As the ground splits and shatters beneath your feet water comes rushing in. Everyone manages to dodge onto some stable ground, but Dench slips and the chilly river begins pulling him toward the waterfall.
Unfortunately Dench can't keep hold of Uri or the rope and is pulled toward the precipice of the waterfall. (He will go over the ledge in the next round)
Dench will try casting Freedom of Movement on himself, praying that it will help in this situation! that he'll be able to find better footing on the shore.
Gadston will move down to the shoreline, closer to Drench. If he has to drop down then so be it. Gadston will then try to get the rope to Drench the best he can.
Direcris will run down to the ledge, keeping one of the lights over Dench. He'll pull out his rope and tie one end around himself. Then he'll lay down, ready to throw the rope if Dench doesn't catch Gadston's.
Uri will bound forward, aiming to grab hold of Dench - even if it means falling himself - and, hopefully, one of the ropes as well. If they both fall, he will try to soften the impact for the half-orc.
Slow Fall. You can use your reaction when you fall to reduce any falling damage you take by 55. Powerful Build. You count as Large when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(For Gadston's 2nd check, 21)
Dench is able to pull himself through the water at the last minute and cling to a rock protruding over the fall. Direcris secures a rope to himself but throws the rope wide. Similarly, Gadston makes it across the river to the side of the waterfall the party approached from, but is unable to get a rope to the half-orc. Using is monk-like grace, Uri is able to bound across the water to Dench, grabbing his allies' ropes along the way with his long limbs.
Dench and Uri are over the waterfall's edge being bludgeoned with freezing water. They have a rope tied to Direcris heading upriver and a rope held by Gadston heading to the shore. Dench and Uri can either make a Strength (Athletics) check to go upriver or a Dexterity (Acrobatics) check to swing over to shore.
Gadston please make a Strength (Athletics) check and Direcris please make a Intelligence (Athletics) check.
Dench grins, gleefully, but then the ground rolls beneath his feet. His smile flees. Dex: 13.

Uri stretches out with one of his unfeasibly long limbs and tries to make a grab for Dench (athletics 19).
As a bonus, Direcris sets one light over Dench and the rest ahead of him in the direction of the waterfalls.
((How soon is he going to reach the edge?))
Sir Gadston
Frantic, Gadston will try to get to the edge of the river, pulling out his rope and toss it to Drench.
Hit: 16
Dench reaches back toward the others, using all the Athletics he's got: 7.

Powerful Build. You count as Large when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift.
Dench roll Strength (Athletics) check with advantage due to your ability to move through water now.
Gadston roll a Strength (Athletics) check to move to a better position and a Strength check to get the rope to him.
(We are looking at over a 100 ft. fall)
Direcris make an Intelligence (Sleight of Hand) check and a Strength check.
Uri make a Dexterity (Acrobatics) check and a Strength (Athletics) check.
Dench can feel the open air, the vastness of the falls and the fall so close. The spell has made things better, but better enough? 20
