Unaware of the danger Ebele is in, Xalkas continues towards T'chal'fronack'zcinicker, sliding further on the ice attempting to find his way out of it.

Seeing the water serpent still remaining active and Ebele going down, Rhegys tries to calm their quickening puls, draws their flute and begins to pla a soft lullaby. Shaky at first, they start to find their rythm, the snake drawn to the vibrations. Once sure that it has the serpent's attention, the satyr reaches into their pouch and as they throw a handful of rose petals, they play a sharp trill on their flute, trying to put the snake to sleep.

Option 2: If the serpent is still on their feet, the satyr will curse their luck and try to anger the snake to draw its attention away from their hurt comrade, instead of killing her.

T'chal'fronack'zcinicker glances at the wolf and Kerric battling with the contentious spellcaster....and down at Xalkas whose come out of the sleet and ice....and glances back towards the sleet, wondering where Ebele and Reghys were. Getting a sinking feeling that the sleet was obscuring more than just their wagon he makes a decision. Three versus one would have to be enough.
He turns, takes a breath and runs into the sleet. Dex Save: 14 Knowing the ground was slippery, he practically skates across the ground through the sleet, heading straight for the last spot he knew Reghys or Ebele to be standing, shouldering his crossbow as he whips out his rapier.

T'chal'fronack'zcinicker braves the storm in hopes of assisting his teamates. As nimble as can be, he finds his way almost next to Bill who he could hear ney. Unable to see, there's not much he can do to help Reghys or Ebele.
In an alternative verse: T'chal'fronack'zcinicker bravely takes on the sleet once more, skating along the icy ground as if he was born meant to do this. With rapier in hand, the tiefling speeds by a very wide-eyed confused Bill.
Hello? Guys? Where my people at? Oh hey, Mr. Fancy Pants come to save me? Nope...
T'chal'fronack'zcinicker skates up short of a target, but he's at least able to spot it! A water serpent stood facing Reghys in the cart with an unconscious Ebele at it's tail. The snake was shaking itself off from a blunder, mistaking the wagon for the Satyr.
T'chal'fronack'zcinicker's healing words were able to find Ebele's sensitive ears. It was just enough to stir her from the darkness. The monk would jolt, gasping for air.
Ebele heaves in the still chilled air, slightly panicked by her immediate lack of sensory input. In battle she relied on centering herself around the familiarized sounds of Kerric's movements. She couldn't find him. The monks hands would feel the ground around her for any vibrations. While falling through the darkness she could have sworn she heard the familiar sound of Reghys' tune, they must still be here right? And T'chal'fronack'zcinicker had to be close by, right? It were his words that woke her. Reminding herself that she needed to remain calm, Ebele would steady her breaths.
Dex Save: 18 + BI 1
Gritting her teeth, pushing through the pain in her body, Ebele starts to pick herself up off the ground. She stumbles to a knee in her shaky state. Everything ached... It was cold...
You're more of a maneater than that snake ever will be, my dear!
Remembering Reghys' inspiring words, Ebele would feel a little boost of energy, willing to prove truth to those words. She'd push herself up to her feet. The blonde would pull a grin onto her face and even chuckle lightly to herself. She'd draw her new staff with a flourish, sliding her hands into a readied position, channeling her ki.
Let's play.
Steadying her feet on the ground, Ebele would begin with thrusting her staff forward with both hands in an attempt to centre in on the beast that overcame her. Letting out the softest of growls she'd would dig deeper, beyond her protesting limbs to follow up with a high knee. Releasing a hand from her staff, she'd bring it to herself, placing it over her chest. The monk would inhale a crisp healing breath that provided slight relief.
Annoyed with a wolf gnawing at his ankle, the cultist peels his eyes from the resilient warrior before him to direct his next attack. With a grunt of frustration, the cultist would unload his highest reserve of darts into the druid. At such close range it looks like five blasts of arcane light.
Reghys looks pleased at the tiefling, glad that Ebele was out of danger for now. Seeing that their lullaby didn't do much, and seeing Ebele giving the serpent a pounding, the satyr stows their wand and draws their rapier instead. Deciding that Ebele looks capable of dealing with the snake for the moment, the satyr focuses their energies on starting to sign a haunting tune. As the satyr growls with an almost feral quality, you start to hear them sing:
"We're scanning the scene in the city tonight We're looking for you to start up a fight There is an evil feeling in our brains But there's nothing new, you know it drives us insane
Running, on our way, hiding You will pay dying One thousand deaths Running, on our way, hiding You will pay dying One thousand deaths
Searching Seek and destroy Searching Seek and destroy Searching Seek and destroy Searching Seek and destroy
There is no escape and that's for sure This is the end, we won't take any more Say goodbye to the world you live in You've always been taking and now you're giving"
As the words ring out across the battlefield, the Spellcaster is affected by the satyr's unsettling lyrics ( 5 subtracted from their dex save) and is slowly being outlined by a magical dust that appears to shimmer in all the colours of the rainbow, as he gets engulfed by faerie fire (Dex 15 to evade).

Xalkas looks bewildered as T'chal'fronack'zcinicker heads back into the storm.
‘The enemy isn’t that way’ he thinks to himself. Seeing Kerric and a familiar looking large wolf engaging with the water cultist priest Xalkas calls on some of his strongest magic hoping to break their concentration on the sleet storm.
Plucking his diamond orb from his pockets he begins muttering a few arcane words. As he does so, the diamond begins to glow green. Once the incantation is complete, a shimmering green arrow materials next to the orb and shoots off towards the priest.

Kerric:
Assuming his opponent isn't lit up by Faerie Fire, Kerric will feint another shot at the man's neck then try and slip past his expected arcane shield with a devastating blow to his spellcasting arm.
Xalkas' arrow flies wide of the cultist, but manages to cast spray as it flies by his cheek.

The acid catches the caster in the eye by surprise, causing him to lose concentration. The veil of sleet finally falls revealing T'chal'fronack'zcinicker close to Bill, a water serpent facing off against Reghys in the cart and an unconscious Ebele at it's tail.
Kerric's quick thinking in anticipation for the cultist's shield wins him an accurate strike. His blade finally slips passed the defenses as carefully planned and cuts deep into its target.
With the sleet suddenly gone, T'chal'fronack'zcinicker quickly casts a healing word on the downed Ebele, and then drops his sword on the ground, whipping his crossbow off his back and shooting at the serpent.

T'chal'fronack'zcinicker's healing words were able to find Ebele's sensitive ears. It was just enough to stir her from the darkness. The monk would jolt, gasping for air.
With his trusty crossbolt in hand, T'chal'fronack'zcisnicker fires off an accurate shot against the serpent. Hacking off a good chunk with his bolt, the water serpent looks to be in critical position.
With a groan, Ebele would pick herself up off the ground. She feels like she's been dropped like a sack of potatoes at least twice. Shaking it off and taking a moment to gather her bearings, she'd use the sound of T'chal'fronack'zcisnicker's strike to guide her to their foe. The monk would begin with thrusting her staff forward with both hands in an attempt to centre in on the beast. Letting out the softest of growls she'd dig deeper, beyond her protesting limbs to follow up with a high knee.
From the combined efforts of T'chal'fronack'zcisnicker's piercing bolt and Ebele's thrust of her staff, the water serpent slides down the side of the cart limp. Once it's body hit the ground, it'd transform back into its human form, sharing the same features as the unconscious body on the other side of the bridge.
The cultist wasn't ready to let up yet. With full wide eyes and a straight face, the caster would bring his hand up and wave it back and forth in front of his face to create a blur.
Casting: Blur (D/A on attacks against the cultist).
With the water cultist wavering and blurring like an undulating wave, Kerric struggled to find an opening. Hoping the tactic would work again, Kerric feinted at the cultist's wavering face, then dropped his lead shoulder and thrust sideways at his center of mass, hoping the maneuver would help him gain purchase against the slippery foe's flesh!

Xalkas is a bit miffed that he missed with his spell but is glad to see that the splash damage managed to break this cultists concentration on the sleet storm.
He looks back to the cart horrified that Ebele was laying on the ground seemingly unconscious and looks equally relieved as she begins to get back up to her feet.
Turning his attention back to the water cultist, he mutters a few arcane words while still holding his diamond orb. Just outside the orb a knife appears. Seemingly made of ice. Xalkas then points at the water cultist and the ice knife flies off in that direction.
Unaware of the danger Ebele is in, Xalkas continues towards T'chal'fronack'zcinicker, sliding further on the ice attempting to find his way out of it.

The acid catches the caster in the eye by surprise, causing him to lose concentration. The veil of sleet finally falls revealing T'chal'fronack'zcinicker close to Bill, a water serpent facing off against Reghys in the cart and an unconscious Ebele at it's tail.
Initiative Order:
Tchal | Ebele (BI) | CP | Xalkas | Reghys(TBC) | Kerric (BI) | Hawke | F2(S)
Kerric's quick thinking in anticipation for the cultist's shield wins him an accurate strike. His blade finally slips passed the defenses as carefully planned and cuts deep into its target.
Initiative Order:
Tchal | Ebele (BI) | CP(S) | Xalkas | Reghys(TBC) | Kerric (BI) | Hawke | F2(S)
The serpent shakes off the sleet and without skipping a beat, lashes out for Reghys.

With the sleet suddenly gone, T'chal'fronack'zcinicker quickly casts a healing word on the downed Ebele, and then drops his sword on the ground, whipping his crossbow off his back and shooting at the serpent.

Xalkas' attack goes off first, lifting the veil in time for Reghys to project their haunting tune across the battle field towards the caster cultist.
Dex Save (DC15): 16

Tchal | Ebele (BI) | CP(S) | Xalkas | Reghys | Kerric (BI) | Hawke | F2(S)
T'chal'fronack'zcinicker's healing words were able to find Ebele's sensitive ears. It was just enough to stir her from the darkness. The monk would jolt, gasping for air.
With his trusty crossbolt in hand, T'chal'fronack'zcisnicker fires off an accurate shot against the serpent. Hacking off a good chunk with his bolt, the water serpent looks to be in critical position.
Initiative Order:
Tchal | Ebele (BI) | CP(S) | Xalkas | Reghys | Kerric (BI) | Hawke | F2(C)
With a groan, Ebele would pick herself up off the ground. She feels like she's been dropped like a sack of potatoes at least twice. Shaking it off and taking a moment to gather her bearings, she'd use the sound of T'chal'fronack'zcisnicker's strike to guide her to their foe. The monk would begin with thrusting her staff forward with both hands in an attempt to centre in on the beast. Letting out the softest of growls she'd dig deeper, beyond her protesting limbs to follow up with a high knee.
Attack: 9 Damage: 12
Unarmed: Attack: 12 Damage: 7
From the combined efforts of T'chal'fronack'zcisnicker's piercing bolt and Ebele's thrust of her staff, the water serpent slides down the side of the cart limp. Once it's body hit the ground, it'd transform back into its human form, sharing the same features as the unconscious body on the other side of the bridge.
Initiative Order:
Tchal | Ebele (BI) | CP(S) | Xalkas | Reghys | Kerric (BI) | Hawke
The cultist wasn't ready to let up yet. With full wide eyes and a straight face, the caster would bring his hand up and wave it back and forth in front of his face to create a blur.
