In this quiet time of solitude and introspective reflection, Damara sees a few stars sparkle that don't normally shine so bright, and she feels, even if it's just for a moment, Kruphix's calming, balancing presence.
Aeneaswill be hanging out with the other archers, making sure everyone knows what they're supposed to be doing and where they're supposed to be posted.
Damara closes her eyes, appreciating the feeling for a moment, before turning and heading back to inform the guard that everything seems to be in order before planning to try and meet with the others to go over any last minute preparations, speaking quietly under her breath as though in conversation while she walks.

And, so the night passes. Each of you is busy preparing in your own way - mentally, physically, spiritually, and even to some degree, socially. There are no incidents to note.
The sun rises the next day - the day. It has now been 2 weeks, a fortnite since the oracle delivered its ominous warning: bow to Mogis or die.
The town is in a flurry of activity in anticipation. All day, you see nothing coming or going. As the day wears on, some of the townspeople start to think that you made all of these preparations for nothing. "See? No one's coming," one elder says. "We were all worked up over nothing!"
Almost as soon as the sun sets, though, each of you are in position, ready for the worst. Captain Gaias, Damara and Caradoc, each positioned with a group (i.e. swarm) of townspeople at the two different entrances to the town sees the swarms approaching first. As the goblins that make up these swarms approach, they stop just about 25 yards from each road's barricades, snarling, gnashing their teeth, and licking their chops.
Then, again, you hear the disembodied voice booming as if it were speaking right in your ears say:
You had 2 weeks to consider my Lord's offer What will you choose? Life in service, or the other?
Then, both Damara and Caradoc can hear Gaias's booming voice as he projects his words like only a seasoned commander could: "We will not bow to one as vile as Mogis! Turn around now, while you still have breath to do so!"
All you hear in response is the snickering of the swarms of goblins.
Everyone is about to roll initiative. What we have is a handful of "swarms" and each of you, the PCs. There will be 3 townsfolk "swarms" (Neskaryn and Gaias will be assumed to be a part of one of those) - 1 at each roadblock assigned and one back in the Fort, and then there is currently 1 swarm of goblins at each of the roadblocks. Damara is fighting alongside one swarm of townspeople, Caradoc is fighting alongside another. Moneo and Aeneas are currently on standy back at the Fort for now with the 3rd swarm of townsfolk. I will include Aeneas and Moneo in the initiative rolls just so that they're already tracking, but Aeneas (at the least) is going to stay put until/unless the goblins break through the roadblocks and make their way to the fort. The townspeople that can't fight (i.e. all non-combatants like children, pregnant women, medical people, etc.) are all barricaded in the fort. So, the fort is the final stand if it comes to that.
The wooden roadblocks have a health pool and a DC for the goblins to hit. If/when the goblins destroy the roadblocks, they will make it through and into the town.
Initiative rolls:
Aeneas: 24
Caradoc: 4
Damara: 21
Moneo: 8
Townsfolk 1 (w/ Damara), 2 (w/Caradoc), & 3 (in the Fort): 16
Damara stands ready, pulling one of her Javelins out and sending it flying into the mob of enemies(I suppose the nearest one within range of the javelin)
Attack: 17 Damage: 6

Moneo paces back and forth in front of the group of civilians he’d be tasked to keep calm and gives a rousing speech of glory and triumph ((12 + 5 performance; +7 persuasion)) to keep them calm. Also giving bardic inspiration to Aeneas to use if anything should approach. He then leaps up atop the fort wall and looks out to watch the battle or for anything else coming ((perception 16))
Satyrs have Mirthful Leaps, so he can jump up on the wall a bit easier than a human would~ + 1 to his jump
All three of the Townsfolk groups are in a holding pattern. The two on the front lines don't have ranged weapons and the roadblocks aren't damaged for them to repair, yet.
So, Caradocis up.
***RETCONNED POST. NEW ACTIONS BELOW***

Townsfolk Group 2 (with Caradoc) will attack through the barriers at Goblin Swarm 2:
Damara sends one more Javelin flying toward the group of Goblins Attack: 9 Damage: 7 before bringing her greatsword up, her adrenaline beginning to flow as she prepares for the barricade to fall.

Now that I'm sitting back at my computer, I can give you a better answer as to how far you are from Caradoc and Damara. From Caradoc, you are roughly 390' away. 360' if you get up on top of the Fort walls.
From Damara, you are 780' away as the crow flies.
Keep in mind, though, that you do have buildings between you and them, as well. So, even if you had a spell that could reach that far, you would still struggle to target anyone with it.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Moneo, staying on the walls of the fort, continues to attempt to watch the battles below, as well as keeping an eye out in the areas surrounding the fort itself. ((Perception 15))
From this distance, Moneo can hear the clashing of weapons and the cries of battle just beginning. He knows the fight had begun.
((I will say that you aren't *required* to stay put. That's just where Gaias wants you in order to help protect the Fort if the outer defenses fall. But, feel free to play Moneo however you think he would act.))

Caradoc cradles his crossbow and wonders how it was determined he should be on the frontline, but shakes off the fear.
“This is our town, this is our time,” Caradoc whispers like a mantra, recalling the inspirational speech from his friend.

She tosses the javelin and it skewers one of the goblins. The swarm is still healthy and foaming at the mouth to get after that barrier.
