This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Silenus is able to push the claws away from his skin, but when he does, he just exposes himself enough to allow the bites to find purchase. He grimaces a little but then shrugs it off and starts in on the two closest ghouls, swinging his axe at each one.
Ghoul 1 - Great Axe: Attack: 26 Damage: 15 plus 3 to hit from Bolstering Magic
Ghoul 2 - Great Axe: Attack: 12 Damage: 17 plus 3 to hit from Bolstering Magic
As those hacks with his axe happen, another small pixie appears behind the ghouls, 5' behind them, so that Silenus is out of range, but as many of the ghouls as possible are within 5' of the pixie.
It giggles once, glows brightly then explodes. Each exposed ghoul must make a DC15 Dex save or take 5 force damage.

Silenus pushes at the ghouls with his boot just to make sure they're not just playing dead; real dead.
He takes a breath, and waves good bye to another pixie that had begun to form. This one waves back before disappearing with a puff of smoke rather than an explosion this time.
"Is everyone okay?" Silenus asks, noting that his own bleeding where he was bitten has more or less stopped.
Silenus then goes into the room where the ghouls came from, holding his lantern up high to get a better look at where they are now.
As Silenus is looking over the room, Rinn looks back to the stairs.
With your dark vision you sees Olsihla carrying Jasmine away from the stairs toward you.
You hear Olsihla saying in Sylvan, "That darling is an ochre jelly those ghouls will keep it quiet and digesting for a while. My family used them frequently as guards. You cannot, however, pet or touch them. They will digest you."
"Well, I hadn't seen one and I didn't know and it did save me from those ghouls."
"No.", Olsihla interjects, "You are just lucky the jelly grabbed the ghouls before it grabbed one of us and we are both lucky the jelly grabbed the ghouls before they got us."
Olsihla comes up to Silenus as Rinn disappears into the dark, "We are well enough, Silenus. You seem to have guided us well."
Top of the round, Rinn, Ghouls, Silenus, Olsihla, Jasmine
One of the six is dead, the rest are mildly wounded.
Rinn fires again, at one of the closest ghouls so that Silenus doesn't get overrun.

First attack becomes 20 to hit for 18 damage. Second becomes 11 to hit for 15 damage.
Silenus takes down two ghouls.
Olsihla casts Eldritch Blast sending two beams at the ghouls.

With the damage Silenus has already done with his pixies another ghoul falls.

One mildly wounded ghoul is still in close combat with Silenus.

As Silenus is looking over the room, Rinn looks back to the stairs.

There is a stair going down east, but Silenus could easily make the drop down the steep slope.
The lower deck spreads our with ancient looking skeletal remains and old furniture; tables, benches, and shelves.
Silenus smiles at Olsihla. "Just lucky so far."
He scans the area with the skeletal remains looking for any sign of movement.
"Gnarly ghouls might not be the only creepy crawlies in here," Silenus says. "Better keep going before jelly dude gets hungry again."
Perception (for anything indicating the skeletons are moving): 7
If he doesn't spot anything dangerous, Silenus will jump down and take a look through the debris.
As Silenus jumps down, Olsihla and Jasmine take the stairs.
Rinn, spots three strigs nested like bats in a high crevasse of the ceiling.
They have not been disturbed yet.
Silenus looks around in the old furniture for any signs of anything useful after that he'll look more closely at the skeletal remains.
