“Okay. That’s something we’ll have to take into account. Thank you for your knowledge and your time. Is there anything I can do for you as thanks for your willingness to help us in this cause?”
He pauses for a moment... opens his mouth... and shuts it. "Not right now, sorry. Thank you for contacting me, though I must be off... Syndra probably needs for me to change her towel soon."
You admire the wares and exotic fishes inside of the fish market and then head off to the East watching the sun on the bay of Chult. You pass by a large building that looks to be almost like a military base of sorts, Palisades and arrow slits adorn the "Fort". You also notice that there is a huge chain barring entrance into Port Nyanzaru attached from the fort to the lighthouse. Two ballistas also are mounted upon the top of the fort, and soldiers watch from the top... surveying both the sea beyond and the city inside. Then there is a round oval building to the south... standing outside of which is another acolyte of Sune. He then looks and notices that you all have been in the Temple of Sune (through "The Eye of Sune") and bathed, instead of inviting you into the bathhouse to bathe he says: "Join the bathouse... we have smoothies."
After a very relaxing fruity smoothie for the both of you, you both realize that it's getting a tad bit late and probably should return back to Kaya's House of Repose for dinner. The sun begins to set as you head back and meet up with Craben... what shall happen next? Who knows?
“You guys look different.. cleaner. Anyways I was able to talk to Wakanga and got a little information about some of the items that have been smuggled in. Apparently they’re connected to this death curse so, it’s important that we stop them and get these items. They might provide some clues to how to stop the curse or where the Soul Mongerer is.”
Yosben simply smiles and nods, stroking his goatee about Craben's comment on his new look. "Agreed. Though I do believe you feel the same, I really want to know who is behind this."
The Tyriki Anchorage lies just outside of the city’s east walls. Narrow dirt paths wind around gatherings of buildings made from weatherworn stone and wood. At the north end, a small group of docks branch out into the bay. Unlike the main harbor, there is no lighthouse and no guard patrols. Klevin’s directions lead you all to a dark alley at the west end of the docks near the city walls. As you near it you see that there is a grate on the floor and two tough looking sailors standing against the back wall chuckling about something. As you then head down the alleyway they both raise their gaze. "Whatchu' doin' 'ere. Jus' move along now. Nothin' ta' see 'ere."
"I assume you're trying to say "alliteration"? Also, why do you want us to leave so soon? I just want to talk for a little while!" Yosben replies, thinking this is getting fun.
"I'm the smarty pants here. Anyways, gentlemen, we're looking for something. You wouldn't happen to know where one could find some artifacts now, would you?"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Craben will pick up the gold and the key.
"Well. That could have gone better. I will say a prayer for them later. Also, we really need to get better at combat guys. I and Yosben obviously cannot take hits well. Hopefully, we won't find any other fights around."
Craben will then begin Investigating the crate. Looking first to see if there is a lock on it and then to see if it has been removed recently.
There is indeed a lock on the grate, you don't think it's been removed recently as you do not perceive any telltale signs of removal. Your darkvision extends past the grate and as you peer inside it seems to go far down, but a pathway exits off of it after the ladder underneath the grate ends.
You all sit down, resting among the crates and other articles of junk within this dark alleyway. The stench of the nearby dock permeates your nostrils as you bandage up your wounds and recover yourselves mentally. After a while (an hour) you feel mostly prepared to set out, with the grate in front of you, you unlock it and head down.
Beyond the grate a ladder descends about 20 feet straight down into a dimly lit winding passage. A platform attached to a rope pulley runs next to the ladder. The air down here is stale and cool. The walls are crafted of roughly hewn stone and dirt. The ground is somewhat uneven, with occasional slight dips and slopes. As you continue through the dirty passageway you notice a split in the way. One route leads straight ahead to a small chamber of some kind, littered with furniture, while the other route leads to the left, into the unknown.
Craben moves forwards towards the next room. This chamber is littered with various crates, boxes, and barrels. A small desk sits in the corner of the room.

Craben will end his bow and go back to the House of Repose waiting for Yosben and Gwen to return.

"Ha! Nice one!" Gwen says sarcastically, she pats Yosben on the shoulder "I think you can do better than that."

Craben steps up
"I'm the smarty pants here. Anyways, gentlemen, we're looking for something. You wouldn't happen to know where one could find some artifacts now, would you?"
With the last of the bandits defeated, and upon searching the bodies you find that they carry a bit of gold and one of them carries a key!

“I agree but let’s be careful. I’m not looking too good after that fight and neither is Yosben. And I only have so much Healing magic within me.”
"Maybe we should rest for a little while." Yosben says.
