Noticing that one of the enemies is comanding the large frog to attack, V'rekh focuses on that one. Pointing his hand at the frog-person "ictus telum percutite!", casting magic missile at them.

OOC: Because you're bottlenecked in this hallway, Borax needs to make a Strength (Athletics) check to try to push past the front line in order to attack (roll 3). The DC to push past will be 8. Uthred is clenched firmly in the giant frogs jaws, he can either make a Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics) check as an Action to escape, or take his Action while restrained.
The current order is Uthred, Borax, Faylen, V'rekh, Jarrett.
Uthred's glaive catches the retreating frog-person's shield as it narrowly avoids death only to be taken out by Jarrett's second shot. V'rekh unerring magic connects with the dodging frog-person commanding the giant frog, but they endure.
Borax could not push through the front line. He can either attack at disadvantage due to being squeezed (just another roll) or take a separate action.

Turn 2, rage 2/10
Uthred left arm is trapped in the frog monster's Jaws. He tries to get free but realises it could be another way, another very risky way: attacking recklessly with his glaive anyway
Ooc: advantage from reckless attack canceled by restrain

While squeezing past Uthred, Borax manages to get off a quick swing that connects with the frog-person bottle-necking him in before being pushed back. His target pushes the warforged back, taking a strike as he does.
(AoO Spear v Borax, 10 to hit, 2 piercing damage)
Staggering to her feet, Faylen takes a wild stab at the frog-person before being pushed back with Borax.
Uthred swings twice at the beast gripping him in its jaws, with the second the frog releases the human as it is scattered lifelessly into the water.
The forward most frog person attacks at Uthred again. The middle one hops into the water and attempts to Hide while the back two launch a volley of spears before producing another each.
Bite v Uthred: 8 to hit, 4 bludgeoning damage Spear v Uthred: 14 to hit, 6 piercing damage
Dexterity (Stealth) v Passive Wisdom (Perception): 14
OOC: The current order is Uthred, Borax, Faylen, V'rekh, Jarrett. With the giant frog dead the is an opening to freely move into the room, but the first person to move past the entrance would take an attack of opportunity from the lead frog-person.

TURN3 , RAGE3/10
Uthred smiles like a madman, careless about the wounds
is that all you got, cmon!!!
Using his glaive against the frog- person in front of him
both normal and bonus attack are RECKLESS, if the normal attack kills him, Uthred moves a little just to arrive at 10 feet from the other and then retreat 5 feet (so in the end being at 15 feet from the foe in the middle. If the normal attack does not kill it, he uses also the bonus attack. If the bonus attack kills it, he moves just to arrive at 15 feet from the middle foe)
All this movement is to be sure that, when the middle foe arrives at 10 feet from him, Uthred can also attack with REACTION because of his feat
vs the bloody foe in front of him: Attack: 20 Damage: 15
vs the foe in fron of him if still alive, otherwise against the foe in the middle: bonus Attack: 26 Damage: 9

Seeing that Uthred is free from the beast's jaws, V'rekh grins and starts pointing to the same enemy as before (or the nearest one if that one is hiding) "Let's see how you like the cold! Duratus tuum pellis!", casting frostbite.
DC 12 constitution save or take 1 cold damage, and it has disadvantage on the next weapon attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn.
OOC: I'm not sure if the one that hid was the one commanding the giant frog.

With the frogman down, Borax charges into the room (yes i relise i am likely to take an attack of opportunity.) Being careful not to block the door, he steps up to the closest enemy and swings with his Warhammer. Attack: 21 Damage: 7
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
With his first strike Uthred fells the remaining foe at the entrance to the room. With the middle foe now nowhere to be see he moves to the enemies in the back and hits one with his glaive before taking a step back to bait them.
(OOC: I believe you have of Uthred's mechanics correct)
V'rekh targets the same enemy Uthred moved up to, trying to slow them with his frosty spell. (CON Save v Frostbite: 21)
Borax and Faylen charge past Uthred to confront the enemy, but both of their attacks miss their target.
(OOC: I think Borax's 'to hit' bonus should be +5)

Seeing the bloodied water, V'rekh cries in indignation "they're killing the prisoners!" He moves towards them and moves his hands as he casts [spell]chromatic orb[\spell] at the frog person there.
Attack: 15 Damage: 13 (lightning)
As he casts the spell the tortle rises into the air, covering the rest of the distance towards the captives.
OOC: Tempestuous Magic As a bonus action, you can cause gusts of air to surround you before or after you cast a spell of 1st level or higher that allows you to fly up to 10 ft. without provoking opportunity attacks.

TURN 4, RAGE 4/10
Uthred with the corner of the eye saw something in the midst of the water but he is now too impetuous: he rans after the frog-persons at the end of the bridge, shouting to the others
I cut their retreat
He spritns forward to attack them, aiming his weapon at the belly of the first foe he encounters
same as the other round: if first attack is enough to kill the first foe, the bonus is agaisnt the other
Borax sees lightning crackle out from the tortle, scorching the frog person attacking the prisoners. With the V'rekh leaping (?) after the lightning, Borax was certain he could handle anything that was left behind. Borax instead focuses his efforts on the frog people looking to retreat out of the room. Beside him, Uthred thrusts his glaive at the belly of one of the frog people with strength that would see it stick halfway into a tree trunk. As Borax advances, he calls out in mighty prayer to Gond. "Brenen hamer!"The head of the warhammer glows with a fierce orange light, as if the fire of a forge raged within the metal.
Rushing up beside Uthred, Borax attacks the second target, swinging his weapon with all his might and bringing it down on the head and shoulders of the frog person.
Noticing that one of the enemies is comanding the large frog to attack, V'rekh focuses on that one. Pointing his hand at the frog-person "ictus telum percutite!", casting magic missile at them.

(Front: Giant Frog, Frog-person; Middle: Frog-person - dead, Frog-person - bloody, Back: Frog-person, Frog-person)
OOC: Borax, Uthred and Faylen still have their turns to resolve.
(OOC: My bad, I thought a character getting back to their feet was a turn. Here is Faylen's turn.)
Faylen attacks the frog-person closest to her with a piercing strike from her dagger.
