"So far so good" Tagret says in hushed tones to the other two warriors "Keep an eye on the cave, just going to check the bodies quickly and grab my javelin" and with that Tagret rushes to the bodies and does a quick check (Investigation 13) looking for anything that might help them move through the caves, then picks up his javelin and returns. Saravena looks into the sees that the stream flows to the back of the cave, but the cave curves to the right and out of sight. Closer to the cave entrance, and to the right, she sees some steps leading up from the walkway. Though from this angle she cannot be sure where this leads. Just before the curve in the stream, and to the left, Saravena can make out a steep passage leading upwards. Though are not signs of goblins nearby.
