((Uri is using his monk ability + dash, with the intention of attaching ropes on the other side to help the climbers. If necessary, athletics: 17. Would the ropes that Uri has laid and/or the climber's kits grant advantage to the others' rolls?))
Gadston is able to scale down the cliff without any issue.
Dench slips partway down and Direcris is unable to grab him. Fortunately, the climbing kit prevented him from falling too far.
Uri is able to bound across the river and up the opposite face and begins to tie a rope off on the other side. (You'll need 100 ft. of rope which you could retroactively have grabbed from someone and a Intelligence (Sleight of Hand) check for the knot, this will help those climbing back up by lowing the DC)
Gavyn easily repels down the cliff without any issue. (Assuming you've grabbed an extra rope, please make an Intelligence (Sleight of Hand) check)
Dench dangles from his anchor point part way down the cliff. A couple options present themselves. He could climb back up and continue down with the climbing kit (Higher DC, save the kit) or continue down the cliff, or on Gavyn's rope (Lower DC lose the kit).
Direcris watches as a tangle of ropes and pitons begins to form a web in the ravine below.
"Thank you, Direcris," Dench says. He ponders for a moment, suspended on the side of the cliff among the ropes. The climbing kit may be necessary again, he thinks. "I'll try again from the top," he says and calls again for Guidance: 10 + 4.
Having secured a rope on the far side, Uri retraces his route back to Direcris, picking up the fallen rope and a climber's kit on the way. He then secures that and suggests Direcris makes his way carefully down to the river. Once Direcris is down, he will untie the rope and bring it down with him.
"I thought we were going to have someone stay on this side to catch the rope, but this is fine. I don't think so, Gadston, but we will see." Direcris ties his rope off as the others have done and makes a cautious way down to the river.
Sir Gadston sets his pack down by the river's ledge, he climbs up and unhooks Direcris from the rigging. He is able to descend back down with Direcris on his back without issue. Uri retrieves the equipment and makes it back to the other side.
(Everyone has to still make it across the river and back up the other side. DC 10 Strength (Athletics) with the rope Uri attached)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Dench considers his chain mail, the time to take it off, if not wearing it would make crossing the river any easier, and the time to put it back on. He looks up, hoping for a sign of good luck, maybe three crows. Something. He studies the river, calls for Guidance and plunges across it: 10 + 3.
Taking one of the climbing kits, Dench pleads for Guidance on himself and begins to climb. Athletics: 18 + 1.
It does not go well.

Gavyn grabs a rope, tying it off at the top of the cliff, and makes his way down:

Dench pulls himself back up to his anchor and continues down. This time he cautiously makes his way to the bottom of the cliff.
Once Gavyn reaches the ledge before the river, the rope above him snaps, falling at his feet.
(Currently Gadston, Dench, and Gavyn are at the river's edge; Uri is on the far side; and Direcris is on the original side)
Direcris laughs to himself. "So much for going with." He calls out to the others. "Tell me what you need and when."
With near all the rope gone, he drags the bodies of the bandits downstream of his friends and rolls them off the mountain and into the river.

Gavyn mutters a curse. "So much for that. I hope we have more rope."

Sir Gadston
Gadston will watch the action unfold.
"Is there anything I can do to help you?" he asks Direcris.
Dench watches as well. He investigates the pillar to see if climbing up to the entrance will be as difficult as climbing down to the river side: 14.

((Yes, Gadston.))
Direcris falls not too far from the top. Thankfully the anchor from the climbing kit catches him.
(If Gadston would like to climb up and help him down, he could. Uri could then bring the climbing kit back down.)
Sir Gadston
Seeing the situation Direcris is facing Gadston will attempt to climb up and give him some assistance.
"Hold on friend" Gadston says "I will lend a hand and we'll get you down safely."
Gadston will assist Direcris down.
