(( TT, no. Luth is headed towards the west passage that leads to Glasstaff's bedchamber/office. Wolfsong, Robwin, and Rinn are in the east passage.
The armory doorway is directly across from that east passage entrance. I think they backed up into the Armory to give themselves more space away from the slightly open east passage entrance.))
RobwinmessagesTT privately again. “We’re right behind you! If things kick off we got your back!”. He also lets Wolfsong and the others know what’s happening, what he heard, and what he and TT say.
Luth, TT, Blaire and Endure disappear into the west passage. You know from previous experience it is a staircase running steeply down from the storage area entrance on its southeast to its bedchamber entrance on its northwest. You count the moments; knowing it will take them less time than it did you.
You hear, for a third time, the rumbling laughter that you now know belongs to the Half-Orc. It is followed almost immediately by Blaire's own laughter. All is interrupted a loud by a loud crash than Endure and the Half-Orc heard loudly saying, "Peace woman! You are safe!"
The passage down the staircase is quick. Luth turns left at the bottom and moves through another passage entry; you following close behind. Luth is quite and it's pitch dark for a moment. Blaire coming in immediately behind you, lighting up the area with her Warhammer, gives you the details to a bizarre scene. As Luth bursts out laughing. There are two men bond and gaged in the southwest corner of this room, and a third in the northwest corner. The room has been ransacked. Clothes, bedding and tossed about. Blaire's laughter follows Luth's in seconds. Then there is a blur and a crash as Blaire interupts an attempted attack with a small nightstand. From your vantage point, you see Luth immediately pull back and farther into the room as he and Endure blurt out, "Peace woman! You are safe!". You see a beautiful young woman hair and face disheveled, waring fine clothing and robes clearly not cut to her build. As soon as Blaire deflected the attack, she slapped the shield. When Endure and Luth spoke she backed into the southeast corner of the room, formerly occupied by the nightstand, curled up upon herself and began to weep.
Endure, looking around, says, "Well, I hope this doesn't cause more trouble. It looks like your friends were already here. Might as well drag them to the Loards' Alliance representative and let him sort it out than deal with an angry mage."
Luth says, "Right. I'm not interested in a fight. You really come in to do business?"
Endure replies, "I certainly did. Also, in the hopes of finding their companions who were tracking a taken member of our community."
Luth nods. "Fair enough."
He starts rummaging through papers on and in the desk.
"That one alone in the corner is the mage, Glasstaff. If your people came in like this, they must have cleared the southwest tunnel that leads out to the wood. I know these rats are stowing prisoners somewhere. Fancy themselves slavers or traffickers. I don't know where. I've seen the mage with undead; skeleton and zombie. Watch yourself."
He hands a page to Endure.
Picking up another ledger, he leafs through it, then rips a page from it tossing the ledger aside. "Unless, we have issue here, I and my two lads are heading to Leilon. You'll probably be able to find us there."
He waits for a response.

While Luth is talking, Endure hands TT the letter he had handed them.
It is signed with the Black Spider’s symbol.
Lord Albrek,
My spies in Neverwinter tell me that strangers are due to arrive in Phandalin. They could be working for the dwarves. Capture them if you can, kill them if you must, but don’t allow them to upset our plans. See that any dwarven maps in their possession are delivered to me with haste. I’m counting on you, Iarno. Don’t disappoint me.
RobwinmessagesTT privately again. “We heard a shout!... Is everything okay? If you need back up, let me know. We wait on your command”. Once again, he lets Wolfsong and the others know what he and TT say.
"The one that stayed is distracted," Wolfsong whispers to Rinn and Robwin. "I could take him down while you two go free the prisoners, either bring some weapons or bring them back here to arm themselves then they will be safer going back to the town."
TT reads over the letter. "So we've been targets the whole time. This Black Spider really needs to be taught a lesson." Hearing Robwin's voice again. "We are ok. This fine gentleman is handing us all kinds of goodies on Glasstaff here. I think you all are good to come out. Give me about 10 min to explain to them."
"Luth, it was our companions that did this. They are hiding up the stairs in a another room. I suggest you and I head back up there so that you can make sure your men don't attack them. Blaire and Endure, if you two could be so kind as to keep an eye on these here fine folks while I go get the rest of our group. And with that TT will turn and begin to head back up the stairs, with a bit of quickness in her step
As we make it back to the chamber TT will call out to Robwin, Wolfsong , and Rinn "It's all clear, there's no threats out here now." and she will walk towards the door she saw them behind earlier.
Robwin relays what TT said to the others, “...and so it seems the coast is mostly clear!... The ones with TT appear to be no threat.. or maybe even on our side?... ... ...She said they’ll head this way in a minute...”
”...oh this may be them now!”.
Robwin responds to TT, “Ho there TT!... How goes things?... We’ve found a number of prisoners, and want to make sure this place is safe first so we can get them back to their homes and loved ones!”.
"We saw the fruit of your efforts." TT responds with a smile seeing her friends again. "This is Luth, he's be very helpful. Seems you lot cleared out all the problems from your end, save one."
Looking to Luth. " You mentioned a creature back there in the cavern? Is it dangerous? Should we deal with it?"
Luth looks at the entrance Robwin comes out of and speaks to TT.
"Missed that one. Must tie into the pit trap halls."
"The one eyed beast? It trades in magic and such. Has a taste for raw meat but doesn't seem a threat unless you're weak minded; like a fox hunting rabbit."
"There are supplies in the southeast area and a cistern of clean drinking water where you came in."
"We're going to grab our gear and Malk and get out of here."
"I will warn you, priestess, this place, my cousin and her companions, the tall one back there and these goblinkin are fountains of chaos. I sense it like the trail of a good hunt. Chaos isn't good or evil. It destroys and creates. Be wary."
"Got everything, Jed?", Luth asks.
The young man nods.
"Let’s go."
(( And unless you take any action, they proceed on their way. ))

Rinn, Wolfsong, Robwin,
When you hear the crash you see Jed jump, either into or behind the creat he was starting to pack; out of you line of sight.
The Stonehill wolves and goblins mill about but don't leave their posts at the boarder between the storage area and the cavern.
Endure, looking around, says, "Well, I hope this doesn't cause more trouble. It looks like your friends were already here. Might as well drag them to the Loards' Alliance representative and let him sort it out than deal with an angry mage."

"Right.", Luth says, nodding.
Wolfsong, Rinn, Robwin, The goblins are speaking and the wolves sniffing round.
Luth and TT come back into the storage area from the west passage door.
"Jed! Get out of that crate.", Luth barks.
"Boss! You're alright!", Jed's excited voice comes from just outside your vision then he tumbles into view.
"Course, I am. You did a s#%& job hiding though."
"Sorry, Boss."
"We're leaving for Leilon. Grab anything in here you can carry; you think is useful for the trip. Leave everything else."
Jed starts sorting through the storage area.
