Seeing everyone prioritize the rescue of Floon, Gaèl charges the black robed figure that is attempting to flee. With a resurgent fervor triggered by the purple abomination, a tries to block the creature off the doorway and lashes out with his rapier.

Dra'vos, your ray of frost blasts over the creature's shoulder as the half-orc barely moves out of the way in time.
Syl, your first attack connects, dealing a dizzying blow to the wizard. You didn't account for his movement in response to your blow, so your second strike does not connect. (Wait, Dylan, your dice broke. Could you reroll? You're going to need to roll pretty high, because his AC is temporarily pretty high)
Renaer joins you, seeing Floon, and tries to retrieve him from the fleeing Half-Orc. (DC 13) 13 Renaer is able to pick up Floon, throw him over his shoulder, and start to flee, disengaging from the half orc.
Gael and Gil, you charge the squid monster, trying to strike at it. It continues gliding, seemingly unmindful of your efforts. When Eekz's arrow pierces its robe, it looks disgruntled, and focuses on Eekz while holding the stone orb. As you look closer, it looks a bit like an eyeball.

In response to your attacks, the Half-Orc puts the bottoms of his hands together and points them at you, and fire erupts from them to consume Ranaer, Syl and Dylan... and Floon. Make a Dex Save (DC 12) or take 15 fire damage. (You take half if you succeed)

Syl reels from the flames, retaliating with another two attacks.
Action - Bo Staff: To Hit - 22 dealing 5 damage. Bonus Action - Unarmed Strike: To Hit - 18 dealing 4 damage. I was on mobile, so the Quarterstaff attack deals another 6 damage.
Syl will additionally move around to the other side of the mage, attempting to move away from Dylan and Renaer, and hoping not to get caught in another one of those effects.
Dylan and Syl manage to dodge out of the way of most of the flames. He clobbers the half-orc doing a tremendous amount of damage. It should have knocked the wizard out right then and there. Instead, he screams at you and prepares to cast another spell.
Gael, your strike is true, but is unsuccessful at disarming the creature. The nightmare stares at you. Dra'vos, you and the Wizard are at the same initiative count, so I'm going to let you go first because your dex mod is higher.
