This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
With initiative order in play, Saravena will act before Tagret, so will give you a couple of actions depending on what Saravena achieves.
If Rashana and Saravena manage to dispatch the goblins quickly and "quietly" as they enter the room, then Tagret will step over the bodies and advance into the room from which they came, looking to take down any more goblins or others enemies as a matter of priority (let me know what Tagret is confronted with and I will advise from there as to which targets the attacks below will be made against etc).
If either of the two goblins remain standing after Saravena's and Rashana's attacks then Tagret will look to finish them off, attacking one or both as necessary
Rashana moves swiftly as she defeats one of the goblins with her quaterstaff and punch. Saravena's arrow pierces the other goblin in the chest nearly killing the goblin. However, Tagret finishes it off when he swings his axe and cleaves the goblin's head in.

Bitenose shrugs his shoulders, "I told them there was people trying attack the castle and had snuck into the castle. They didn't believe me, thinking it would be foolish for someone to try. But came to investigate for themselves. You finished them off though before they could raise the alarm."

"Two down then, lets keep moving" he responds and then Tagret immediately moves into the room from where they came from, axes at the ready, looking for the next target.

Tagret is the first one to move into the next room to the east. As he steps inside he finds himself in a long room. A stone brazier full of coals glows in the middle of this small barracks. Four straw pallets are lined up along the east wall. Pieces of rotted furnishings have been broken up by the goblins of the Cragmaw tribe and used for firewood.
The wall to the south has collapsed, but a barred wooden door in that direction is clear. There is a door near the north east corner leading to another room to the east.
"Okay,"Bitenose begins in whispered voice. "Behind that door to the south is where you will find the owlbear. However, to the east, is where you will most likely find King Grol."

Bitenose shrugs his shoulders, "I thought you had a plan of befriending the owlbear in the hopes that you would have an ally against Grol? In any case you're the boss. So what's your plan?"

"I feel the safest move is to remove the head of the snake first," Saravena whispers. "So I think going after Grol first is our best idea, after though I would at least like to gather some samples from the owlbear if possible, some feathers or bits of nail would be preferable."
