"Thank you!" The brown-haired man maintains his smile, but his eyes now hold an inquisitive look as he looks over your group with interest. "Well, if you're looking for Irven, you've found him. That's me. Did you need something?"
Thurakk watches the two children and their parents, but his eyes wander past them towards the inn. As thoughts of a drink pass through his mind he instead crosses his arms. He looks to the others to see what they think.
"Irven, well met! It is more something we can do for youview hope. You bought a vial of blue powder from a dwarf? That powder has been causing the freezing sickness in the town. We need to remove it before you are exposed as it might kill you, or your beautiful children! Then we hope to find cures for those exposed!"
She looks at him expectantly "please let us remove it"
Irven still maintains his quizzical look, and accompanying smile, as you tell him this. "Blue powder? Freezing sickness? Hold on just a moment! I did buy a vial from a dwarf. But that was back a few days ago, when we were first coming into Palebank Village - her name was Tulip or something. She said she was moving and needed to shed some possessions, so she offered me a chance to buy an Aeorian relic - and it wasn't cheap, either. Though, since it's a Aeorian relice, I took her up on her offer. I was planning on selling it in Uthodurn, but", Irven has been speaking with that same persistent smile, but now his eyes grow a bit worried as he continues, "but what's this about killing me or my children?"
Flyn steps around some of the others. "The vial contains a powder used to spread an ancient sickness that can't be cured. The longer you have it the more danger you're in."

"Like he said. In face the one ya bought that thing from has the sickness that killed the old dwarf. We are hoping to find a cure before anyone else ends up sick or worse." Thurakk adds as he finally steps closer to speak.
"Please we need the blue dust." He says, looking from the parents to the kids. "You are probably already exposed to the sickness and time matters here. We need to have the dust so we can try to figure out how to cure all of those afflicted already. Keeping more from being affected is very important."
Irven listens to you all telling him about the vial and blue powder, and his eyes grow worried and he begins to panic. "Wait - my entire family has come in contact with the vial. Does, does this mean we're going to die? Is there a cure already? Why would the dwarf sell me this if - oh, it doesn't matter. Fenton, please, could you give them the vial?"
Fenton, listening to your conversation as well, is slightly panicky and quickly complies, pulling out a cloth-covered object, and thrusts it out to you. "Take it, please. Is there some way to reverse this?"
Grabbing the vial carefully, checking for actual powder, nix carefully wraps them together and packs them wrapped in her cloak in the bag. "Thanks, we will dispose of this. Did anyone bar you touch this? I suggest you all wait here until we come back. If you get sick, stay warm and keep waiting."
She turns to the group, "shall we go see the leader, Arlo, and see what he wants to do with this? Then maybe we should go to the temple or a library to find out more about the location of the sites of these things...relics?"
Light dawns, she turns back to Irven. "You mention these are relics, do you know where such thing might be found? Any areas we might search?"
Thurakk sighs to himself as it seems he would have to wait for his drink, shaking a bit as he forces himself to ignore the call of his vice. Drinking had gotten him into enough trouble as it was so he instead focuses on the conversation. "Like they said stay warm and if possible do not go around others for now."
Irven shakes his head quickly. "No, no one but I and my family touched the vial." Still panicking slightly, Irven continues, "You don't know how long it might take to get a cure, do you?" He pauses as you ask him about the origin of the relics, but Irven shakes his head again. "I know that the dwarf told me the vial was an Aeorian relic, but I only know as much about the ancient Aeorian civilization as you might - from Eiselcross, this would be from."
He continues to look worried, almost distressed, but he listens as you caution him and tell him to stay warm.
Irven nods and thanks Nixco, saying that he'll stay put with his family. Having calmed down some, Irven pipes up as you all wonder aloud where you might find Elro - "Are you all looking for Mr. Aldataur? He was in the Jolly Dwarf just a few minutes ago - he was talking with the bartender there. I don't know what about, though, but I do think he's still inside."
Cade speaks up then. "Thank you..." He says, peering out from behind Nixco again. He gives the kids a friendly smile, then would conceal himself behind Nixco once more. He would follow the others inside.
You all enter the Jolly Dwarf, the inn you're now somewhat familiar with, having spent the previous night there. Business is rather slow now, but that's to be expected, since it's still early in the day. The bartender, the same grey-haired dwarf that had welcomed you the night prior, glances up from a conversation he's having with the elf that started you on this quest, Elro Aldataur, and greets you all cordially, before returning his attention to Elro.
Other than the two, there's not much else activity in the inn - only a lone dwarf drinking by himself on the far end of the bar.
"Thank you!" The brown-haired man maintains his smile, but his eyes now hold an inquisitive look as he looks over your group with interest. "Well, if you're looking for Irven, you've found him. That's me. Did you need something?"

Cade steps back behind Nixco, shying away from the cloth-wrapped thing. Peeking back out he looks to the woman who still holds the thing.
"That is our mission, to find out how to cure this sickness." he says from his spot behind Nixco again.

Cade speaks into Nixco's head again...
"Ready to go to the town leader and see what our next step is?" He asks, staring at Nixco for several long moments as he speaks mind-to-mind with her.
Nixco
Nix nods to Cade.
"We will be as quick as we can stay here, we will check on you"
She turns to the party and says, "lets find the boss then, any one know where?"
(is there a council or something?)
Thurakk nods as he looks toward the family one final time. "Could be that the one that sent us on this on the first place is the one to talk to."
Irven nods and thanks Nixco, saying that he'll stay put with his family. Nixco
"Elro, a word?"
She then turns to the bar keep, "a drink for each of my friends please"
Then she heads to a table.
