Barthen replies to TT, "I do not, but I have a Healer's Kit I will give you. Hopefully it will come in use for the folk you find."
As he rushes into the shop, Eli hands TT one Potion of Healing, "I bought two off Ms. Gwynn. Was all she had available. Anyone in the party could need help. Good if you hold onto that one."
After Barthen wishes the group good luck, Robwin turns to the group again, “I agree with Rinn and Ikki. There may still be survivors at the Ranch. We should head straight there”.
Once everyone has everything they need from town, Robwin is happy to head on out towards the Ranch.
As soon as the party leave the town boundaries, Robwin will cast mage armor on himself and send Lia the Owl up to scout from above as the group travel.
((OOC: will it take a day or two to get there? It sounds like we have good directions along the main roads))
It will take some two and a half days without interruption; two long rests.
60 miles, 24 miles per day w/o suffering exhaustion.
It's nearly high meridian (noon).
You can probably make the twelve to fifteen miles to the crossroad before you will need to set camp.

###
Yeah, you get to the crossroad without incident.
Are you setting watch? (Three watch; three hours each)
There's a place north, southeast and southwest of the crossroad to set camp. The north side is backed by the woods. The south areas are toward Phandalin.
From your general observations as you were traveling you did not see signs of recent travel.
Rinn helps set up the camp, then quickly climbs a nearby tree to sit in the branches and keep watch. "I don't need a lot of sleep like humans do. So I can keep a bit more of a watch for the evening if you need."
Oh, also, since Robwin only needs four hours trance, he uses some of the night to sit and attune to the hat of wizardry... (can he do that?).
Flavour text (attuning to the hat):
Robwin sits with the hat in his hands, in his lap, and meditates on it. Having got a flash of the knowledge inside the hat before, he goes right back to his early training: locking down his mind behind numerous mental barriers. Only then, gradually lifting the barriers, bit-by-bit, and one-by-one, and only when he's comfortable that he can contain the energy and power of the item that approaches him. Like before, he feels destructive spells, protective spells, necrotic spells, and adjusts his mental acrobatics accordingly to help contain and quiet (as much as possible) the 'sounds' of these spells as he starts to welcome them in. After just over an hour, Robwin places the hat on his head, still having to mentally joust with a couple of the more unruly spells, and takes a few calming breaths. At the same time though, he feels like the hat’s knowledge may be unlocking other secrets in his mind that he had been struggling with. He feels like if he attempted some of the trickier spells he had been practising, he might be able to perform them now too!
Once the camp is set up Wolfsong will venture into the woods to the north, not going too far away form the camp, and us the Wanderer feature of his Outlander background to gather food for dinner then once he returns will offer to join TT on first watch.
Ikki and Rinn roost up in separate trees near the camp. Wolfsong and TT notice they and Robwin seem to all three be in a similar meditative state. Ikki reminds TT more of one of the Emporium's exotic birds than the monastic traditions that come to mind looking at Rinn in the tree or Robwin in one of the two tens you all set up. Eli and Blaire are bedded down in the other. Their armor and weapons arranged strategically around their separate spaces. The tents are both wide open. It's a warm night. It occurs to TT they are very near the end of "The Melting", Mirtul, the fifth month and the start of "The Time of Flowers", Kythorn, the sixth month. It's strange, right now, in this breath of peace after the chaos of the day, TT's education seems so pointless. Still that's probably just negativity from the dragon. Gods it was only a day ago when these folk came over the hill and the white monstrosity came out of the sky.
There's a rustle in the bush beyond the trail near the treeline and TT starts half drawing weapon as she hears Wolfsong's deep calm and quiet voice from the fire circle, "Dear. Three doe, four faun, grazing."
Rinn: You settle down in revelry. It's been a busy day. Since your last revelry you saw so much, so much, including a dragon; A DRAGON!
As you sink deeper into Revelry, your mind swims. You just set down a lovely cup of tea, you always enjoyed these times, friends gathered for tea, you adjust your fine dress robes, your rings sparkling, your nails resplendent, you admire the jewelry hanging from Lorahana's ears, so pretty, but you could never do that, the piercing in these forms is just too painful. Oh, and Lorahana is speaking, yes, "I'm sorry, dear. What were you saying?" Lorahana laughs, "So distracted! I was saying even if he is a dragon, he cannot be jealous and refuse her both. He's going to push her into a very dark place."
"She's already familiar with darkness if you ask me.", you respond picking up your tea.
"Well actually, I understand she's into a white at the moment."
You pause, "Oh, Lorahana, do tell."
And you wake from Revelry.
You have had dreams like this often. When you were a baby you couldn't tell revelry from reality. However, as with these experiences in the past, you feel slightly changed.
### Rinn has advantages on wisdom saving throws for the next twenty-four hours. ###
Robwin would struggle to make conversation with Blaire maybe with low charisma, but he might ask if she knew any magic or whether she’d encountered much magic in her past.
Aside from that, Robwin would prepare his daily spells and be ready for the morning.
"I practically grew up on the see. This is the farthest South I ever was. Grew up with mostly kin, Northlanders like myself, but had plenty of fair dealing with others too. Look the only powers or magic I really know is from stories or what I learn from Valkur. I was born on the Shattering. Ma was clear certain it was a sign. Seems she was right. I took to hearing, navigating, healing, swimming and rigging faster than most. On the other end I can barely read and have a temper I'm not often proud of. And I ramble when I get started. Like now."
"I had a few very good elven crewmen a time or two. You and Rinn don't look much different than they. You seem younger though. I ain't got a bone either way. I really liked seeing you go after that bush ... that sounded wrong.... and I like Rinn well enough... he's like a cat; you want to pet and throttle at the same time ... and that sounds worse.... look I am willing to help you find anything useful. I believe we need to get folk together and rid the area of that dragon. I don't know you all, but now you know me, so, yeah."
After that she wanders around during the rest of your watch.
She's up and ready to go.
Seems cleared up fast by TT's approach to a frosty morning.
"Aye! It is beautiful! An the chill will be gone by full dawn.", she says to TT
Robwin will respond to Blaire, “Ha, yes, well I wasn’t sure that fire spell would even work! I tried for something that wouldn’t cause too much damage! Or something I could maybe control, a little, at least! This thing is kind of powerful” he says, tapping the hat he’s now wearing.
“This might sound strange... but spells I’ve been practicing for years now seem like they might be easy. It’s like it’s unlocking something inside me. When we’ve got a bit of space and some time maybe I’ll try a few big spells!”.
”And me??... ha, not much to tell really! I’ve been in college my whole life. Grew up in Neverwinter with my mum and dad, and my sister. We both trained to become wizards as soon as we showed any aptitude. She went into Evocation, I trained in Abjuration. This is my final assessment, investigating the disturbances around here and looking into the dragon rumours. ... ... Ha rumours! That was a joke eh! Well at least I have something to report back already...”.
”Final assessments are meant to be big, a challenge,... but I think this is bigger than they expected!”.
He smiles at Blaire, a bit daunted about what might happen in the coming weeks.
TT would be in complete joy with Blaires outlook on the morning. Hearing her and Robwin exchanging stories she would join in.
"I grew up in Neverwinter too! My mum and da ran "Thorngauge Imports". I was an only child and we were pretty well off, Ive gathered as I got older. "
She kind of stares off a bit. " I was very close with my grandfather and was by his side when he passed. I remember his last words speaking of a beautiful light calling out to him. I was so enraptured by his words that I wanted to learn all I could about what happens when we pass."
"I spent all the time I could reading and searching out those who might know what I was looking for."
After waking Wolfsong listens to the others speak of their pasts while he packs up his bedroll and gear. He stops briefly and looks out to the northeast where far away his tribe sits, he smiles, nods, finishes packing, then joins the others.
"I wanted to know what happens when our time here is over. Where do we go, whats its like." As she says this she pulls out a necklace with an engraved talisman hanging from it. You see dark metal, old, with a bone white skeletal hand holding up a set of silver inlaid scales in perfect balance to each other.
"In my dreams I began to see visions of a topaz spire in a world of grey, not light but not dark. In some of these a robed figure in a silver mask spoke to me. Told me where to seek out the knowledge I was looking for."
As she places the amulet back around her neck "I found that it was Kelemvor himself who had been guiding me, teaching me, so that I may serve him. Helping those souls who are passing on find thier way to him so they may be judged of thier lifes merits"

I would say set up camp on one of the southern sides. "Ill take the first watch for the night"
Agreed, one of the southern sides. Robwin and Lia can take 2nd watch, Robwin will also cast the alarm spell around the camp too before 1st watch.
