Molo draws a sling and launches a stone at the nearest harpy!

     Fianna assumes it was Katernin who created the zone of silence suffocating her magical means and has a moment of "Grrr" but she knows she can't really blame her. It was the right move, though Fianna still was unhappy.   Harpies harpies everywhere... or whatever these things were.  And little to be done of it.  Still, Fianna wasn't entirely helpless.  First she used her Telekinetic Shove (DC 16) to push the nearest Harpy even 5' closer to Fianna, then she would draw out a dagger and chuck it at the creature.  (Telekinetic Shove will likely have no good benefit but the thought process is if she got it close enough she'd be better off beaning it with her staff rather than just chucking her limited dagger supply)

     As for movement, Fianna isn't sure it would help her much... She takes a quick look at the ship, is there a ladder or something on the side that could be climbed pretty easily to reboard?  But likely she's just getting on some solid ground for the moment.

Dain is going to rush to one of the ship's weapons which he has been trained on and try and get it up and loaded.  He'll grab some help from a nearby crew member to aid him.

Kelnan steps back into a cloud of mist (casting Misty Step) and reappears alongside the dwarves on the starboard deck and out of melee range of the harpies. He raises his rod and a Ray of Frost streaks toward the nearest harpy.

Attack: 20 Damage: 8

Molo lets fly a stone; it bounces off a nearby boulder and smacks himself right in his eye. (Painful and embarrassing, but without damage.)

Fianna attempts to pull in one of the silent figures with her mind - Strength save: 2
She succeeds in reeling the winged singer in, but fails to put a dagger into her.

Kelnan, however, neatly teleports across the deck and blasts one of the beasts with an icy ray. (He doesn't fell it, but comes close; between fire and ice, this harpy is in bad shape.)

Dain pantomimes and quickly recruits a pair of dwarven crewmen to join him on the ballista.
Ballista attack: 25  Hit: 12 piercing damage.

They manage to fire a bolt clear through one of the lesser-wounded harpies.
(Crit damage: +20) 

 ...But somehow it is still flying... barely. 

Two of the harpies are now outside the bubble of silence, and begin a new song.
They go into a frenzy. One attacks Katernin; another Kelnan. Two attack Dain. One attacks Molo. Two attack dwarves.

Fianna pulls same tactic as last time, Telekinetic shove (DC16) to push harpie closer, maybe off balance, then chuck another dagger at it.

Molo tries to launch another sling stone at Kelnan’s weakened target

Dain takes aim at any of the harpies he can see and lets fly with the ballista:

Kelnan raises a Shield to deflect the incoming attack (Arcane Ward: 2 HP), and tries to resist the singing.

Wisdom: 15

(Of course if the failed save means he can't Shield then let me know)

Clambering on the icy rocks, Fianna manages to silently pull knife one of the burned figures, but not badly enough to take it down.

Molo misses again with another stone (although not as badly.)

Two dwarven crossbowmen emerge from the hold with ranged weapons:

Kelnan succumbs to the songs (and is unable to cast his spell yet.)

Katernin maintains her resistance to the songs, and the concentration on her arcane silence.

The harpies continue their angry frenzy in the silent swirl of bitter sleet.
One attacks Katernin; another a nearby dwarf. Two attack Dain. One attacks Fianna. Another two attack dwarves.

Molo keeps slinging stones

     Fianna does her new normal, telekinetically shoving one of the harpies (dc 16) and chucking a dagger at it…

     Fi’Finella is invisibly flying towards Fianna’s location as well…

Molo manages to peg one of his tormentors. Fianna's efforts fall short.

Kelnan looks up with appreciation at his serenaders.

Dain and Katernin may act next. Dain is in easy melee range of three of the beasts (albeit in complete silence.) Katernin, two of them (both actively engaged in audible song.)

Dain will jump off the ballista and go mad at the harpies.

The six remaining harpies continue their chaotic frenzy in the blinding sleet. One attacks Katernin; another Dain, and a third Fianna. Three attack dwarves.

Kelnan, in calm, rapt appreciation of the music, notices something else as well off the starboard rail: the stump of a huge mast. They are grounded not only on the rocks of this barren, fouled islet, but also atop the wreck of a large, submerged ship.
