(Alright! Last we left off, you'd defeated a bunch of bandits and are rapidly approaching on the location of those who captured Floon, as far as you can tell.)
"I surrendered! I surrender! Don't hurt me. I... I don't know exactly where your friend is. I think the boss is figuring out what to do with him. He'll be through the door on the right..." He points. The man is scared, duly intimidated by the group and the unsettling goblin poking the side of his face.
(I'm just going to get the ball rolling again with a short post, because I still feel like crap. But Thank you for your patience!)

Dylan steps up, clouts the man on the back of his head with his rapier hilt ((I'm hoping this is enough to cinematically knock him out - do I need to roll? I can just imagine this ending up like a scene out of Lock, Stock and 2 Smoking Barrels if I do! )) and hopefully drops him to the floor.
Without waiting and just assuming everyone is following his lead, he opens the right hand door and pushes on into the area beyond, eyes blazing.
Sylivar ensures any hostile enemies are quickly made unconscious before following Dylan directly through the door on the right. Time could be of essence, especially if the captors nearby heard the scuffle the group had created.
There's a satisfying thump as the bandit, already not doing well, collapses to the ground, breathing but unconscious. Dylan careens through the door, unsure what is behind it, but ready to face it. Assuming you follow him, you all run through a short hallway which opens up into a wider hall. Threadbare curtains hang on the east wall of the large hall, in the middle of which a muscular half-orc in dingy robes stands with his foot on the chest of a male human with wavy red-blond hair. Fire burns around the orc's clenched fist, and his victim cries and squirms helplessly beneath him.
Seated on a raised platform to the south is a nightmarish figure wearing black robes. It has large white eyes and purple rubbery skin, with four tentacles encircling its inhuman mouth. It cradles and gently caresses what looks like a disembodied brain with feet.
You can't hear what the half-orc is saying, but it seems as though he is interrogating the young man. No one seems to have noticed you yet, wrapped up in the scene as they are.

Sylivar sighs, rolls his eyes, and takes a swig from the tankard around his belt as he sees the spectacle in front of him. Perhaps he'd had too much already - whatever creature that lurked in the cavern did not compare to the one before them now. It appears they have found their quarry. Sylivar hugs the side of the wall, unwilling to give up his position, and turns to the group, lifting an eyebrow. "On three?"
Upon hearing the noise, the nightmare creature looks up, places the brain creature on the ground, and stands up while pulling out a stone orb. It starts walking calmly diagonally in your direction and to the left toward a door. It doesn't seem overly concerned with your entrance. It says something in undercommon while walking.
Go ahead and roll initiative! You are in combat. You have surprise!

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(Assuming now is the time to make our surprise round moves?)
Sylivar runs directly to intercept he Half-Orc spellweaver that is standing above their target. He does see Dylan moving to do the same, but Sylivar is truthfully afraid to engage the two other hideous creatures alone. He rationalizes his trepidation by telling himself Floon’s safety is their top priority, and will therefore lash out at the Half-Orc, going for a strike to the knee and a following uppercut.
Attack - Bo Staff: To hit - 18 dealing 10 bludgeoning damage. Bonus Action - Unarmed Strike: To hit - 12 dealing 4 bludgeoning damage.

Dra'vos joins Sylivar watching out for any possible incoming enemies leaving the interrogation to the others.

Eekz looks at Sylivar confused, he thought everyone knew that Goblins cannot count.

Picking up Sylivars proposition, Gaèl glances back at the scene down the hall and, in default of a better idea, shrugs and then nods.
/me softly hums a tune giving Bardic inspiration to Sylivar as he prepares to rush the bizarre looking creature.
Dra'vos nods in agreement as he begins to draw forth arcane energy and holds up one of his clawed hands with his index finger extended, "One..."
"Four...," whispers Eekz, preparing his short bow.

"Three!" shouts Dylan rushing in and trying to skewer the half-orc spellcaster.
