Saravena turns to Damian and points to the horse the note was under, "Think you can help me move this thing, I want to know what the rest of this said."

Rashana moves up and find a cover to hide near Saravena and keeps an eye out the surrounding.

OOC: Until Eniwin shares what she sees, Tagret will continue to look into the trees (unsuccessfully it seems).....Eniwin - care to share??

Eniwin shouts out, "I see movement by the trees. Lookout!!"

 in a panic, Eniwin casts Fire Bolt at the tree line. Not hitting anything in particular, just the general area.

Attack: 17 Damage: 4

Having seen the number of arrows in the horses, Tagret takes Eniwin's warning immediately to heart and drops Prone to make himself a harder target for any archer and then peers toward where Eniwin's fire bolt goes looking for the movement that she saw and yelling back at Eniwin "Get off and behind the cart - you are a sitting duck perched up there"

After casting, Eniwin scrambles down the cart and makes her way to the back of it,  trying for cover. 

"Nine Hells!" Saravena yells then jumps behind one of the dead horses to use it as cover as she hears Eniwin throw her spell. Saravena sits with her back against the horse crossbow ready and shouts, "Eniwin what did you see?"

 Suddenly, two goblins burst out of the trees scimitars drawn and rush towards you. Whilst two others draw arrows and aim.

OOC: Are the rest of us surprised?  Are you rolling for initiative...or are we free to react out of combat?

“Shit!” Damian will pick up his shield for cover and begin use his shield to Dodge any on coming arrows or attacks.

DM Note: No one is surprised. Roll for initiative

LOL - having thrown himself prone (assume that action has happened) Tagret is about where he should be in initiative,  and apparently looking the wrong way....

OOC: If there are stragglers responding with rolls are you just going to roll for them so that we can get moving....?
