Xalkas motions for T'chal'fronack'zcinicker “Would you be able to tie these doers of evil up so that they can no longer do evil?” (Assuming T'chal'fronack'zcinicker agrees)
Xalkas waits patiently while the tiefling ties them up. Once tied up Xalkas waits for one of them to wake then says, pointing to Kerric, “My friend over there is trying to decide wether you should live or die based on what you know, so tell us what you know, so that you might live.”
T'chal'fronack'zcinicker walks over and puts his bag down. He reaches in and pulls out fifty feet of hemp rope that's nicely wound up and bound. He carefully unties a knot keeping it tied together. Then, rather laboriously, he begins binding the feet of one of them. Without cutting the rope, he brings it up to their hands and winds it around a bunch of times, pulling the long extra rope through a couple loops. You're not sure he knows how to tie anything more than the most basic of knot.
One done he stands up, brushing his hands off, and motions proudly. "There....I have tied him up." He sounds overly proud of the accomplishment. He kicks the guy with his boot if he's still not awake after all the tying.
Does the guy look familiar at all? Does he look pale like he lives in a cave, or does he look like he lives up above in the village?
T'chal'fronack'zcinicker begins taking notes as Xalkas begins his interrogation. Adding a shake of his head, or a 'tsk tsk tsk" at appropriate times, depending on how the guy reacts.

Sidestepping the spittle from the cultist, Xalkas turns to T'chal'fronack'zcinicker, “Looks like they’ve chosen the hard way ... death by talk of contracts. They’re all yours” Xalkas lets out a small chuckle.
Xalkas then settles in to watch the tiefling give them a spiel about contracts.
T'chal'fronack'zcinicker shakes his head, "I'm afraid I'm not able to discuss that topic with him until tomorrow. However, I am able to discuss permitting." He turns his attention to the Cultist, "Apologies for shooting your friend in the face over there. I feel like maybe we got off on the wrong foot. I understand you would like to continue your unauthorized evil activity at this time, even though you haven't completed the appropriate paperwork. Good news. If you provide me with the correct details, I'd be willing to help you go through the appropriate channels to complete the paperwork." He pulls a small stool out of his bag and places it on the ground before the man just outside spitting distance. He pulls out a small board and some paper. "Now, please, if I may have your name, or the name of your organization applying for authorization to commit evil acts in this region."
Turning to T'chal'etc and Xalkas, Kerric says calmly, "One left, if you want to wake and question him as well," as he wipes his sword off on the body of the dead cultist.

The monk would tilt her head as her ears would listen to the intricacies of what transpired. When Kerric would pause to turn to address the others, Ebele would take the opportunity to try her hand at having her own one on one with a cultist. Guided by the sound of the cultist's soft snoring, the half elf would crouch down in front of him. "Psst. Hey. Psssst." She'll pat the cultists face a couples times before giving him a good back hand to make sure he was awake. "Morning sunshine!" Ebele would add some pep to the influx of her voice. "Hi, how are you?" Not actually interested, the masked monk would move her face unnaturally close to the cultist. Should he desire to headbutt her, she'd be happy to return the favour with twice as much pleasure. "Good. You're bright eye and bushy tailed. Got any insight that could get you out of this pickle, sweet cheeks?" She'd cock her head to the side and gesture to the elf cleaning off his blade. "You got one chance."
(If a persuasion that good doesn't work... how about... intimidation? 14 Second roll for if DM allows adv. w/ Kerric cleaning off his blood blade and their imposing Mr T. close by: 16 Not that she expects much lol)
T'chal'fronack'zcinicker rubs his forehead under his helm...unhurt but a bit shocked...mostly by the mans violent death a fragment of a second after the headbutt. "Disappointing.." he mutters.
He sighs and puts his paper away slowly, followed by his pad, and then his stool.
He stretches a yawn as Ebele tries to talk to the insane. "Ug, what a night. And we're not even done!"
He wipes off his hands and looks around, walking towards the room they came from and looking inside.

This big, square chamber has been hewn out of the rock. In the center of the chamber’s west wall is a stone door that has a narrow viewing slit. Beside the door is a set of iron bars bolted into the wall about three feet above the floor. Ten oiled chains are secured to the bars, leading up to a hole bored in the ceiling. Another solid stone door is in the middle of the east wall.
An eight-foot-tall rectangular stone stands upright in the room’s center. The stone has an inscription on it that’s hard to read from a distance. At the foot of the standing stone, a small human is pinned, face down, by rocks placed atop his arms, legs, and back. He is barefoot and wears ragged clothes.
T'chal'fronack'zcinicker looks back at the group. He waits patiently while Ebele tries to iterrogate the last fool. Once Kerric has dispatched him, he clears his throat, "We may have a survivor in this other room here." He waits for Kerric or someone else to valiantly go to the person's rescue, in the meantime he'll help search this room that the battle occurred in.

Ebele would simply shrug. The prisoner didn't care to speak up enough for her to hear him. "A cat seems to have his tongue." The monk would stand. She'd back up to gesture for Kerric to dispatch the mute should he wish. The halfelf would wait to follow Kerric or Reghys to the other area.

“Perhaps we question one and see what we can discover?” Xalkas poses the question not keen on what could happen to the other cultist.
Kerric:
Shrugging, Kerric simply says, “As you wish,” and holds his sword at the ready should the prisoner prove ... uncooperative.

Keeping an eye on the prisoner, Kerric focuses on that situation before he moves on.
After that, he will help gather what treasures may be found in the dwarf statue room and shift his attention to the new room the cultists came from.
