Wouldn't be better to take all of it, for the safety of others?" he thinks to himself. "Leaving a magical disease in the care of a mad dwarf doesn't seem like the right thing to be doing."
Thurakk for his part simply waits by the exit, his hand resting on the hilt of his shortsword. If Hulil makes any move he doesn't like he will be ready to jump forward into combat.

"Has anyone else touched these blue vials?" Cade asks, peeking his head out from behind someone. "Seems whomever touches them has gotten sick..."

Kane
Hearing Nixco's admission she has knowledge of this disease he is a bit shocked. He a;so ponders why anyone would want such a thing or even sell it.
"You do not know the intent of this human that you sold the vial too?" he asks.
Kane responds to Nixco's question: "This is beyond my understanding but, I will do what I can to help."
Cade speaks into Nixco's mind...
