Orimdal makes his way over to Williard as he waits for his escort and Orimdal waits for the others to get through the customs office. "Forgive me fer bein' forward, but couldn't help but overhear yer from Raurauth. I'm from the west. Orimdal Axeforged, armourer an' newly found adventurer. What're ya huntin'? P'haps my friends an' I could offer some aide? Maybe even get the guards ta let ya travel with us instead o' yer babysitters?"
Williard looks down at you, judging how well you can handle yourself. He looks over at your companions for the same reason. “Quite a bunch you all are. How’d such a spread end up together?” He asks

"Uh, hehe, well that's a story," Orimdal laughs nervously, "We happened upon a travellin' caravan. Found it attacked an' have since been tryin' ta find those involved. We've little ta go off at present, so travellin' on yer business might offer distractions an' maybe even some insights."
Surprisingly, as Evi approached the desk, she wasn't very nervous at all. It seemed that all that had happened her over the past couple of days had "broken" her a bit. Now that she was back in Koria proper, how could she afraid of one random man she'd never met sitting behind a desk. Less than a day ago, and a sea dragon had tried to eat her. This man was nothing to fear.
Doubting that the man would believe that she was a traveler seeking work as the others had done combined with her current appearance and Fletcher's nervousness, she quickly came up with another vague story. In a surprisingly perfect posh Mazyliak accent, Evi said to the man, "I'm Evianna deSciglio of Riverhold. And this is my brother Fletcher deSciglio." pausing to point at Fletcher before continuing. "I'm here to continue my education; my father sent my brother along to protect me while I'm away from home." (Please let this be a good Deception roll: 20)
(OOC: A few (many) general questions -
Did we end up dragging the Sea Monster back with us? Is it just sitting randomly in the harbor?
Did we ever figure out what the magic items were that we found and who took what?
Which one of us is holding onto the money we found? (I just reread what we had earned and forgot how much it was)
(OOC - we'd split the money that was usable, but Orimdal has the damaged/corroded and unrecognisable currency. I believe we did identify the objects, but I'm not 100% sure.)
(OOC - Sea monster is still on the boat I think. We split the money so each of us got 60 copper, 1600 silver, and 410 gold. I think Kallista had some sort of jumping boots that I assume are boots of striding and springing but I can't remember about the others. We never declared that we were resting, but there might have been time for a short rest. DM?)
"As much fun as that sounds, our main job here is a bit pressing," Kallista cuts in. She turns to address Williard. "Perhaps if we have time we will come see what work you are doing. Is there a place we can find you?"
(Yeah we definitely just left the sea serpent hanging off the ship, which is probably. A hilarious sight.)
Tender ignores the conversation going on between Williard, Orimdal, and Kallista in favor of staring at the market, eyes wide. It reminds her, a little, of Sand Hollow's market, but much more massive in scale. Her natural curiosity has her inching forwards a little more, not far, but enough to look closer, marveling at all the different sights.
(Yes we established that the serpent was kept for Jullar, I would say there was enough time for the benefits of a long rest, and I know for sure Kallista has boots of striding and springing. Let me look back at the descriptions and I’ll tell you what else was found)
The record keeper looks at Evi, then Fletcher. “Alright yeah go ahead.” She says, waving you on. “Wait.” She says before you leave. “What university are you going to? You might still be able to catch one of the groups heading to it.” She points to a collection of people, seemingly made up of smaller groups surrounding banners. These banners Evi recognizes as the banners of prestigious academies here in Koria.
Williard eyes Ormidal and Kallista, slightly suspiciously. “Well I’ve got more important things to do than be suspicious of you all. I’ve got werewolves to track.” He says, lugging his quiver over his shoulder. “Oh, and when you’re ready, come find me outside town. North gate.” He says, then moves to stand somewhere else and wait for his escort.

"We will take that under advisement, thank you." Evi replied politely before moving on past the check point. As soon as they were out of sight & earshot of the man, Evi leaned into Fletcher and said, "Glad we got out of that one problem free. Hopefully that's a good sign for our time here." Though she was hopefully, she doubted they would be so fortunate, trouble seemed to find them no matter where they went.
Orimdal nods to Fletcher and Evi as they make their way over, "Alright then. The markets are just outside, so easy enough for us to acquire our goods and then be on our way. Let's gather our things and purchase supplies. Who know what awaits us as we continue." With that, Orimdal turns and steps out into the open air of the market beyond the port office, stops and takes a deep breath in.
As soon as Ormidal steps into the marketplace, he is met with nearly a dozen merchants vying for its attention, peddling their wares. In the immediate area, there is a food vendor with fresh fruits and vegetables, an armor smith who seems to have only light armor, a seller of fine gems, metals, and jewelry, a desert traveler, likely from Thararagath, with all kinds of items, and an instrument merchant. Other stalls lie beyond them, a vast see of commerce in which you could find whatever you’re looking for.

Kallista follows Orimdal down into the market. She's initially overwhelmed by the sudden noise and bustle of commerce, needing a moment or two to adjust. "I doubt most of us are looking for the same things. Do you want to split up and meet back here when we are finished?" She suggests.
Whether the group stays together or splits, she will eventually try to find a slightly sketchier portion of the market where she can purchase a complete disguise kit and/or forgery kit. If she can't find that, she'll try to visit several more reputable stalls and piece together the components. She'll also keep an eye out for anybody advertising magical wares.
Orimdal takes in the sight. Not quite as busy as home, but the market feels like home nonetheless. He nods to Kallista's suggestion and checks if the others wish to join him before he wanders about the market, looking for the things on his shopping list.
Kallista is unable to find anyone selling the kits here, but as the guard informed you, there are other markets further into the city that might have such items. To price the equipment together from merchants here would add an additional 10 GP to the price of either item, making a disguise kit 35 GP and a forgery kit 25 GP. She is also able to find several who claim to sell magic items, but the prices are rather outlandish.
Ormidal is able to find an armor smith further in who sells breastplate. Unfortunately, none here have leather workers tools, but one merchant offers to arrange for delivery to Ormidal upon completion of a task.

Orimdal trades in his leather armour (sold at 1/2 price for 5gp, let me know if different price) for the breastplate (paid 400gp) and puts on his new armour to check it fits appropriately. Satisfied, he thanks the merchant.
The other merchant offer delivery for the tools upon completing a task. Orimdal eyes him suspiciously, "What task do ya have in mind?"
