Seeing Ondrej nust start descending, Arisys says "I guess not. Shall we all just go then?" Arisys will wait a few moments for Ondrej to get closer to the bottom and then start going down herself.
You do find some humanoid tracks, but they're very faint, having been worn away by the elements over a long period of time. There are also the remains of a small campfire.
The rope easily supports your weight as you climb down, bracing your feet against the wall to support yourself. You notice old, weathered footholds carved into the face of the cliff. The drop is about fifty feet, and you find yourself on a wide ledge covered in sand, rocky debris, and the bones of small animals. A rough-hewn stairwell zigs and zags down the side of the ledge, descending into darkness.
"Come on down, it's an easy climb" Ondrej shouts up to the others, then turns to look around. He kicks a small animal skull off the side of the ledge and sees it disappear into the dark.
Seeing the darkened staircase he pulls a torch from his pack and lights it with his tinderbox, then draws a handaxe from his belt.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Genken mumbles as he descends the rope. Upon reaching the bottom, he brushes off his hands and clothes of any dirt, dust or debris. He then turns to look down into the darkened staircase down (Perception with dark vision: 20).
The bottom of the chasm lies about eighty feet below where you stand. Carved into the wall across from you is the crumbling face of a massive fortress. The subterranean structure is impressive, but appears long-forgotten. It's difficult to see any details about it from this distance.
Summer turns to Ondrej and offers to hold the torch. "I can fight from a distance for now if you feel more comfortable engaging in any possible threats head first. I have a few ranged tricks up my sleeve."

Sister Lidia, Lightfoot Halfling Cleric of Trickery - Hallowed Vale
Ondrej nods. "Good idea, my thanks." He hands the torch to Summer and returns the axe to his belt. The goliath draws his greatsword from its place on his back and rests the blade on his shoulder.
Tekken looks at the others & shrugs, "Shall we? I can scout ahead a little for us, if you'd like?" Genken then starts to descend the stairs, quietly, stealthily & eyes out in the darkness (Stealth: 22; Perception: 16).
Arisys draws her quarterstaff having stowed it for the descent down the rope and take in the platform that they have arrived at. (Do I see the same tracks that I saw at the top?)
Arisys, you do notice similar humanoid footprints of a similar age. There are also much more recent tracks made by some sort of animal.
Genken, you descend the narrow stairs, which bring you into the remains of what was once a small courtyard. The floor is all but destroyed, with only a small patch near the building still intact, leaving a treacherous field of rubble and debris. Pillars in a similar state to those at the top of the ravine sit to your left and right. Embedded in the wall by the undamaged section of floor is a large stone door.
Genken gets down to the bottom and moves cautiously over to the stone door. He looks it over, checking the door to see if there are any traps or inscriptions (Investigation: 9).
Crossing the ravine, you can feel the ground shifting slightly under you with each step. Several times, you're forced to use your hands to help you clamber over larger pieces of stone.
Everyone attempting to cross will need to make an acrobatics check.
Assuming success on the acrobatics roll, you don't find any traps. There's actually quite a lot of graffiti carved into the wall and door. It's written in the Dwarvish alphabet, but the letters don't form any words you recognize.
While Arisys is saying this, Ondrej is already beginning to lower himself down into the chasm.

"Let's tread some caution. There are some recent tracks indicating some animal activity."
As she descends the stairs, Arisys will keep an eye out at the rear of the group to protect against being attacked fro behind.
Worried for her ally, Summer offer words of encouragement to help Arisys to stay focused.
