After a while, Reghys would start hopping alongside Ebele: "That was cool. I like the new guy, but I never figured just giving him some nice, round rocks could show our appreciation. Well done, you might have to teach me that whole thing about downplayed appreciation sometime. But I actually wanted to ask something else: In my travels, I picked up elvish hymns and lullabies, dwarvish battle chants and taproom shanties, halfling songs and ballads, gnomish tunes and rhythms. But I've learned almost no human songs. I was wondering whether you could teach me some."

Had the others been looking, it might have looked as if Hawke's soul promptly left his body when he yelps and jumps in surprise at Ebele's sudden appearance. He stares at the monk with wide eyes, then looks down to her hands as he is offered the stones. "Ciamar as urrainn dhomh a bhith cho dall?" He questions himself in his native (Druidc) tongue with a sigh. He takes the stones from her hands and puts them in his pocket. "Thank you..."

When she turned off, he watched her, muttering quietly, "Feumaidh mi sùil a chumail oirre..." before getting on the wagon and taking the reins from T'chal. Once he gets a good pace going, he uses one hand to cast Druidcraft to predict the weather in the area for the next 24-hours, hoping for some smooth sailing today.

“Looks like we’re gonna have smooth sailin’!” Hawke says to anyone who listened. “Might wanna find cover near the night though. May rain.”

T'chal'fronack'zcinicker looks to the sky, his grumpy attitude seems to have been left behind as he smiles and says, "Rain hunh? Neat...I wouldn't have guessed."  His mood is buoyed surprisingly by the bag that he now holds at his side closely. Such a ... surprisingly pleasing item...to have any of his contracts simply appear in his hand when he reaches in is....wow...it opens a world of options to him....not to mention how organized everything is now.  Smiling as they proceed down the path he sits back and enjoys the ride.

“Yikes... We better find some place to safe to wait out the storm...” Hawke suggests to the others. “Lookin’ like it’s gonna pour. Anyone see a cave or... somethin’?”

Xalkas spends his time in the back of the wagon tinkering with the things he made yesterday to keep them functioning. Hearing Hawke mention that it’s about to rain, he tries out a new spell thunderclap casting it at random intervals. Trying to give the impression that the storm is worse than it actually is. 

Constitution save: 7 vs 13 or suffering 4 thunder damage

Reghys clasps their ears, in agony, as Xalkas casts thunderclap. "What in the hells, Xalkas?! That hurts!"

Xalkas looks at Reghys rather sheepishly, “I’ve never tried that one before. I wasn’t sure what it did.”

"Ah! ****--!" Hawke shouts, trying to not let the loud noise affect his control on the horses.

Feeling a sudden concussion of sound behind him, Kerric’s silver blade comes flashing out, seeking the sound’s source before he even consciously registers the movement!

Kerric your ears ring slightly due to the noise

Ebele could only offer a sweet smile and a tilt of her head in response to Hawke muttering something in a language she didn't understand. But he had thanked her for her efforts all the same, and that was enough for her. Spinning on her heel she'd kind of skip off.

Hearing the familiar hopping of their hooves close by, Ebele would focus her hearing on listening to what Reghys had to say. Although Ebele could understand their words, the blonde couldn't help but tilt her head to a few comments along the way. The monk had always been willing to provide insight on any wisdom they believe she may have. Though, in this case, she would focus on the topic Reghys pointed out specifically. Human songs. And it stumped her a little bit leaving the pair in momentary silence before she'd begin to chuckle. "I can't promise a great performance, but I'm willing to try!" She'd begin patting her nose. "Like what though?" The monk would shift a little uncomfortably, not exactly the most confident in her potentially small variety of music to share. "An upbeat, happy, summer memory? A soulful deep thought ballad? Classic anthem?" They did say they liked the new guy and wanted to show appreciation... "A feel good, heartful thinking of and longing for someone?" She'd resist the urge to bob her eyebrows.

"Gah!" Ebele would clutch her ears, almost crumpling to the ground in sudden surprise of the booming noise.

With the loud clap of thunder Ebele is deafened 

"Someone help me with the horses!" Hawke shouts, trying to keep the new horses from bolting off. "Calm down, caraid, calm down!"
