"Right, let's keep going. Shall we continue to follow the left wall for now?" Kerric suggests, moving towards the passage across the way to the left (should be the southwest passage).

the passage winds a little bit before turning towards the west and then
The passage opens into an enormous cavern illuminated by several guttering torches set in sconces on the walls. The floor is uneven, and the ceiling is forty feet up. Three flat boulders near the passage serve as tables for human corpses. Severed body parts sit in baskets by the corpses, covered in dry gore. A figure in a dark hood stands by the third table, its back to you. Matted hair juts from the hood, and the figure holds a bone needle threaded with dark cord in its hand.
Farther to the west, a stone stair climbs the north wall, ending near the ceiling. A stone slab like a counter juts from the wall across the room from the base of the stairs. It holds saws, knives, and other tools. Four skeletons stand beyond this tool bench, guarding a wide passage that exits the to the west.

Xalkas can’t help but let out a small chuckle at his own thought ‘Lord of Lance rock ... more like lord of a few zombies and piles of bones’. Standing close to the source of the delicious cider, Xalkas begins flipping through one of his books, looking for the perfect spell for this situation.

T'chal'fronack'zcinicker elbows Reghys next to him and whispers, "Hey...waddya think is making Kerric think this guy is a necromancer? We're pretty sure this is the cult headquarters aren't we?" He returns any questioning looks with a completely blank stare. Then he pulls out some paper. He steps forward just behind Kerric, "Actually, we are currently looking for the whereabouts of an evil cult of earth. Is there any chance they're here...in this rocky hole in the ground, demarked from above by a massive rock? Just a wild guess, but ...we have to deliver them a cease and desist order on their evil activities."

After Kerric's opening words, Reghys looks to T and Ebele. "It might be throwing the competition, but damnit, I'm made to sing." Then they blow a haunting tune on their flute, using the echo of the cavern to fortify its haunting effect. Walking to the front of the group, the satyr starts singing in a high and lilting voice:
"You would not believe your eyes If ten million fireflies Lit up the world as I fell asleep
'Cause they fill the open air And leave teardrops everywhere You'd think me rude but I would just stand and stare
I'd like to make myself believe that planet earth turns slowly It's hard to say that I'd rather stay awake when I'm asleep 'Cause everything is never as it seems
'Cause I'd get a thousand hugs From ten thousand lightning bugs As they tried to teach me how to dance.
To ten million fireflies I'm weird cause I hate goodbyes I got misty eyes as they said farewell
But I'll know where several are If my dreams get real bizarre 'Cause I saved a few and I keep them in a jar."
All of a sudden, the end of the cavern lights up as if filled by glowing blue-green dust, settling on the awful tools and starting to cling to the creatures.

Moving quickly up to the necromancer, Kerric hopes to dispatch him before he can use his dark magic on them. Feinting a slashing blow to the neck, the elven warrior instead slashes at the necromancer’s upper thigh, then reverses his blade to slice at the opposite side of the foe’s torso.

A smirk will appear on Ebele's lips as Reghys would begin their tune. It'd give her a moment to take a breath and listen. Focusing her hearing on her party's movements, the monk will hear the swift sounds of Kerric's blades. Then it was the sound of, scurrying filangies? She'd cock her head to zone in on the sound further. 5 sets, headed for their elven warrior. Accepting that she may not be able to get all of them, Ebele would limber up and hope for the best. Taking her staff with both hands, she'd line herself up. Then with long striding steps and a little skip, the monk would pull her staff back and swing, hoping to club one before dropping into a sweeping kick.

Seeing Ebele under assault from the disembodied hands, decides to ... lend her a hand. Moving over to them (within 15ft of the furthest hand to get all five of them) Xalkas again shoots fire from his hands and directs it around Kerric and Ebele scorching their assailants as best he can. After uttering the words for his spell looks at the elven warrior and the blind monk. “Sorry to throw the contest out of whack, but it looked like you guys needed a hand ... or five ... dealt with.” With a quick turn to T'chal'fronack'zcinicker, “whether they count or not we should stop them from getting to handsy no?”
