"Molo, can you tell.... Oh," Fianna says, just noticing that he has slipped below deck. She eyes the human iguanas and wonders what to do with them.
"Sorry for the delay, we'll get you delivered soon. Soon... So just go back in your room and wait." She was pretty sure they didn't share a language but perhaps they could pick up on the reassuring and authoritative tone she tried to project? Meanwhile, Fianna picks the young sailor up to her feet and starts walking he to a less troubled part of the ship. She talks soothingly to them, but also presses them gently for information. She starts easy with their name, what they did on the ship, how long they have been on the ship... Then presses to see if they perhaps know how to run the ship. Even the basics on how not to crash would be helpful at this point...
"They call me Elbows," says the young woman, although she admits her real name is Elba. She's a deck hand, 15 years old, from the Styes, aboard three months. She knows the basics of sailing the ship, but can't do it singlehandedly, and not with a busted tiller. "Want me drop anchor?" she asks helpfully.
"Anchor? We have one of those? Yes! Brilliant, Elbows! Yes, let's go do that!" Fianna says enthusiastically, giving her the briefest of hugs until following her off to the anchor!
Molo and Dain smell it before their eyes adjust enough to see it - the crew quarters.
Various unpleasant odors of humanoid occupation compete for recognition here. The crew quarters fill the entire forward part of this deck.
A companionway staircase leads up from a point about six feet from the bulkhead.
Around the perimeter of the cabin, slung between hooks on the bulkhead and on supporting poles, are eight hammocks. Judging from the way in which they hang, the hammocks seem to be unoccupied at present. Beneath each hammock is a brass-bound wooden sea chest — most are closed, but two have open lids and appear to contain clothes.
In the center of the cabin stands a long, plain wooden table with a bench along each of its longer sides. They all appear to be bolted to the deck in an attempt to keep everything in place.
The table is stained and cluttered and has an untidy pile of dirty tin plates and cups roughly stacked in a large tin bucket below it. Over the table, hanging from the ceiling, is an unlit hooded lantern.
Against the starboard side, an area has been curtained off by cheap, dirty cloth hangings.
Katernin, Kelnan, and Fianna see two of the lizardfolk climb methodically over the corpse of the crossbowman and head down the stairs. (The third remains on deck, watching everyone carefully.) Dain and Molo see them appear from the crew quarters into the hold. They are becoming more agitated as Dain opens the door.
They find another cabin occupying half the stern section on this deck, with one bulkhead running along the centerline of the ship. Along this bulkhead, leading up in the direction of the bow, is an enclosed companionway. At its foot, a door in the central bulkhead leads to the other part of the stern. On this door hangs a dark blue cloak.
A single bunk, the bed linen heaped in a pile, is set against the hull. At its foot is a brass-bound wooden sea chest, its lid closed. Under the bunk is a brass box, also closed.
In the center of the cabin, a plain wooden table is bolted to the deck. On it are two books, one open and propped up against the other. Beside the table is a wooden chair. Hanging from the ceiling over the table is an unlit hooded lantern.
Just aft of the hook that holds the lantern is a closed porthole.
Assuming he can see and hear no creatures in the new room, Dain will open the other door off the main room, the one on the right. He's also keeping an eye on the lizardfolk, not wishing to be surprised by them if they try any funny business.
“Hey! Hey hey!!” Fianna calls out at the lizard people, trying to get their attention and trying to wave them away from going below deck. “Back inside!” Fianna insist, pointing at the door of the room they had been staying in. “Inside!”
It's too late for two of the lizardfolk - they stepped over the dead crewman and marched downstairs before Fianna could stop them. She does manage to confront the third, however. Roll Persuasion or Intimidation.
Kelnan and Katernin remain with Fianna, watching the lizardfolk, as Elbows drops anchor.
Meanwhile, Dain opens the righthand door from the hold. It's another private cabin, in similar design to the other. In the center sits a plain wood table on which stand a pewter flagon and a pewter mug. Beside the table is a wooden chair, and hanging over the table is an unlit hooded lantern. Also hanging from the ceiling, at the aft end of the cabin, is a large cage that holds a parrot, apparently asleep. Next to the hull hangs an unoccupied hammock. Beneath it is a brass-bound wooden sea chest. It also appears to be unoccupied.
The two lizardfolk seem tense. They grip their weapons carefully. "તું શું કરે છે? અમે ડિલિવરી માંગ!" one exclaims.
“Delivery of what, you turds??? Every time I talk to you, you ignore what I say. Don’t bother squawking at me unless you’re prepared to say something useful.”
Molo looks around. “Dain there be weapons on board somewhere.”
In Draconic again
“We aren’t thieves, and we aren’t the crew! Even if we were, it’s hard to sail a ship with no rudder. Unless you can fix it, there’s not much to be done except wait to crash into shore.”

Elbows pulls herself together and climbs up onto the forecastle to drop the anchor.
Molo heads through the open door... ready to swing his sword at the first thing he finds

Dain will follow the hobbling kobold, maul at the ready. A few decent swings of this will warm me up...

All is quiet. (Is Molo and Dain opening one of the two doors? If so, which one?)
Dain will open the left one.

If/when she gets them back into their room, Fianna will close the door and look to se if there is a way to lock it from the outside.
