Updated Map - Round 1, Turn 2 - Beginning of Aeneas's Turn

Already running toward Harpy 3, Aeneas grasps his great sword tightly, and strikes.

Attack: 20 Damage: 10 

The bolt flying past his head a moment before clearly surprised him.

Aeneas misses the harpy, his blade swinging downward but hitting nothing but air.

Next are the harpies. 

((I'll post their action when I get to my computer. I'm eating dinner with the family.))

Updated Map - Round 1, Turns 3-6 - The Harpies' Turns

1. Harpy 1: Swoops in to attack Damara with a multi-attack (bite and claws)
   1. Attack: 13 Damage: 5 slashing
   2. Attack: 14 Damage: 2 piercing
   3. Damara takes 4 slashing damage (unless she's raging, then she takes half of that, right?)
2. Harpy 2: Instead of trying to attack, she flies behind the house to continue trying to make it inside.
3. Harpy 3: in retaliation for the attempt on her life by Aeneas, she attacks him with a multi-attack
   1. Attack: 20 Damage: 4 slashing
   2. Attack: 20 Damage: 5 piercing
   3. Aeneas takes 2 piercing damage from the harpy's claws. 
4. Harpy 4: also moves in behind the house, trying to claw her way inside.

Next up is Damara.

Updated Map - Round 1, Turn 7 - Beginning of Damara's Turn

Damara barely notices the sting of the Harpies claws as she grips her greatsword, stepping into an upward strike at the creature. Attack: 23 Damage: 10

With a great effort, Damara brings her greatsword down on the harpy's head, caving the monstrosity's skull in. It makes a dull thud against the ground where it drops. (It's dead.)

Moneo is next. (The only change to the map, currently is that Harpy 1 is dead, so I won't post a new map.)

Seeing that #4 seems ineffective against the wrapped human, will Moneo focuses on #3 yelling out “Your mother was a street pigeon!” ((Wis DC 13 or 1 and dis on next attack)). He then looks to Caradoc and says “These birds are easy to deal with yeah?” Giving him a (1d6) bardic inspiration dice.

Harpy 3 DC13 WIS save roll: 2

The Harpy takes 1 damage. Caradoc has an extra 1d6 in inspiration.

Caradoc is next! (Again, no movement so an update to the map is not needed.) This will be the beginning of round 2.

Caradoc will shoot at Harpy 3 again and then start moving north about twenty feet.

Attack: 10 Damage: 13

I had forgotten to include Tolou in the initiative rolling, so at the end of the last round, he bolted for the house and disappeared inside to check on his family.

Caradoc raises his crossbow to once again fire at Harpy 3. The bolt flies through the air and strikes the harpy in the forehead. Dead.

Aeneas is up. He just saw the harpy that was flutter just in front of him drop to the ground with a crossbow bolt in its forehead. (Again, no map change, yet, except for a second harpy dead.)

Updated Map - Round 2, Turn 2 - Beginning of Aeneas's Turn

Aeneas runs forward ((towards the back of the house?)) as far as he can, towards Harpy 4, and draws his crossbow in anticipation.

Do you want to use your full action to get all the way to the back of the house, or just your normal 30' speed?

Updated Map - Round 2, Turn 3 & 4 - Beginning of the Harpies' Turn

Harpy 2: She sees Damara starting to come around the corner and takes a break from trying to break through the house to attack the human barbarian woman (multi-attack). Is Damara raging?

• Attack: 23 Damage: 5 (Slashing)
• Attack: 11 Damage: 5 (Piercing)
• The harpy scratches Damara on the shoulder. She takes either 5 damage (or 2 if she's raging)

Harpy 4 sees Aeneas trying to flank her and turns around for a multiattack:

• Attack: 17 Damage: 2 (Slashing)
• Attack: 9 Damage: 4 (Piercing)
• The harpy scratches Aeneas on his forearm, doing 2 slashing damage

Next up is Damara.

Updated Map - Round 2, Turn 5 - Beginning of Damara's Turn

Damara tsks as yet another Harpy slashes her, then lunges forward with a heavy slash of her own(Attack: 6 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll. )

((If this kills the Harpy, Damara will move toward the last Harpy))

It does, indeed kill the harpy. The winged beast drops to the ground in a dead heap. Damara moves towards the last harpy (she is 10' away from it).
