With that, he shadow steps out of the grapple, appearing behind the vampire and tries to hit him with stunning strike (adv. to hit due to shadow step; 1ki point and a DC14 Con save; 2nd attack will also be at advantage if already stunned by the first attack - will do this roll separately)

Gadston follows with a mighty strike empowered with radiant energy. The attack obliterates Warren, reducing him to a pile of dust. The knight then turns to the Pale Lady with him second strike, but his target eludes him. (The second divine smite does not need to be expended since it's only used on a hit.)
