T'chal'fronack'zcinicker's bolt impales Ebele's target in the throat, dropping the Reaver like a sack of potatoes at her feet. And as if harmoniously synchronized, she hears one of the new arrivals get cut down in a similar manner at the hands of Kerric's blade.

But before Ebele, Hawke or Xalkas could do anything else, the first Reaver comes bursting through the door with reinforcements in toe. "Here's some friends!" The cultist tries to shove Xalkas down and out of the way to help make room for his big baddie bugbear buddies, equally as scared of the incoming beasts as you may be.

At the announcement of the return of the cultist, Ebele would give a gut poke with her staff before following up with a kick in hopes to keep them down. "Would bottle necking them be better than exposing ourselves in the open?" She'd toss out the idea.

Roll Call: Hawke and Xalkas
just an unstable unicorn.
Acrobatics: 8
Nimbly evading the shove, Xalkas quickly turns and scurries down the pews(action:disengage) and then moves along the wall towards b7(25ft movement)
The druid scoffs in response to the returning cultists words. "Pssh, you friends probably don't even like you!" Hawke shakes his head in disappointment, then glances over to Ebele when she speaks up. "Personally, I like the bottleneckin' idea," Hawke says. "They can't all attack as at once if they're all pushin' n' shovin' each other to get in! Speakin' of which..."
Deciding to do something a little different, Hawke extends a hand forth from where the reaver stands, and, slowly, dark green vines and weeds begin to grow at an alarming rate, growing in size as they slither up his legs.
Action - Casting Entangle - Hoping to get the entrance of the chapel covered in vines! That area is now considered difficult terrain and any creature who is in the spells area must make a DC14 Strength saving throw or be Restrained until the spell ends!
"Watch your step, Belle! Don't wanna get tangled up in all that." He warns. "... Unless you wanna, then I mean, be my guest, but I can't promise the vines will be kind to you!"

With Ebele speaking, she wasn't listening close enough. Both of her attacks missed. She'd linger long enough to hear Hawke's warning, but she already used all her momentum in her attempt to strike down the cultist, she wouldn't be able to nimbly step away without risking exposing herself to the cultist. In her contemplation, she'd feel natural growth begin to evolve at her feet.

Hawke was right, the Reaver's friends didn't like him. And they were pissed. They come barreling down the steps from the tower after the cultist, not even flinching when the vines would threaten to stop them in their tracks. Itching for a fight, their goal was to catch what ever ran into the chapel and destroy anyone with them.

One of the bugbears thrash through the thicket unimpeded and bursts through the door with a grunt. "You're gunna die, clown!" Winding up his morningstar with a signature trot, B1 'Happy Gilmore' swings at the Reaver who managed to dance out of the vines.

Roll call: T'chal'fronack'zcinicker and Kerric!
just an unstable unicorn.
T'chal'fronack'zcinicker watches in confusion as a Bugbear strikes the reaver. "This...this is why a clear understanding is required between co-workers...best enacted with, yes...you all got it..a clear contract!"
He turns and shoots the warrior who seemed to have gotten a shot in on Kerric.
Attack: 15 Damage: 9
He glances absently into his hip quiver of bolts....wondering if he's was going to have enough to shoot everyone in this whole camp.

Kerric:
Just as the strike looks like it is going to bypass Kerric’s guard, he tries up a desperate parry which seems to deflect the incoming blow!
Reaction to Parry: 11
Then a crossbow bolt comes in at the man from T'chal'fronack'zcinicker and Kerric pounces on the opportunity, following up on the bolt with swing from the other side, hoping to confuse the defender.
Action to Attack with the Elven Curved Blade: Attack: 10 Damage: 15
if that is enough to take down the reaver, Kerric moves to block the door where reinforcements appear to be arriving.Edit: Missing his mark, Kerric holds his ground to defend the others from this direction.

"Well I wasn't planning on getting caught up in it..." Ebele would comment as her feet were securely grounded. She was preparing to have to defend herself at the arrival of the Reaver's friend when she'd hear the familiar ringing of the Reaver's shield.

"Don't attack me you bugbrain!" The Reaver would grunt, shifting into a defensive position. "No wonder we put you in the towers for beating up new recruits..." Shield in one hand holding back the bugbear, he'd flourish his toothed sword in the other. Regripping the blade tightly, he'd jab it backwards for the held monk.

"Little busy to discuss contracts T-" Ebele was sure she could dodge any sloppy attack, but with her feet held prisoner, she took the blade to the hip. An elven curse would slip from her lips as she'd buckle slightly. The blonde would decide to focus her efforts on trying to break free from Hawke's effective restraints. If there were more of those friends on their way, she definitely wanted to be fully mobile for it. "I'm pro weedssss... It's good for the bees..." She'd mutter under her breath as she'd try to coax her way out, pulling on a leg. "I'mma friendly!"

Regardless of whether she could break free or not, she'd inhale a breath to calm herself into a patient defense.
